App is not getting connected to my Muse Grandeur hybrid watch. Completely no use of watch now. Tickets raised and just getting disappointed every time. 7k watch should work atleast for 2 3 years flawlessly.

Edited 11-22-2023. Not good. The watch was losing time and not syncing with app.Tried all I could but no success. Removed device from app with intention to reset... big mistake. Now app is not detecting the watch.Tried so many times but futile exercise.Wonder if this company has closed down now because there is no response to the tickets raised now.

Watch was not connecting to the app. Cleared data and cache and reinstalled the app. All I get is a message "Error, something went wrong" and a close button which will close the pop-up. Some time later I was able to login. But iff I try to check my watch connection status or battery status by touching the watch icon in the app it just crashes. 😡

Crashed always, what's happening, i can't connect my watch to app, i can't do anything, it's crashed everytime, please fix it soon.

MUSE U HAVE NOT UPDATED UR APP FROM PAST 1 YEAR WHY U SOLD A PRODUCT WHERE U COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT!

everything was fine, except one issue I noticed. Last week my phone screen was damaged, I took new phone and try to connect my muse watch.. which never happened as its already connected to my old phone. Had trouble in connecting Bluetooth with multiple devices.

I have been using muse health application and cue for the last one month. My overall experience was good.

Loved the very concept and technical features. I got 6 of them last year for gifting purpose ...5 were already dead....the last one has died just now. Wish it lasted a little longer. Issues with either the connectivity or sensors...or both at times. Besides, the unit keeps slipping out of its band...or the strap pops open with accidental brush against random surfaces.

I bought this for my bday and now I am regretting buying it . A simple task of adjusting the is not working time calibration is also not working my time on phone says 7am but the watch itself is at 2 pm

They have some work ahead of them in the stability and complimenting feature department: Update: Increased to 3 stars. Will change all of my reviews to 4 stars if they will just send me a revised watch with the same form factor luminescent hands but increased coating and luminosity. Obviously the app still needs to be updated to include what was promised over months passed. Update: Downgraded to one star. I recently ordered the watch and been using it from last 15 days . I just love this beautiful time piece and the App is just the cherry on the cake. I've never found any app to be this easy and visually stunning when it comes to usability. Great job with it.

Facing issue in bluetooth connectivity. - this got resolved. But now sensors have stopped working withing 1 month of buying the product. Only taking the step count now, all the other sensors for measuring vitals have stopped working. Nobody has reached out to me. Updated the app, also updated the firmware version to 2.9.2 but still the sensors are not working.

Perhaps the best smart wearable in town, the offer price is great,offerings too good. only negative is the battery life and the sensors being delicate and susceptible to sweat, the smart band needs a sturdy build to be affirmative when working out as additional sweating is damaging the sensor too soon.

Seriously fraud, these guys are claiming something else for what they provide, battery after 2months usage of muse cue lasts only a day, majorly accuracy is a big problem

One of the werest experance I never seen like this. I contacted support team they replied me you have to remove your cue and again connect. it's not working every time. Don't go with this otherwise u will get loss.

First day experience - A very good tracker with most of the vitals such as HR, SpO2, Temperature, HRV, Stress analysis etc. Accuracy is satisfactory. Muse App is easy to use and understand. Second day experience - Strangely the device has stopped taking vitals readings. Even when doing manual reading, it says measurement failed. Although it is still taking step counts. Only way to connect with muse team is thru email and the response time is unexpected. Highly disappointed.

I had a pleasant surprise, the Muse tech person called me & helped me on phone to pairing with my phone.

UPDATE: Updated to the latest firmware 2.9.2 and the Cue barely works. Battery life has gone from 2.5 days to about 18 hours. Step count is way overstated. On a day when I walked 2714 steps, the Muse Cue had me at 48,375 steps, 80% was done while I was sitting on the couch. No sleep data and kcal count is overstated as well. It seemed to work fine when I first got it, but with each firmware upgrade, it is hit or miss if the Muse Cue will work. With the last update, the app continues to crash when moving between sections of the app. (Android) This last update did fix the problem that kept the Muse Cue from operating correctly from the previous update. Sleep tracking is not accurate at all. The app still needs work. Not able to change profile photo or phone location.(not able to set to my region)

Would love Google fit comptablity!

