I love this app a lot because it's fun to play with friends and I like playing it by myself. I like trying to see if they can guess show characters, game characters, YouTubers and all that kind of stuff like I've had a guess like the YouTuber Layze and like Tenna from deltarune and all that!

it was pretty fun at first 🙂👍 but when there was an update a surprise one of course that didn't allow you to copy other peoples results which was actually pretty annoying when I was trying to get to the Walmart symbol as my result I got something else and they said it was copied and lowered my ranking to literally 713 ☹ like I didn't even know that was pre existing I got the result as plastic instead of helium baloon then I got pool float and said yes and then that literally lowered my ranking

This game is really fun to see this genie trying to think of the person that I think of,and the background music is good and nostalgic.The game is not the best ever due to not having a lot of other games or just be a very interesting concept so yeah but it's a good game.

Fun app, but every time I try to have it guess a character and they end up not being on the list or searchable, I always end up having to submit a request for that character. Even to this day, the character still hasn't been added despite numerous requests.

A lot of rare Characters that i guessed earlier don't exist anymore. Example: Nickamedes, Mythos Academy. really frustrating. also my Aki Awards are not saved in my Google Account apparently, after switching phones they are all gone. Cant recommend the App anymore.

At first it can be a cool and exciting party trick. But if you actually sit down and start playing and trying to get the rare character medals this game can be a PAIN. It becomes annoying when he doesn't ask more questions to get a more accurate guess, then suddenly he guesses and I already know it's wrong because it didn't go into the details. So you don't get the aki award for that guess. Even the next time it doesn't learn to ask more questions. It is too quick to jump to conclusions.

i think every impossible persons that mostly people don't know and sometimes gives false information to akinator,still getting end up with the right person.Its also entertaining to use, i get so used to this game that i spend whole of my day playing this.The only issue is many ads pop up but its still worth it to play this!

The game is pretty fun but there are some things that I didn't like about it.First i don't like how i always have to watch an advertisement every time he guessed or didn't guessed my character,second i wished there were a "sometimes"option and third i don't like how half of the time he has to ask the same question twice.

I used to love this game. Have since it was first created. I've had it on just about every phone I've ever had. But then you got greedy and ruined it with ads after every round AND SOME EVEN PLAY IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME! It's flat out unenjoyable now.

Just absolutely wretched ad integration. Use the website version if you wanna play Akinator and don't even think of paying $4 to remove ads because they definitely don't deserve that money. Genuinely might be the most hostile integration of ads I've ever seen.

Definitely needs optimizing. The memory is one thing. It constantly asks the same question, over and over, just to get nowhere. The "sensitive player shield" or whatever you want to call it is quite strange. I was trying to guess a goomba (super Mario enemy) and it was blocked by the shield. And one more thing, when I was trying to make akinator guess "mini parrot" (my favorite bird) it just said it couldn't guess it because it thought I was "farming awards". Wich is dumb.

This app has become really frustrating. It keeps asking the same questions again and again, like dead/alive or male/female, then ignores the answers. I said my character was a pigeon twice, and it still guessed a chicken. The reward system is also unfair. It only rewards you if it guesses on the first try, even though it's the app wasting questions. I'm done with it. Just uninstalling and freeing up my storage.

really fun app. the only thing I want them to add is a complete list of the characters you've done not only in black and gold rank but all the others as well

terrible problem you can't type the character it doesn't know after it says continue and you put no and the character you're looking for isn't on the list when you go to the type option if you press it it will immediately go away either you can type fast so you can write in time or you don't write at all intill they fix it I'm not playing or changing my rating

It says that it will guess whatever animal there is. Which is wrong. Despite being in the game, my creature cannot be guessed. Even when I looked it up in the game's search bar it was there. Shouldn't I at least get a black medal if even after 10 tries you couldn't guess my animal despite me giving the correct answer to all of it's questions? I am talking about Eotyrannus Lengi, which is in the game. Akinator just doesn't acknowledge that fact.

Why so many ads. Let's say I'm trying to get a rare character and then he "guesses" it just 20 questions in, then the game makes you watch an ad just to reveal the character, and what makes this game an absolute miserable piece of slop is after watching the ad he'll probably just say some other random person who you weren't even trying to guess. This would be fine if only they then didn't make it so that there's "traps", these traps are meant to stop bots but really they just make you watch ads

game used to be fun, but is absolutely not worth the amount of ads they show you. you get two ads on the screen and one that takes up the entire sceen for a minute anytime a character gets guessed, regardless of if you got a "premium character" or not. the entire appeal of the game is to show up on the leaderboard, which is locked behind a paywall unless you want to watch even more ads. played for 10 minutes and 6 of that was watching ads, not even playing.

Errors are more frequent than guesses, constant connection errors between questions. Had to redo the questioning from the start 4 times, not even including wrong Akinator guesses, and got an error "Too long response time" in the end. I love Akinator, but this is so frustrating. 3 stars only for nostalgia and the overall Akinator legacy.

Fun to play around with, the ads are a bit much and I don't know what the currency does. Also I have a hilarious issue: Why does the app reward you when the genie guesses right on the first proposal, but it doesn't reward you when it can't guess what your thinking of? Like shouldn't it give you rewards when it COULDN'T guess your character/object first-try and admit when it was beat? Doesn't make sense but it isn't the end of the world.

A classic internet game, and pretty fun! Ads are relatively unobtrusive, though sometimes audio ads will play during gameplay. My biggest critique is that the app is pretty buggy. Playing on one character for too long will frequently result in an error.

