Been trying since 2 hours nothing asking to change the password for no reason I have wasted my 2 hours for nothing tried to reinstall it remove and add it again still nothing

difficult graphics, during payment it transform to other page which is not graphically designed as it is a scam there is note that the CVV is incorrect although I put it correctly and the payment process was successful, While typing my name on the card when i put space it clears it then what I have to do is to write my first and family name together then I make space between them , these issues disappeared a long time ago! when I have to submit my review through the app cannot be sent!

can't login cuz not receiving otp when I called them they said chat with us via live chat then when I tried to chat the app still asks me for otp then they asked me to email them and after emailing 2 times no response or feedback and when you call them they say this not our issue try to contact with chat live what kind of ridiculous is that ?!

التطبيق بعد التحديث الاخير صار سيء، جربته على اكثر من جهاز، عند تسجيل الدخول يرسل الرمز لكن صفحة ادخال الرمز ما تظهر لاحظت المشكلة اذا البرنامج باللغة العربية مع الانجليزي، مو موجودة

One of the worst government service apps I've ever used in my life! Login / registration is hell to complete: the fields are buggy, and even after entering all the details correctly, the app generates "sorry, could not complete your request" error. And then there's their autoreply bot here on PlayStore that tells everyone to use the in-app chat feature, knowing full well it needs a login first. I'd give this useless app 0 stars if it was possible.

A one star since the app keeps crashing and asking for a password change and takes time to load before crashing

ارفع طلب توصيل كهرباء وفي الخطوة الاخيرة يرفض الطلب بسبب خلل في رفع النموذج اتصل على الهاتف الدعم التقني اشرح له يطلب مني لازم عن طريق المحادثة مع انه في خيار في هاتف خيار خلل تقني !!!! اروح للمحادثة انتظار من نصف ساعة الى ساعة ثم تقفل المحادثة ثم أبدأ من جديد !!!!! آمل إلغاء المحادثة الفورية لانها ليست فورية ويكتفى برفع تذكرة عن طريق الايميل أفضل من انتظار ساعة ثم تلغى المحادثة

Dear Saudi energy, no available live chat feature prior login as you mention in your reply. i've sent you an email but no response. i need your support urgently. cannot create an account or register with my Iqama. on the last step says ("Dear Customer, we are unable to proceed with your request. Please try after sometime"), when called the customer service they said we cannot help you as it is error from the application.

The Saudi Energy app provides excellent service for tenants. It is very convenient and helpful for paying electricity bills through the app and accessing detailed bill information. The energy consumption analysis is also very useful for monitoring and understanding electricity usage. Thank you for providing such a convenient and user-friendly service.

تتبع الاستهلاك اليومي من اشرطة الاستهلاك العمودية بالصفحة الرئيسية لا يعمل بعد التحديث الأخير

البرنامج يسوي كراش فجاه لمن احط على الاستهلاك جوال samsung note 10 +

التطبيق ممتاز ومفيد بشكل عام، لكن التحديث الأخير (سبتمبر 2029) للأسف كان فيه بعض المشاكل، أبرزها التعلق المتكرر وتعطل بعض الوظائف بشكل مزعج. أتمنى من فريق التطوير إضافة خاصية تتيح متابعة الاستهلاك اللحظي المباشر، لأنها بتكون مفيدة جداً في مراقبة أداء الأجهزة عند الحاجة، خصوصاً المكيفات الجديدة والاجهزة الكبيرة.

account activation link in email doesn't work. Unable to login because OTPs are delayed or don't arrive at all. When they arrive, the OTP isn't recognised by the login server. Unable to register existing electricity meter. Literally nothing in this app works. Edit: tried to contact support via live chat as per developer response. No answer either.

I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue of overbilling every month. I have repeatedly requested that your team visit my apartment to inspect the electrical load and review the bills being issued to me. I also requested a full inspection of the electricity meter. However, no one has visited my apartment, and the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that you arrange a meter inspection and investigate the cause of these excessive monthly bills as soon as possible.

دايما فيه مشاكل لا عارف اسوي دخول ولا شي . ادخل الباسورد او بالبصمه يبقى يسوي انتظار بس ما يصير اشي من اسبوعين نفس المشكله.

بعد الهويه الجديدة للشركة .. اصبح التطبيق مزعج جدا، مشاكل بالدخول .. وعدم تعرف على البيانات وغيرها الكثير .