Why can't i upgrade to the latest firmware 2.9.2. It's always promoting "download failed, please try again". It has been happening since months now.

The app seems broken for the moment Edit more stuff found broken (Android 10) Edit: the makers of this device seem to be keeping people on a string. I received a replacement device that is missing luminescent hands and doesn't seem to have a proper UV meter. WTH!? We are on version 4.46, still not righ :( Still havent gotten the special SKU with Luminescent hands. Delay after delay after delay. Almost 2 years of delays. 2/10: Got my watch, no digi ID for USA/no HR anymore, No fit integration!

Keeps me on track

The data seems pretty accurate and the app works well. Haven't had a connection issue yet after two weeks of use, which in itself is great. Overall a great device.

Order No 2026 - I had great expectations from the band but my experience has shown me that it is a miserable device. The steps counter isn't accurate. It isnt counting steps and under reporting. I worked out for 8kms on both Sat and Sun and the band recorded 4K(on left hand), 1.8K(on right hand). The band's battery is simply not upto the mark. The site mentions 4-5days, as of yesterday the band got discharged in 16 hrs. The band requires constant GPS to remain connected Max dissatisfaction

I must say this is incredible. The kind of data and interpretation it provides is amazing. To my surprise, the Vital Baseline feature is amazing presenting all the insights about my health and lifestyle. I use MuseCue with this for my overall health tracking and I can safely say that it is the best 3k I ever spent. Recommended to everyone.

The app keeps crashing. It is also quite intrusive, asks for weird permissions like access to messages, call logs (why?), photos, etc. Also, the UI needs a whole lot of work. Edit-1: Step counts are highly inaccurate. After my 10KM walk, the app shows 4448 steps while Google Fit show 11k+ steps. Possibly because the sensor stops recording midway through the workout. Edit-2: Device stopped working after less than 2 weeks of use. What a waste!

I have purchased muse hybrid watch month ago. I had an amazing experience.specially support team.The backend team is very promt. They have resolved issue immediately. The only suggestion for app it calculate dead time (watch idal time) in to sleep time. Any ways to get that correction?

Update: Downgraded to two star for many many bugs. The assistant is not working right and there are bits and pieces of the app missing. Many broken promises. Edit: Down for maintenance? Edit: version 4.4.4 will not sync and the past 4 versions would not sync. The app has been broken for almost a year

Also it would be nice if we can report bugs trough app. UPDATE: I've changed it to 1* as only good thing about it was battery and once it runs out I threw it in the been as it's not worth to replace it. It was good idea, not really good product.

The Muse service was prompt and they returned the faulty piece and the new one is working fine.. just the sleep tracking is not available regularly till the last update.. let's see if that works or not..

It's a muse watch feedback...The Battery takes a lot of time to charge and discharges with in two days.The watch and the phone disconnect on its own and doesn't get connected even if you do it manually.The readings are not reliable...show difference from other medical devices.Overall not a very satisfactory experience. Performace Updat:18.01.2021 Have all the updates but once disconnected it doesnt connect automatically.The sleep tracker does not show any data. Syed

The watch is good. The only issue is I'mhaving to charge it daily .could I get some suggestions

While listening music... If I clicked the button for next song. It not works.. e.g. if I have selected double click top button for next song.. And down button for previous song.. And tried to use the same.. It increase/decreases the volume but not plays next/previous song.

My watch, Muse Minimo won't connect to my phone anymore. Also, the watch calibration had to be performed almost everyday. I've already sent an email and haven't received any response.

The benefit of not having to charge the watch is really great. I use the step count and phone alerts. Great watch and good app... There is room for improvement Expecting some more nice features in the future

Pretty good, I like the customisations available for the buttons. Doees most of the things I need from my watch. The app is straight foward, but sometimes U have to restart bluetooth for it to sync.

I use this app with a Muse Grandeur. The app keeps getting better with each update. It's still not perfect, the watch misses notifications occasionally. Overall the watch management and alerts are super easy.

