I've been playing onnect since the past 5 yrs... now I've changed my phone and the app is completely updated. i do not like the new version of the app. I tried installing older versions but was unsuccessful. Rollic Games I need to older version back

I like it for relaxing. I like you can switch the images. EDIT: You're advertising you "blew up the game"... yes you did. It's now incredibly irritating and not fun. Destroyed this game. EDIT: now we have to have obnoxious Progresive insurance in every game?🤮

get rid of the Progressive tiles! I love this game. it helps calm me. but suddenly y'all added the progressive insurance tiles and it made the game pretty much impossible because the cars all look so much alike to me. please go back to what it was before y'all added progressive. if y'all don't then sadly I have to uninstall and I have built up nearly 1000 hints and other things.

I like the game but I absolutely hate the latest update with the Progressive Insurance tiles in all the games. They are hideous. if they continue, I will delete the game.

Update: have enjoyed using this game to pass the time but has to be the most blatant use of advertising I've seen on an app like this. Putting the sponsor directly inside the game is shameful. Original:Won't Open. Came on here only to draw attention to the issue. Will rate higher once fixed.

The game is very fun, but there are alot of ads. I would give 5 stars if there were a few less ads update 2026. now the app seems to be an advertisement for progressive insurance, the game play is matching tiny pictures of cars and the progressive lady. Come on this is terrible!

I have played this game for several years, but hate the new changes with all the adds. I use to find the game relaxing, but now that it is timed I feel rushed which gives me anxiety. I know these games need adds, but dont they also need people to play the game? I have bought many things when playing the game before it was timed, seeing the same adds over and over is a turn off. 11-15-2025. YAY, they fixed the bug and the game is back! This is the best connect game out there. I tried several others when this one didn't work but none came close to this one. Great graphics, good choice of items, not silly like so many others. thanks for fixing it!!

My rating of one star would suggest that I don't think much of this game. Wrong. In fact, I think this is one of the best games I've found on Google Play. Getting ads in middle of game frequently when done you have to start over or takes you to a different field takes the joy of playing deleted the game then installed again no more issues so far sad have to start from beginning again had close to 56,000 points When is this issue going to be fixed. I am in my 70s, playing for 5 years. My mind is quick and clear. I can solve almost all puzzles. On board games or in real life.

I gave up on this game about a year or so ago because of an ongoing problem. I really enjoyed the game so recently reinstalled it. It was great for quite a while but suddenly stopped mid-game, over and over. I decided to uninstall and reinstall hoping that would fix the problem. now I can't even open the game. When I tap on the icon it pops up like it's going to open but closes instantly again. I can't play the game at all!! What can I do to play again?? Thank you for your help!

Loved this until the latest update. I'm unimpressed with the new images. I wish there was a way to uninstall the update and go back to playing the game I had problems putting down. If things don't change I will be deleting.

I have a glitch, I keep getting the same puzzle every time I go into play. I have email Rollic three or four times with no response. I did get a notice saying they would be back to me but that never happened.

Was good until the ads became too much. Now you play for 2 minutes and sometimes 90 seconds and a 1 minute ad comes in, often with sounds you can't shut off. Not worth it.

I used to love this game and would download it from phone to phone but it's not so much fun anymore with a commercial in between every single level and it shuts off more often than not due to this. I used to give it a 5 star rating not anymore

I got several points & the closed the app. The next day when I opened it I had 2 points again!!!! Same thing the next time. Please fix it!!!!! 10/ 29/ 24... Clever and tricky, now slow and crashy 2024

I just got a new laptop and have been playing this game but I cant find to download on laptop. Also I was reading comments about losing hints and stuff. I am on level 9766 and have never experienced an issue with losing anything. Also ads are minimal. Sometimes I play 5-6 levels with no ad's at all. I just am crossing fingers that if I am able to download to new laptop, I don't lose level.

too many ads uninstalled

I used to love this game when it could be played offline. It was a great way to calm my mind if I woke up during the night and couldn't sleep. Unfortunately after the latest update (which was forced and not optional), the ability to play offline has been removed so it's no good overnight anymore. I also find that after updates the levels seem to get reset and get easier which is annoying when you have worked your way up to more challenging levels.

