this is very fun! I also play Bakery Story 2, and enjoy this just as much. the only downside is the food that is started will often disappear and need to be restarted. that happens at least once a day. otherwise, love love love this game!

Have played this game since around 2010. Ads used to be optional. Now in 2026 they have updated the game to force them even when they have other pay systems/currency in the game. Definitely has made the experience worse.

so my food just disappears now. I cooked food overnight, served it and then within 30 seconds it all was gone and didn't even serve a single serving. Also I shouldn't have to invite friends to expand.

unplayable with all the pop ups and ads pulling you out of the game interface. uninstalled. Plus you no longer allow me into my main account with my password and username, which I've logged in for years prior without an issue

I thought I wrote a review years ago. Big sis and I love used to love this game years ago. It just that now its not in sync. I make something, comes back to check and its not there or I have to remake the darn thing. In other words it keeps setting me back in game either with food(sometimes it just isnt even on the stove anymore) or a level.

I loved the game as a kid, I recently rediscovered it and its still as good as I remember

nostalgic but buggy Came back to this game after many years. and it's a fun little game, doesn't try to suck up all your time, and I just love the attention to detail in the graphics. unfortunately it is buggy. Often disconnected from server, sometimes food disappears, and the goals can feel very grindy bordering on impossible. and if you loose your password or change phones account recovery can take a week. also the pop up ads are very annoying - but not as bad as most other games these days.

The game is exciting I gave only one star because I worked really hard to get to level 41 ok I had to factory reset my phone when re downloaded it it started me over again there is no way to save progress I really liked what I had going but I lost a lot of food money and my energy put into the game to start over again

Restaurant Story is the most relaxing and addictive game I have ever played. It is easy to win diamonds. I have great neighbors. I know I will never delete this game. I haven't got bored. I've been playing since 2008, and it's always fun.

Restaurant story a game for all ages. I've been playing this every day. There are new goals that run for 5 days to 14 days. The goals follow a different story each time. The price of the items have def gone up in game coins price. You also need a lot more pieces to complete the specialist ovens or game parts. This can make it hard to complete the challenges without spending real money. This is why i've marked it as 4 stars.

I have more than a dozen names in this game. That should tell you how much I LIKE it. It's great for time passing time, concentration, thinking, and planning skills. Playing more than 12 names, I need those planning skills Try the challenges too, I do. This game is good for children and adults. You are able to message others, so play safe and have fun. While you are at it, try Bakery Story, Farm Story, Dragon Story, and Fashion Story if available for your device.

I love Storm8 games. The only issue is the expiration of products - I don't get any notifications when the time is up and the food expires. I have switched on notifications in-app and on my phone settings but I still don't get any.

I've played this game for years and I really like it. The only downside is the in game adds have gotten so out of hand its really disappointing.

Returned to Restaurant & Bakery Story games after several months possibly a year. I find a few changes that are extremely helpful: a Search Bar for locating parts & gifting is convenient and "Watching a video" to complete a recipe & even help in finishing some of the goals faster. Enjoying it. 😁

I've been playing this game since it first came out. After the recent update, I am having many issues with this. I cannot speed up food therefore cannot do goals anymore. No videos to get free gems and a lot of other things have changed too. This is very disappointing. Also happend on Bakery too. Contacted the support team but no response.

it's the closest game I could find that satisfies my nostalgia for a potion making shop game with very similar mechanics. I love the art style and that you can play 100% for free if you want. really enjoy the community aspect. the only issue is the pop up ads. they're really annoying

play alone if you just want to cook and sell, but if you want to do the challenges or build stoves or decorations, you must play with others. it is so fun, I have 10+ restaurants. and yes I do play them and even buy things sometimes.

Restaurant Story is very similar to Zombie Café: you cook food using real-time timers, place finished dishes on counters, and customers automatically take the food, eat, pay and leave. You decorate and expand your restaurant while managing your food supply and waiting for batches to finish.

You need to fix that problem.If the ad is a min long we should get 2 gems that's only fair, it's another 5sec for the X to appear and another 5 sec after that. It's ridiculous.Take off the limit of how many stoves and ovens I can have.As long as I can afford them and the restaurant supports the size of the kitchen then we should be allowed.So why is there a limit?

the game is very similar to how it was when I last played years ago, which isn't necessarily a good thing because progress in this game is REALLY slow. some dishes take hours, and I think I remember a dish taking a whole day, why does grilled cheese need 3 hours? If you don't mind a game where you check in every now and then and decorating you'd probably enjoy it, but you can't sit down and play it as you'll have to wait until your hours long dishes are finished.

I was trying to download the other stories and come to find out my phone is not compatible with it, but I’ve been playing it on the phone that I currently have for a while.
