Download Whipp: Meal Planner & Recipes V2.0.1 APK From Android App Store Trusted Free

Good idea but people would use it to budget when on low income then be charged £35 a year to use it!

not paying for this.

would be good if it actually worked just getting a white screen with whipp on after paying for subscription

save money but pay for app 🤮🤣

rate the app ... I've had 30 seconds, 3 stars ... if you ask me ina week maybe I'll give you five. Who decides when this rating thingy pops up anyway?

If it connected to Instacart or something for grocery purchase that would make me pay for this. but my ADHD needs way more hand holding than having a menu and shopping list alone. it's A really good idea but I need the groceries purchased more easily

auto subscribed after trial period without sending notification to cancel, as requested upon sign up. fraudulent behaviour from a poor app. avoid.

just doesn't work annoyingly

Few issues here. 1. You go through 10 pages of setup to tell you that the "FREE" trial requires a CC. 2. One of those 10 pages is a testimonial page with an auto pop-up asking for a 5 star rating, before you even use the app. I understand that it can be skipped, but, not a good look 3. Without a standard free use option with limited features there is no such thing a premium model. Just put that this is a subscription app at the top of the description, not buried under the fluff

Forces you to go through setup than makes you signup for the trial which you need to cancel. Without doing so, you can't use the app

Whipp had me rate this app before I used it. I'm giving it 4 stars based on others' positive experiences. I'll adjust the rating after I actually use it.

good

You have to pay its not free, you get one day to try then your slammed with a subscription just for them to push meal ideas on you. everyone is struggling right now so paying to see what I can eat before I buy anything to eat is not conducive to society. The developers should have made their money through adverts, id happily watch and advert to see what meals I can make that would be fine.

It doesn't give you a budget grocery list. It's more like you use 20 cents worth of rice in this recipe and 1 dollar worth of chicken. I don't find it useful because you can't buy 20 cents worth of rice or 1 dollar worth of chicken. You gotta buy the whole thing, so it's not really a budget.

So far a pretty good app! Handy for a guy like me on his own with a decent variety of recipes. Hope more dishes come like some homemade ramen options and I wish that it included some more healthy ingredient options like using low calorie cooking spray in place of oil

if I have to give you my CC information for a "free" trial, ITS NOT FREE!!!

this app has everything you need to shop. plus it saves time for busy families but helps with eating healthier

great app

great options very Impressive

Great app

meh. not too Universal for some dietary restrictions. it didn't even change the protein in the dish just gave the same dish over and over but they are definitely unique meals to try

Clever idea and a well-made app supporting it. An integration with the supermarket's app that will add the shopping list to the basket would be a great enhancement.

cant really tell. wastes time with asking questions and locking results behind a pay wall

App states it has "in app purchase" but you need to pay for everything.

asked for a rating immediately upon download, haven't even used the app yet. Get through two steps stating 'no charge', oh so its a subscription app, good to know, uninstalled immediately. Maybe try letting people explore your app at their own pace, so they dont feel pressured to make their mind up and fork out money for something.

rubbish app you get to build your shopping list then freezes waited for 5 minutes and still doesn't do anything

great concept

good app but I think it's really missing a key feature here to automatically add the items to your chosen supermarket basket for quick and easy checkout instead of going back and forth constantly on the app and website to add individual items

Not a free app. Requires an immediate subscription.

can't believe how easy this makes meal planning.

everything I clicked I don't eat came up in the meal plan.

this app probably just saved my spending habits and my family's life. I'm horrible at shopping always get stuff like koo aid but no sugar. rice and no beans. sandwich meat no mayo 😭🤢 waste of time and I'm always over 2 to 3 hundred bucks. let's find out

can't use the app yet... making you rate it before actually using it.

LOVE the concept but almost all of the prices are WILDLY inaccurate.

cant even check it out without them forcing a payment horrible...