I've been playing this game for a long time and enjoyed it. But with the last update I lost over 7-8000 levels!! How does that happen?! I no longer enjoy playing it and I'm looking for something new. Not the 1st game I've said goodbye to because I lost all my progress

UPDATE: The makers of Onnect fixed the issue. It really is a fun game to play and I'm glad that they made it right. This was one of my all-time favorite games. Been playing it for years. I logged on today and noticed I lost all of my hints/aids. That really sucks. I'm really considering getting rid of this app. I hope the makers of Onnect corrects their mistake sooner rather than later.

Lately in the game the hints and shuffles and other perks you earn in game erase when you play the next day. Not sure what the point of earning them is if they're only going to reset the next day. Otherwise it's a fun game

The game is really challenging and fun and addictive!

Really annoyed! Had this game for years. Had around 60+ of each hint. Updated game a few days ago and they've all gone. Then, to top it off, no matter how many hints you collect (from the chest, each 1000 points from levels won), they reset every day so don't bother saving them for the bigger levels. It's really annoyed me that I've lost so much. It's off putting. This time 2 weeks ago, it would of been a 5/5 from me, but since this has happened, I'll be playing my other games til things improve

UPDATE: Changed my review! issue taken care of I'm very happy! I've been playingthis game for a few years on my phone with no issues. My last update wiped out all of the saved magnifying glasses and tile swap options I've accumulated over time. There were over a thousand magnifying glasses saved and I don't know how many of the others but it was at least a few hundred of each. I had like 5 of each after the last update. How do I get them all back?

love this game, I am on level 10279 safe to say I'm a fan. when I reached level 10000 I lost all my tools count, went to 0 or 2 for bombs, look ups, changes etc. Every time I play they reset to zero. can this be fixed please, thanks...update 6/21/24 thank you for fixing the game, still love it!

I've had this game for a long time and am, sadly, close to deleting it. I could play this for HOURS, now, after recent updates, there is a friggin ad after each level. And you have to have data on, REALLY??! An ad after each level really breaks up the groove. I'm sad because this was one of my favorite games.

I've played this game for years and have enjoyed it. But I've noticed now that you can't collect and save suggested moves like I used to. All my saved up suggestions are gone. If you exit out and play later, it goes down to two. Also, they've shortened the times on the games, so you either have to watch advertising or start all over again. The last update zeroed out all of my little helpers. I had over 2000 of each, yesterday they all went back to zero. I've played the game for so many years, even patiently waited for it to get better again after an update a while back (which it did) but now each time I log in my boosters reset to 2 each. Is this a permanent change? It's not an improvement.

I'm on level 4700+. I lost all my rewards with the latest updates. I had over 1,000 shuffles and 300 tile change and shuffle.

A few days ago woke up to all my hints, tile shuffles, tile changes, and bomb stoppers GONE. I'm on level 4000+ so had well over a thousand hints and 600+ of the others. Then to zero with no explanation. What???!!! I emailed support and didn't even get an automatic reply. Rude!

I used to like this game, but not anymore, not since their latest update. After I updated the game, I signed on to play and noticed all my boosters were gone. I emailed them, but they never bothered to respond. Now, every time I sign on any boosters I earned during my recent previous plays have disappeared. If I can’t keep the boosters I earn while playing the game, then the game isn't worth playing.

Review update. Dropping to 3 ⭐️ Have been enjoying this game for years. It is my end of work day relaxing moment. I am up to level # 8769. Before the last update, I had a few hundred each on shuffle, tile face change, and hints. Now they have vanished, and I am back to 2 of each. If I have to go back to the start and build them up again, then I may as well just find a whole new game. Reading another person's comments, they had the same happen. How do we get them back.

That's great game

I've been playing this game for quite a long time and have thoroughly enjoyed it until now. The recent update to version 64.0.0 has wiped out all of my hard earned extras. My bomb defuser, image changer, hints & shuffle earnings we're all reduced to 2 or 3 when I had well over 500 of each. As I play the new version & earn extras, they show up but they revert down to 2 or 3 & that's it. I wonder if limiting our extras was done on purpose. They need to fix this issue and restore all of my extras.