I love the product. It's been almost 2 months since I have started using Muse Cue. I'm a fitness coach and an athlete. It helps me to monitor all by vitals by just tapping a button on the app. All these days I was unable to track my resting heart rate but after started using Muse Cue, I was able to see my resting heart while I was sleeping. Big thanks to the customer service executive who promptly replied to my email and advised me install an update for the issue I had. Amazing product:) Thanks

I have got the hybrid smar watch couple of weeks back. Waited till now to fully explore all its features and leave a review. Have been using it daily since than , comfortable and looks really good. Not too many fitness realted features but enough to daily count my step goal. It would be great if there is a Google fit integration as I am used to checking it. All in all I am satisfied.

Got the Muse watch as a Birthday . Its a beautiful watch. Its a definite replacement to my curent watch. The app is easy to use and useful summary of activity directly on the Home tab. Thank you

I got this device 2months back it is not at all working good . It is showing some irreleventbreadings. It has lot of issues regarding sleep data, steps count etc. Recently when i charged the device and tried to cinnect, it is not getting connected to the mobile app. I reinstalled the app even then it is not getting connected. Now the device is useless for me.

Extremely bad app and total waste of money when you buy muse Cue..it doesn't read any vitals..the firmware is not updated. Extremely poor customer service, you have a email id and no contact details where you can explain your issues. DON'T BUY...

Recieve my Muse Grandeur watch , love the design and the product. The notifications and other functions are really good. Overall satisfied with the product. But once in a while having connection issues, hope you guys can resolve this issue.

Does not connect to the muse cue device at all. Its really a struggle

I went to update my last post but was not able to. My last post was 1 star as well. The difference in this post is I would now give it a -1. Damn thing heated up and started burning. At first I thought I hit bit by a bug, but while I was inspecting my wrist, I felt same sensation, with more intensity, in my forefinger where I was holding the Muse. What a waste of money.

My smartwatch has simply stopped being visible to my phone (other bluetooth devices work fine). This is the third device with issues - the first one, from the IndieGoGo campaign, the buttons broke very quickly with no heavy use. They replaced that first watch promptly, but replaced it with a watch of the wrong description. This third watch, the BlueTooth abruptly stopped working. Though this watch has great support behind it, quality control appears to be minimal from this company, at least for the watch, and quality control has to come first. Without connecting to bluetooth, the time doesn't even update, which means that the watch doesn't even work as a normal timepiece anymore. I wouldn't to buy this watch again, though while it works, so long as it works, it's nice. But it appears that every 6 months or so there's another issue and that's just a hassle for a watch that advertises itself as one which lasts for a year (the battery, perhaps, but not the watch itself).

Worst product

With new update app is getting crashed several times especially when hrv monitoring. I recently observed that battery is not 100% charged it's charged 96% . If I remove this watch, the stand by of the watch is not a one day .( Last night I charged and removed the watch midnight . Today I tried to wear . But device not responsive due to empty battery) overall it's ok app

Connective issue

after updating now led blink in double tap doesn't work...you won't know whether it's charged or dead...not very happy with muse cue :(

I have been using muse cue since 3 days now - except for occasional glitches, I feel that the overall experience is great. With muse cue I understand what's exactly going on with my health and body - I felt that its important for me to know more of how my health is - This also happens while I pay very little attention to muse nor it distracts my attention - It basically silently does its job - as if its one more monitoring organ in my body ! This is a must have health care hardware for everyone.

I actually go to work by 9.30 am It means I used to woke up by 8.00 am to get ready But it's showing that I was sleeping till 10.42am Worst experience Don't buy

After the initial hiccup, the team provided the firmware update which started counting the steps and the subsequent calorie burn. I would also like to point out that Muse Cue team was quick to react over the issue and overall the product is very accurate when it comes to counting steps etc. A very nice product and a very helpful team Thank you Muse team for all the efforts

Got it 2 days back, initially please to see all features but data of step count is completely erroneous. Moreover HRV & Respiratory rate is not functioning..get highly disheartened

Liked my product and especially periodic measurements. Can you provide periodic measurements as optional so that we can improve battery life if we don't want to measure it continuously.✌️

After the latest app update, I am able to see my steps and sleep data properly. Thanks for the fix. Hope I will get more from Muse.

Have been using it for 24 hours, everything looks fine except a few app crashes. Want to see you guys improve the app. Also waiting for the workout modes you promised.