30 secs in and asks for a rating which isn't a good start for either side. yes you can navigate away from rating however it's an awful idea from the tech department to have that in place. you can't use the app at all unless you sign up so would definitely have been better as a paid app instead in my opinion. am I going to trust their 'free trial' with only the annual plan costing £35, absolutely not. costing £9 a month won't sign up for monthly either. good concept poor delivery

excellent

Subscription app, waste of a download

literally cannot use without paying, shouldn't even be an option to download. scam. itll try to get you to use the free trial but that requires entering card details and subscribing.

download to see what it was about then I got a $45 charge on my bank for a subscription I never signed up for. then when I try to do to the help me page its not found will absolutely be disputing this with my bank.

this is rad

cool really nice

I don't like credit card requests up front especially in an age where companies make it hard to cancel

Recipes are trash, and the app doesn't let you see anything until you subscribe. Oh, and it asks for your zip code but doesn't actually list stores in your area, which is retarded. The UI is nice tho. Now excuse me while I go immediately unsubscribe.

Great potential. hope it works

can only use a payment from Google pay which I do not have.

So far I like it, I'll see how it goes this week. I would LOVE crockpot as an option, 2-3 days a week I have no time to cook so it would be very helpful

so far so good

No guessing on what's for dinner.

Looks like you have to pay so I uninstalled immediately

I am giving this app five stars NOT JUST because I like it, and the recipes taste good... but the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue. I filled out the help form on the app... a few days later a fix was pushed and someone from their customer service team personally reached out to me to let me know. fantastic

Great so far

The developer fixed the app from crashing updated the rating. Giving 3 stars, 4 out of 5 recipes used ingredients not available in the store. If you need recipes this is a fine way to do it but tying it to the grocery store and budget is meh.

First time trying , let's see what they do

I hate apps that don't warn you when I'm going to suddenly charge you over $40

I signed up for the free trial and you charged me the monthly fee instantly

Rated it 1 star because literally 10 seconds after I opened the app, it asked me to give them a 5 star rating. I've not even used the app yet and they ask for a rating. That tells me there's a lot of fake good ratings for this app.

deleted as soon as it asked for money

very nice and easy

So intuitive!

how can I get beyond the notify before trial ends page in the set up process?

I had high hopes for this app, but it was disappointing. Their prices are consistently lower than the actual prices in the store. Also, I chose low-carb and nearly every recipe had beans, potatoes or rice in it.

The recipes don't include any of the prep steps. For example one ingredient is chicken breast the first step says take the chicken pieces without mentioning you should cut them. Another example is carrots with the first step saying take the grated carrots.

wish it had crockpot option

Made me rate it then tried to charge me.

nice idea, but you need to sign up for a subscription to use it.

haven't tried yet - they make you rate the app first.

must sign up first to see what they offer

fire

the meals are not appetizing they have ingredients my children and I will ever eat. I don't like that you can't substitute ingredients. A lot of the ingredients do not have accurate prices. *I do like the setup of the app, it's organized and easy to navigate.

Great idea if I can actually use it getting past the rating process

Free trial is bogus. the app immediately charged me.

3 day free trial, just enter your CC. I cancelled the same day and they still charged my card! Will be filing a dispute with the CC company.

loving this app and the recipes it comes up with for below my budget!

muy buena aplicación recomiendo 💯

The budgeting is so far off from reality it becomes a useless feature. for example: $1 for a red bell pepper, 9oz chicken breast for $2.38, 5oz egg noodles for $0.66, 9oz "pasta" for $0.70??? the pasta listed was generic and supposed to be ravioli so not a chance it would be that cheap.

cause it wasn't free I uninstalled it

epic

Two Stars for benefit of the doubt, can't confirm if worth the subscription. As of 10/04/26, doesn't have ShopRite as a grocery store option despite having a bunch of other regional chains.

Must pay for subscription before you even see what you're getting

Useless without a subscription. You can't perform ANY functions with the app without a subscription, waste of time.

Pretty good way to save time and money! wish I found it sooner lol