6/5/2024 I play this game & have fun challenging myself and had built up several hundred each of the helps/tools at the bottom of the page. Today they all reset Grrrr, I want them back or will delete. 2023 I like the latest updates, except the same games keep getting repeated over and over and over. I'm in the 3000's level. Have lost the rewards that I had in the game since the update. Now only showing couple under each type

The game is fun, BUT (for no apparent reason) you can lose all your extras (hints, tile changes, shuffle, stars for purchase, etc.) overnight (after accumulating them for MONTHS). 2nd time having 300+ of each (and 1000's of stars) one day, to only having 2 of each hint and 7 stars the next day. Sometimes the game also glitches so you don't have a tile to match to on some levels, so the timer just winds down, and there is nothing you can do with that one tile. Uninstalling at level 7522.

Bad update. As others have posted, lost all rewards, and every time you exit game, you loose what you have earned.

REASOM FOR 1 STAR - I've been playing this game for a while and in Level 10869. When I opened game on Friday I noticed I've lost all my accumulated rewards. Where had over 300 which pattern rewards I now have 4. 280+ what look like plier, I now have 2. Over 350 shuffle rewards I now have 2 and 300+ hints I have have 2. They also never increase when I complete a level . I love this game and now I'm thinking of removing.

Used to love this. Play nightly to relax. For months, matching doesnt register, ads crop up in middle of playing, constant restart required, tiles suddenly shrink to minuscule size. Game has become unenjoyable. I'm uninstalling at level 16151. Sad because it used to be very enjoyable. I could even put up with some of the tiles not meant for aging eyes because the differences are too subtle to discern if your eyesight is not perfect. The ads, and defects in programming are too much.

I need the hints updated. I can't pass the current level. I emailed about this problem. The app won't let you purchase hints. Please update!!!!

I first wrote a rating for this app - Onnect, in 2022. I was pretty pleased with it at that time. But now, in 2024, I'm not so pleased. It is still one of my favorite games, but I can no longer get a VIP subscription, and the Onnect 24 hour race hasn't come up on my game for over 2 weeks. I've deleted the app 3 times and reloaded it, and I tried to contact the head of the company for help - nothing has worked. I'm frustrated. 3 stars

WAY TO ADDICTIVE! I enjoy this game with exception of ads. Most I just ignore but the Yahoo ads driving me nuts...if it's going to be there at least make it current news. On level 1150 and just play 5 sets at a time or I'd never get any sleep. Changed my stars to one. What the heck happened to game? It now takes three times the time to complete the puzzle. I've had this game for years. My only gripe was that sometimes it would spontaneously do a shuffle as if there were no moves available, and there were moves I could do. (Sometimes this buried a bomb that I had access to). So I did the update thinking maybe this was fixed. Not sure if it is, but was on level 1163, and it has started me back at easy puzzles with only about 30 tiles. I was way past that, and this is no fun.

After passing level 5200 plus, the game was updated 2 days ago. It's like playing a child's game with large tiles. Even the challengers are rubbish. Who the heck thought the update was a good idea idea is an amateur.

Really like the game. Unlike most game apps, this can be extremely challenging. Only downside is the excessive ADs. Do understand and can live with ADs. But they're mostly double-ADs that you have watch a half-dozen for extended time to finish level. And they mostly will be the SAME ADs over and over and over and over. If not interested after watching the first 6 times, showing them 8 more times will not change my mind!

I really like this game. It helps my ADHD when insomnia hits. But the last couple of days it keeps giving me this ad that does nothing. I have to get out of the game and clear my stuff and open it again. That causes me to not get the points. When it is doing the 24 hour challenge it always gives me 2 points for every puzzle I do but now it is only giving me 1 because of the messed up ad. I don't know what to do to fix that. I'm on level 12,972. Please fix this messed up ad.

Used to be a very good game. Now it's overloaded with forced ads. I can deal with ads, but the ads are beyond intrusive at this point. They redirect constantly and many of them start automatically installing if that happens. I get capitalism is all about those profits, but seriously, y'all need to be better. Uninstalled.

Scam. Don't pay for this! Free version better. Free version: I finished most games on the first try then had to watch an ad before the next game. Bought ad free version and now the timer is so short I can't finish any game without continuing which you earn by WATCHING ADS!! I don't even want to play it anymore.