I am happy with the readings. I tried testing Muse Cue readings comparing it with a pulse oximeter, interestingly they are close most of the time. I like the product.

Got my muse cue today and syncd with muse health app.Found app not recording steps, activitiy,sleep etc.Measurement of body vitals possible only through app.Believed it will be done automatically every few hours,but that's not the case.Overall an unsatisfactory product.Moreover,no customer support number provided on website,Muse team reachable only via emails....After the OTA update,System don't taking any measurements or tracks activity.Battery life reduced to 2 hours.Pathetic product.

I just got this muse cue today and when i connected it to my android device it worked normally in the beginning but when i removed the device and again tried to connect it .. itdosent get connected as the application. Was unable to scan the device again that god knows for what reason.. Please comment on how ro resolve it

Well the latest firmware update has turned things around for my Muse Cue. Everything works as advertised, and even the battery looks like it's going to last for more than 3 days this time. Well done guys!

Just about unusable. New firmware gets heart-rate wrong. SPO2 and temperature not working. Battery life is max 30-40 hours which is odd given that it has no display and takes quite a while to fully charge. Steps and sleep data inaccurate but hope the app and firmware upgrade fixes that. Requires a lot of work - on both app and watch

Got the Muse Cue 2 days ago. I don't know if the app is faulty or the device, but the readings are unreliable when the readings come through and some readings don't work at all. The sleep tracking does not work at all, the sort count tracker is absurd. The step count always show zero untill I do the HRV measure, and once the HRV measure is done the step count jumps to some absurd number. The tracker says that yesterday I had a step count equivalent to some 170+ Km. Hope Muse fixes all this, soon

I was able to pair the cue just once for a day. And then it just gives error message saying something went wrong. Waste of money

Ultimate dissatisfaction by purchasing the Muse Cue. Most inaccurate in measuring. Forget about other vitals, number of steps also showing wrong which we can count by ourselves. App is not refreshing, not updating readings. I think your Technical Team has to wear for few days and they should come to know the drawback of this product before releasing to the customers.

Like another consumer said, this is the worst purchase of the year. And I ordered 4, received 2 because they were out of stock. Thank god for that. I'm stuck with 2 though. Too many issues with pairing, measuring the vitals. Not easy to use. I feel that by focusing on too many features they ignored the basic, minimum functionality of the wearable. To top it all, the mail ID for app support is not an existing one.

One of the worst thing purchased in 2020 is your Muse Cue. Trowed to dustbin. So many pairing issues. Account creation issues both in ios and android. Worst Fitness band. Please don't buy and waste your valuable money. Before releasing any product do some R&D.

IFTTT was promised and now it's the end of the year and still no support. The default actions aren't as customizable as I would like it, this would be fixed if IFTTT was available. Update: 6 months later and IFTTT is STILL not available as promised in the campaign.

I now have my watch back from repair but I can't use any of the assessments in the app - every time I try to get started the app closes. I was told by "support" that it's because I'm not using Android 8, but my phone doesn't support 8 so I'm expected to just put up with a lesser quality product. Still waiting for the game and IFTTT. Overall, I'm really disappointed and in hindsight would not have backed this.

I should not be required to enter personal details like my birthdate, height, weight, sex, etc. I just want to use the device as a smartwatch. I am not interested in the "health" features. Remove this requirement.

Horrible. Won't maintain a connection with the device. Seriously, the worst app I've encountered so far. The watch itself is nice, but without the app to view it with, it's just a watch. Of course, it needs the app for setting time, etc. Not happy at all with my purchase.

Utterly useless. Step counter doesn't work (I'm using the company's very own Muse Grandeur), at all. Best case scenario, it records roundabout 80 steps for every 2 miles.

Refuses to detect or connect to my watch. The connection broke with the latest update and have been trying every single day. As of now, the watch is just that. A watch.

Wait for general release before you buy. Doesn't work well with Samsung S8. Keeps losing connectivity & I have to repeatedly reconfigure the watch so that the app sees it. Hugely disappointed. Watch looks good though. I'm sure once the rough spots are ironed out it will be worth purchasing. But until then I'd wait. Plenty of other options on the market that are fit for purpose. App is good, but that also has bugs but the support team are mostly cooperative & do respond in a timely fashion.
