Looking forward to using my printer with it. I lost the printed color directions that came with my hp Laser Jet when I moved to another bedroom and it hasn't worked yet except for the sample page. Now moved again this might do it. The picture is on the original printer box so I have been missing how all along since my original setup in a larger studio like room and office

Lately, I’ve been experiencing difficulties with printing on this printer. Additionally, the ink cartridge I was using has not been restocked by the supplier. Since I’ve retired, my printing needs have significantly decreased, and I no longer require printing more than 200 copies. you can either start printing immediately or delete the app. there's no tab to add a printer to personal network, and customer service is a joke. they tell you to do the exact same thing the printer spit out and neither one works

I just downloaded this smart printer app not 30 min ago and I subscribed for a year since I could not try to print with this app until I subscribed weekly or for a year. I could not get the app to work, and not even a min. after subscribing, I tried to cancel this subscription. I could not cancel without paying for the year! It had already gone through my credit card. The cancellation says Aug 5, 2027!? This is unacceptable. Terrible business practice and will be reported to BBB as a scam!

I downloaded the app and selected the free trial and it wanted me to put in my credit card information to make me pay anyway and I'm not paying for anything and giving my credit card information till I find out if it works so I uninstalled it.

Nowhere in the description does it tell you that you are required to pay for a subscription, but before I could even enter the app, it made me either sign up for a free week trial or purchase the subscription.

Other apps connect to my printers fine but when I click on the printers in this app, I get redirected to a browser with an error.

This is not free installation which you are fooling in the name of reward. When you go for printing after installation of app ,it doesn't print unless you subscribe weekly plan of Rs.299/- or yearly plan of Rs.2244/- Hence I removed this application

The phrase 'in app purchases' makes you think that you don't have to pay to use it, but you do from what I can tell by looking through the app. I'm not a fan of dishonesty and misleading advertising.

This is a hacking app disguised as a harmless printer app. It's main function is to get the user to allow access to your home local area network. All your devices use a printer. Therefore the permissions are egregiously allowing anyone with app to remote takeover your home and all devices.

Install app. Open app. Tell it I don't like the app. It connects to the printer. I tell it to print the PDF file, in hopes it will have more customisation than the free app on my phone. It tells me to buy a subscription. Uninstall app.

Went to scan my portable printer, and the app asked me what printer I had, I typed it in the app and said it supported the printer. I had said they were able to find my printer, subscription options came up, and I added my card info paid the 35 bucks, went to use the app and what do you know, the list of supported printers came up and mine wasn't one of them. It is very misleading and deceiving scammy if you will. I'm very upset. I have no use for this app.

Fraudulent, and useless app. Don't download, never subscribe. Very mean and inconsiderate customer support system. I downloaded this app, paid $69 annual fee so I can scan and share documents with my partners. The scanning only goes straight to my printer, no option to share, no settings, only straight to the printer. No more, no less. I talked to the support who insisted I take photos with my camera. I was charged without notice and payment was forwarded to another card that was in my Google account. I asked for a refund for both unexpected transaction. It is not made easily accessible to cancel, but after asking for a refund I hope that it cancels out automatically because I can't find the cancel button.

I tried to cancel this subscription because I believe it's weekly rate is too high. AI apologized because it didn't know how to do the cancellation. I couldn't find the APP SUPPORT section or any menu other than pay for the whole year on the print app. also due to bank fees and such, they can't tell me how much I will be charged!

I thought I was installing an HP plug-in to use MY PRINTER from my phone and when it asked for a star rating without doubt I gave it a 5 (Been using HP for the last 15 years), but when it started to present the charges for using the app I paid more attention and found out that this is not a legitimate HP plug-in but a knockoff that won't even let you try it without a cc, so a 1 star is warranted just because a cero or a negative number is not available. I have been using this FREE application for years, however suddenly it stopped working. Every time I try to install it again, it asks for a credit card number and I am concerned it is an attempt to fraud.

Why would I have to pay for a subscription service just to print from my phone? It acts like you can use the basic print functions but then just endlessly loops you back to the paywall. I got away from HP because their apps sucked and I wanted a refillable style printer. Epsons software is so much worse. Guess I'll be trying brother when this one inevitably dies.

Absolutely awful. Inconsistent, buggy, and now HP Wants to charge you a subscription for their worthless services. I downloaded this to use as a scanner from the printer to the office. The scanner used the phones camera to take a photo only. That is not good enough for important documents.

Yet another of those apps that won't let you even print a single thing before asking you to give them 5 stars and pay them to try it. Could be the best app on earth for printing, but I will never know. I've paid for apps that allow totally free use (without the trial BS) for a limited time. How can one review an app never used? Why force a trial run to do so, in hopes that some poor sap forgets to cancel their subscription? If ANY app is worth it, they will beg you to simply try it out.

In order to print you have to pay a subscription. They should put a big sign on the printer before you buy it that says " Hey it's not really a printer unless you subscribe" matter of fact, I need to have a lawyer look into this. Don't buy Brother products they need subscriptions

I did not realize that there was a monthly charge for this app. It was not up front as a cost. I installed it and then found out there were fees. I went for the 3 day free trial. It said I could cancel anytime within the 3 day period, so the same day I went to cancel and uninstall it. I got the message that uninstalling it will NOT cancel the contract. How do I cancel this??? Buyer beware.

They ask for credit card info, force you for a service, asks for your email password, don't accept your password (supposedly), don't allow you to opt out or proceed further on their app, and don't allow you to unsubscribe from their app and website. Printer hasn't worked other than the 4 full days I've spent until midnight reconnecting it. The app sucks and the printer sucks more, and their "ink subscription" service that causes you printer to not print even when you have 7 cartridges of ink also sucks more than both.

I have tried several apps today and all of them were very confusing and they wanted money on top of it. I found this app it was easy to install and set up and it worked great. I've had a lot of difficulty with the Canon printer trying to connect my WI-Fi to it and trying to get things to connect and print from my phone. The HP printer worked a lot better and was more user friendly than the cannon printer

looking for a free app. I don't print from my phone I just want to check my printer. they act like you're taking documents on your phone and sending them to the printer and willing to pay twenty bucks a month. I wish they would tell you it cost 20 bucks a month before you download and install. How can you expect any more than one star review?
