Download SpareRoom UK V3.4.3700 APK From Android App Store New Update

Excellent good job. thanks to admin

Perfect

very useful app

excellent.

Good Experience

Found the app really easy to use and no problems, surprisingly inexpensive.

Great app, easy to use and book viewings etc.

Great app to find or look for a room or a flat. I advertised a room and got 35 messages in 1 day . realy impressed with this app

Easy to navigate what is usually a minefield.

Excellent setvice!

Such a disgusting feature to make people pay for something that should be a free service. Absolutely grim, if your on a budget don't install this app as it's just a waste of time. Would you spend 30 quid just to contact someone?

Spare Room is a great app

Very effective

its alr

I have been a client before with the Spare Room. They have an excellent reputation and they are very helpful.

I found a tenant within a week of advertising. Based on my experience, I am happy to recommend.

very helpful

The app is straight forward, it's got great reach and I found a lodger within 2 weeks. Easily recommended.

Looking for a place on London, this app is great, preferable to the website on desktop.

very good app

Works Great! Worth the fee.Im in agreement with another reviewer where it should be mandatory to have a photo for renters and landlords. That aside its great and functions perfectly for what its designed to do.

Help full

great app

very bad because when I need send massage someone need credit not free

nice app

Nice and easy to manage, Recommend

Best platform imo to find a room or rent a room out. Easy to use and doesn't have to cost the Earth. 👍

does what it's created for

Absolutely love SpareRoom Uk

quite useful app

I think the app is well designed. However, the moment I posted an ad it become ideal. I had a room in 3 days. If you need a room I highly recommend it.

I've now had two tenants through this app. They give sound advice if you're just starting out to help keep you safe. So please make sure you you read them. Excellent service.

Number 1 in the UK, well as the only one apart from fragmented non-specialised listing's, doesn't say much. All they want to do is upwell users into spending money, support is unhelpful, profile page does not exist, advise is to post an ad. No-one actually looks at them when you are looking. Landlords ghost you constantly over 20 messages sent, only 4 replies and they all state they are looking for a female lodger even though the ad didn't say it. This is not user friendly.

Works well. Spareroom is the best site for UK room lets and we've been using it for years. My only minor grumble with the app is that (unlike the web interface) it doesn't show enquirers' full surnames, only an initial (e.g. John S. instead of John Smith).

good

looking for a place to rent, but don't that I need to get a membership just to message someone

good

so far they have been quite helpful

reliable

pay to contact adds? seriously, with gaurantee of what exactly? that its allready taken?

easy to use and find

really good app for people trying to look for somewhere

am not ready yet

Ad brought some good relevant interest

good

Good

thank you for giving this platform for looking room.

great app for finding quick accomodation.

nobody answers you. most listings have been up months and are not active

I think my device has been blocked for some reason, I can't access the website or App

I've met some very odd people, also made some friends. The app works. I'm yet to win the raffle after a decade of entering . Will this good review grease those wheels?

Handy app, works well

Good support team from them as someone who paid for an ad listing

A very useful app to find room/home in the UK. The daily update lets you know new rooms available.

great so far

So far so good

Always used this site and always had results with it. Recommend as a landlord or a lodger

Well managed app, used for years and always finds me what I'm looking for.

nice flatsharing app but the subscribe needs to be taken off if possible

nice application

very good

goid

easy to use

pay to be put up ... thats how it works ...or contact new users stingy and many grabbing

great

meh not found anywhere suitable as yet on this app

amazing

Have been using for 20 years!!! Excellent app, way above all competitors!

after years of using this app and website. their search function is absolutely useless, I've contacted support before about it and they won't even admit there is a problem. even if you're specific about the location you're searching then add some radius to it and it shows random places totally out of range of the search radius. why? is it some kinda marketing technique? it's infuriating. and a complete waste of time..

easy to use

good

Excellent!

So easy to let my room!

It's a nice app, but i do not like how much is monetised. you have to pay to be verified, pay to message certain ads,and there is no one-off message purchase. You have to purchase for a period of time. the app does not seem to respect certain filters like couples considered ,and it also seems to ignore the pet suitable filter as well. The good points I have noticed, though, is that it tells you how responsive someone is. it uses actual ID verification, and the app is easy to use and navigate

Too many time wasters

Its a good link between the landlord and tenants Quite satisfied with the app

Makes hunting for a roof over your head SO much easier! Especially in trying times. I didn't bother with anything else, found a place in two weeks!

