I failed at the first hurdle - couldn't even sign up. it rejected my passcode and then refused to let me add a new one . just kept cycling back to the same screen. no way to get help.

Awful costumer support. They think putting AI to chat with us on the app and email can troubleshoot any problems. It's very frustrating to be honest. Unreliable bank.

This is the first banking app I used when I got to UK. Currently my main bank for saving, and there are so many options that take some trial but once you get it, it goes smoothly. Also not much of an issue, but it always requires some sort of screen lock before I can open the app. I don't lock my phone usually, so imagine me having to constantly set a lock any time I need to use the app😅.

Very consistent in constantly downgrading their user experience. They thought their old logo was not 'serious' enough and made it bland, but in turn made the whole user interface Fisher-Price-like, so that kids can play with animated backgrounds and bubbles.

One of the best overall digital bank app in the EEA I think. May Wise and Lunar follows it in the Nordic. N26 and Bunq is the other two competent digital bank solution what simple and secure enough to use as primary in Western Europe and in the Nordics.

This is such a great app easy to set up lots options on overseas transfer or shopping. Has a range of features to choose from. Also, the cool card designs are such a bonus love my purple credit card!

Noticed an unusual payment and revolut suggested I terminate my card in a 10 minute span

just great to use, great for travellers.

PROS: nice app, sleek features, interesting adverts. CONS: AI generated customer services. Switched from English to Portuguese with no request. App duped me to leave a small balance behind only for me to send the petty amount of BRL1967 instead of BRL2000. Chat refused to help and amongst many useless options, it suggested me to give it to charity, as if I need encouragement from others to be kind. Just use your own bank and you'll never go wrong. I've contacted them below and it was pointless.

Ho usato Revolut per anni e ne son sempre stato entusiasta. Di recende, con l'ingrandimento della società, i servizi si son fatti peggiori. Nell'ultimo mese sono andato incontro a duverse limitazioni di operatività, prima per un disservizio, poi per controlli di cui non mi é stato dato un tempo limite. Per piú di 10 giorni son rimasto senza possibilità di accedere ai fondi e inviare o prelevare. Ritengo tutto ció inaccettabile da una banca. Consiglio di valutare i competitor.

I don't like the terminology they use in their app. When I send money to my own account it is not a payment. Also not necessarily the best conditions when it comes to conversion.

v10.154.1 doesn't work on a stock Nokia updated to Android 13 even though they claim to support Android 9. I know that other brands have been getting the "unsupported device" message. Hopefully they sort it in a new app build or I'll have to rollback to an earlier release that still works. Probably a NZ only problem since it deals with Revolut Bank NZ.

Difficult, to get account back having changed phone.

Revolut won't let me log in on GrapheneOS, but still supports Android 9. Blocking an up-to-date, security-focused OS while accepting such an old Android version makes no sense to me.

Horrible service. Had something like just under 10 EUR left on account and they said it was too small a sum to take out of my account. Forgot my passcode, they asked to take a photo and provide a valid driver's license, which I did, but then the upload of the document was taking longer than 20 minutes although the screen said it usually takes seconds. I can't even log in to delete my account 😄 You can shove the 10 EUR wherever you want, Revolut. People are better off finding alternatives.

literally restricted me from being able to deposit funds because i transferred funds into my account, then allowed the account to get overdrawn? i sent them my bank statements that shows its my money and they rejected it without explanation as to why. their AI chatbot was useless and once put through to a person just the same useless loop

I really love using Revolut. I think it's a great bank. I love how I can have my money just all in the one app with my credit card, my savings, and my spending. It's very easy to use, very easy to track, and customer service is amazing. I really like it and highly recommend it.

I dont recommend to use it.I tried to register many times and they restrict me for no reason they have a lot of erors I heard it the app was down for couple if days they hade milions moving from one acount to other stupid app and high commissions.

consistent complaints across the various reviewers—is that the UX/UI is just bad. Should take a leaf from Aspire app which can do more things like merchant lock. Much better way than just setting card spent limit.

