Suspiciously, I couldn't cancel my subscription because the app claimed I had no internet connection, despite having mobile signal and every other feature of the app, along with my other apps, working perfectly fine. There are other apps offering similar features for free.

Scam. The app push you to fill a lot statistic questions before you will know that you must set a payment!

haven't signed up for premium. useful scanner but thought the other alternatives weren't accurate. e.g. I have some biltong which I scanned and the alternative at 100/100 was dog food.. some alternatives weren't even relevant. I also would find it useful if you could link to where you could buy alternative products (online or in-store). also, what options by supermarket so you know exactly what products are available at my local Tesco or Sainsbury's for example

I downloaded this app poorly to find out the food I was eating, and to get decent food. But all I'm faced with with regards to opening the app is a bunch of cartoon childish nonsense if you into that kind of thing then that's the app for you, but don't insult adult intelligence with this foolishness otherwise I never got to try the app because this turned me off straight away, think of the broader audience not of the immature you are aiming at

took £30 after free trial which is like 3 days with barely any warning at all customer support poor and overall a bad experience on the app, dont use!!!!

Felt scammed by sweeping through all the screens and seeing paid subscription at the end. Total disappointment. Asking for a feedback before revealing paid subscription is also a bad move. There are free alternatives already.

I find the app doesn't work well in the shops, when is the time the app gets used. it either doesn't connect or takes ages, then starts asking for log in, then if it doesn't know a bar code, it asks to take photo of ingredients, then photo of the item from front. Too much!! I was hoping on reliability as a great idea to understand food and what your eating. If it worked but my experience up to now is frustrating app.

fake healthy food app used to entice you to buy there year plan for 29.99 a month you get 3 days for free in a free trial but you can't use those free dYs without signing up for a subscription not worth it just search your ingredients on Google I hate apps that make you pay yearly subscriptions let alone adds that force you to sign without giving a free trial

This is a big con. it only gives you a 3 day trial then charges you....what's the point !! I eat hardly anything in 3 days so wouldn't really fully test it. It also asks for a review before it reveals your only getting 3 days, which I find quite sly. companies who operate like this do not get my loyalty or money...you should know better than to try dupe people. I'd give zero if I could !

When you pay upfront, you expect the product to be yours without hidden data collection. why are there cookies capable of collecting vast amounts of personal information in this paid app?

Asks for you to rate and pay for it before you even get to try it... To top it off you agree to a free trial for 3 days (£30 a year after that) and then have to set up an account after... More like a scam than a useful app. I'll just carry on using my eyes and brain thanks.

SCAM! Cancelled my 3 day trial after a day but still had £29.99 taken from my account, upon checking it still says I'm subscribed! wish I'd read reviews first, don't even bother trying please, going through PayPal fraud squad to get refund

looked dodgy when the sponsored ad showed the bread as 0/100 but you open the app and it shows 34/100 for the same product. Haven't had the chance to use the app yet

just as bad as the people selling the processed food . rather than an ad version they want to bill you to be healthy . just Google the ingredients most of the ultra processed foods use the same ingredients. after a week or 2 you will know what too avoid .

Not as it appears on the surface. The rating looks really goof d, until you install it & have to answer a series of questions. No problem so far, until it refuses to go any further without your bank details. Even the free trial demands your bank details. Needless to say, I uninstalled it at that time. It may be good, but I don't trust apps which demand personal details before you know what you're getting 😕