This app seems very easy to use and the rooms available are mostly top quality. Out of the park stuff. Love it. ❤❤

looks good messaged 5 people no reply so far...

fair

Found new flatmates!

pretty easy.

very helpful app to rent my spare room. easy to use and hallows of interest

It's not a good app. landlords asking for too much money and the app is asking for too much info. not a EU standard. don't download it. used to be good

Good response

kept receiving information of people who i have already communicated with. spareroom should do more people who are genuinely looking for room.

thank you

Excellent,and so helpful.

nice website

It works really well and with great customer support. I have used this many times & never fails to find me new renters.

easy to use and convenient

so helpful

amazing

good

great app

it works for me as a customer

perfect

Perfect. Nothing to complain about.

No option to filter by ads only by agents, when I choose option no live in landlords it still shows me people who sublet their rooms so it's kinda useless, wish there was option for only agents live out landlords edit almost 5 months passed and it's even worse now,it keeps showing me current flatmate ads instead of no live in landlord just a normal hmo with random people, why can't you just ad a only agents filter?

You get spammed by users who don't read your profile and just send messages to everyone, even ones that are way above your budget. They delete your chats and quickly, so if you want to have a record of what you've talked about with your landlord or tenant, take a screenshot of all your messages. The (male) landlord I found on the app turned out to be a liar and who even harassed me. The app didn't provide a way to report him. Doesn't seem like they care about your security.

its the best, because it never fails to get me lodgers.

cool

the experience is a total package

since starting my journey 3 years ago in property and HMO landlord this has been my no1 platform to find tenants and house guests absolutely brilliant platform.

quick and easy to navigate.

so far so good, not found anything yet but the response is promising

Good experience so far—booked my first room but haven't stayed there yet.

Excellent app to find good flatshares in the UK!

use on two occasions. very smooth, straightforward service.

very useful tool

Great verified user feature. Reliable in finding quality lodgers in my experience.

Fantastic. I never fail to find the right person to rent. I love Spareroom ❤️

Easy to use. Lots of messages once I was verified and paid for a month's membership.

works well every time.

I would highly recommend SpareRoom UK! This app offers a variety of rentals, and it's very user-friendly. Messaging landlords has been easy. I immediately receive notifications, keeping me in contact with potential landlords.

An excellent rental platform, that only gets better.

great app

good

very good

professional and easy to use .👍.

App was good, so was the advice of creating my renter ad. I got a lot of offers for rooms.

excellent

Very few real people ready to book and move. lots of people looking but very few of them are serious.

good

Love it Easy to use and super convenient

excellent

You av to pay incase if u want to reach any landlord. in the era of air bnb and other modern apps, they will ask u for subscription if u want to reach any landlord. strongly not recommended.

I've always used spare room .

Cool

used multiple time, always a great experience.

good 👍

👍🏿

very responsive

I have used this app several times for a long time and I have always found someone with the right profile to let my place without fail and on the date I need to start the lease.

for me the best..so happy with the app

easy to use and full of options

Fairly easy to use. Easy to navigate. Nothing is complicated and messaging is simple too. Excellent idea and worked for me and many I know. 👍

I am new to the site. good but: navigating the site is somewhat problematic. searching for a specific ad (the ad ID should be on every property screen shown) as I get lost while roaming. ditto with messaging. advertisers can be vague about ID, location so I get puzzled as to which ad I am conversing about. having said all that, good site!

Makes renewing ad much easier

all I can say folks is I was lucky.... the advert got good response quickly and then slowed down as quick, but I got lucky. do your due diligence and don't accept the first request, I had an absolute nutter who demanded an answer although no reference from landlord or employer... an absolute nutter so pleased do your research on any prospective tenant guy's. SpareRoom has done an amazing job for me so thank you guy's.

many details can be added fmto find the perfect place, found every rooms on that app

Easy to use. It's always my 'go to' app when needing to rent a room.

this app serves very well for room search.

I love how many searches and how many filters you can do with each search. I can go from immediate alerts for my very picky persnicaty self to the I just need a reasonable room with once a day alerts. Love the app!!

Very good app and way to connect lodgers and landlords.

Good advertising quick responses

alway a pleasure to use this app

perfect

Very good, it's hard to find somewhere for my current position.

Used for years, always gets me a tenant quicky. upgrade is reasonable price and worth it.