It's all good.. Till you need to find atm abroad. Free atm locations were always wrong. App never tells you which Bank in Poland is operating this atm. We lost so much time on our trip following revolut app locations to atms... You need to fix this! Imagine... You following revolut app direction to this ominous atm.. Apparently free withdrawals.. But it's not there... Or you being charge exchange rate and withdraw fee!

would give better rating if the account would switch to a AT iban accojnt number for Austrian customers.

Revolut es una cuenta bancaria virtual muy buena. 1. Al ser una cuenta online no tienes que pagar comisiones por tener la cuenta abierta. 2. Tienes la posibilidad de conseguir una tarjeta virtual gratuita ya que la física cuesta un poquito de dinero para obtenerla. 3. Si te vas de viaje este es el tipo de tarjeta y cuenta bancaria que necesitas porque no cobran ninguna comisión por pagar estando en otro país si te vas a cenar u otra cosa fuera. Lo único malo es que no puedes meter $€ efectivo.

My full time bank now that I live abroad. Very reliable. Ultra is worthwhile if you travel a bit and have enough savings to earn on the interest. good points system, lounges, free trades. I'm very happy with it.

Horrible just horrible, Tried a bunch to add funds from google wallet followed their own istructions to the letter and they are utter wrong to follow none of the options are there to choose and it asks to scan some qr code where the options are none existent again to transfer from google wallet AVOID THIS ONE FOLKS

Can't update my ID... Other than that I love it. Especially the crypto market, very easy to use. I hope the ID problem is now solved because my last name changed and it's essential for me to be able to use my Revolut account.

Pretty good, I just wish the investment window had more features in terms of helping new investors like more intricate buy/sell automations and real time analyst recommendations. My other complaint is the non availability of the credit card option in my country. I have great credit scores from my current local providers, so I feel it's a no-brainer for Revolut to start issuing credit cards for users who can prove their good record.

For the last 2 months your app keeps getting stuck at the logo loading, i don't know what you did but seems to me all that ai slop code broke some stuff.

I fell for a scam and made a transfer to the scammer. After reporting to Revolut within the app, I waited for 1 week and received a full refund which was a pleasant surprise. Many thanks Revolut! Stay awesome!

Take a selfie, Why? 💰 Isn't moving out of my accounts Have to down grade my original enthusiasm from 5 star to 3 and add the word WARNING⚠. I got scammed. 28k Revolut didn't want know. Sure their bots said we know how you feel, but real help, none! They also had Vault which looked like a interest account. Turned out, it was just another wallet. So still a good App, but be prepared if you lose money, there is no office to go to. Just bots designed to close you down and send you away.

I accidentally hit the "pro" button. and now I'm spammed with notifications and emails 3 times a day telling me to complete my application.

You can easely get locked out of your accout and you are at the mercy of god for delepopers to fix their app. Account recovery errors out(passcode cannot be recovered in any way: phone number, email, google accout or even a security token fails).

Was having a good time until they introduced ID checking with the use of AI. Because of that i had my account closed two times and I will never be using this app again. It's not my fault they replace people's jobs with AI that can't even do it's job properly. Edit: Yes because sending me another bot response will resolve the exact issues about your AI verification, if you actually cared, you'd send a real human being to help out my situation.

Revolut is the best banking experience I have ever had.

I actually get a lot of use out of Revolut, but the premium plan trial thing is very scammy. They extend your trial, hope you forget, but charge you ~20€ if you want to downgrade to free tier. Premium was nice, it wasn't worth 8.5€ a month for me, so now I can choose to pay 50€ over 6 months or 8.5€ 2 days ago when I forgot to cancel, and a further 19€ for early cancellation fee. I am sure it is contractually fine and legal, and there was a warning at some point in July but what a load of bs.