Fun experience. Only caveat is that if you don't know everything about a specific thing, and depending on that specific thing, the conversation can drag on for a while. Especially since depending on your knowledge, you don't know the closest answer. Makes it more annoying than fun when the Akinator can't figure out what your subject is or you have to go searching for details to clarify it. Or the questions= irrelevant/cant Answer Other than that, excellent game! Great entertainment value! 4/5

coins have no point now. pretty silly by many ways (provide senseless question which were before or doesn't make any sense regarding prev questions, sometimes just randomly tries to guess when being far from answer) and punish u by checking (rejected) when finally guessed right, wth? some many years past and no positive change of Akinator. seems, it's nearly dead

2 stars only because it's a classic. But if you don't buy premium you will spend half or more of your time on this app watching ads since it only takes a few seconds to guess a character and then 3 full ads are forced on you. It would be understandable if you had ads once every few guesses but this is too much.

it is a very good game most of the time and I love the fact that he can guess in real time and struggles with what you're thinking. My only problem is the ridiculous amount of ads in the game after every round is ad after ad after ad and their almost never short

after update the game was unstable, the aki will reveal his answer under 30/35+ question which is No or less exciting, not like before, he asked until the bar was full and the results were really satisfying, the UI is overall safe but the animation and frame rate are unstable, it crashes a bit 🙏

Very fun game i do have one problem though i was trying to guess an item but the game accuse me of doing a bad thing when it just wasn't getting it . Edit, it would be good if akinator had some questions at the end to confirm his answer that are very specific.

this game is awesome, u can find the most niche characters ever And they'll be there, 5/5 stars it's so cool, but maybe add like a "kind of" button FOR EXAMPLE: "does your character gave green hair? " you could press kind of If like they have half green half whatever yknow that would be cool but Otherwise super fun!!

Why I have to buy the premium potion for a rare character I guessed? It had "see an ad" option before , you have disabled it too. Though it was annoying to see an ad for a rare character, But quite okay . But now you offer premium potion option for guessing a rare character? What do you want the guys who bought premium only they will get black , silver and gold awards? I wish I could rate this game 0 star . 😡 🤬

this game is really fun to play the thing I like is even when I mess up a couple questions on accident most of the time it's still gets it right very calming music which I enjoy about the only downfall is that there is a couple ads after every single time you do it

It's really fun and kinda interesting that a game can say a character that comes to mind. But after every guess there's always an ad if they could reduce the ad rate to only a few guesses so yup it would've been a 5 star game

I've been thinking this will get five stars if y'all just put more themes and one of these things that I would love to be in this, is if you put a theme where you have to guess a game it could be call of duty fortnite or whatever but a theme where you have to guess a game that would be awesome please write back

The game is pretty fun, especially when you think of a niche character that he can't get. My only problem is that he has very little object permanence, often asking the same question 3-4 times through a session and sometimes outright forgetting answers, for example I said no to the character being from the GTA series and he went on to guess two characters from the GTA series. Fun app nonetheless, and a light upgrade to his memory would elevate the game higher.

A lot more sleek than the website version. My biggest gripe is that questions can get repetitive - e.g Q.5 could be "Is your character dead?", and you could get the same question again at least twice, like it forgets your answers. It also asks if you want to watch "A video" to earn rewards (this is optional). Keyword being "a" as in singular. But this actually ends up being 3 unskippable videos, which is very misleading. Despite the polish, this is more frustrating to use than the website.

Wildly entertaining! How does this work? It's pretty fun thinking up something for him to try to guess; especially if it's more rare and obscure or older, it will take him a little bit more time but he eventually gets it. Or it falls on a list of things he was looking at. It's pretty neat because you have different categories like objects, characters, or movies /TV shows. Definitely a cool fun app!

it's pretty awesome so far, honestly! I got recommended it by Athena P in the Rizzler/Rumbl video, and I'm super shocked that it was able to guess pretty dang obscure characters! Haven't added any characters yet, but I can't wait to do so! I also like how there's more than just, "yes", "no", and "I don't know" options, since it makes it a lot easier to convey what I'm thinking! Such a cool app! I'll probably rate it higher once I spend more time on it!

The trick questions/answers are kinda new to the game, (at least since I've last downloaded) I get why the game does that, but it can be frustrating to deal with when you get docked points. Got an answer right but it thought I was lying, so, I lost points. All because I don't know if a "Jennifer Garner" plays a role in the tv show I've started watching and thinking of. Sadly after a couple failed, irritating, attempts to accept the right answer, unfortunately I'm not sure I want this app anymore

This is a very good game, but there are 2 main problems. For one, watching an ad when akinator guesses a rare character should not be required, and also, 2 times when i was trying to guess a not well known character, it said i was trying to steal and AKI award and changed my ranking from 60 to 3006! Why? Thats a cool feature and all but i was just trying to guess a rare character to get my rank up. Please change that.

Doesn't work anymore. 90% of the time, Akinator will make a wildly incorrect guess before the progress bar is even half full. Go through the motions 20+ times per character, praying it will ask a relevant question this time, only for it to keep asking the same exact questions and getting it wrong every time. I paid for the full version several years ago because this used to be GREAT. Now, I'm about to delete it and never play again because they somehow broke perfection.

The game is really fun. I guess your character, you can guess an object, movie and other. But I have gotten a black belt 3 times! But when I go to watch an ad to claim it. It freezes, but the time bar at the bottom doesn't stop. I have good internet, and none of my games have been acting like that. Seems like the only way to get a black belt is to pay money in the game. Their too many adds and alot seem like their fake just so you know. Also I can't verify my account for some reason 🤨.

A super entertaining game although I think that the introduction of "watch an ad to find your rare character" was extremely unnecessary. I would rather just watch an ad every time the game is over. besides that though a very entertaining game that is playable at any time and something that when I get bored I suddenly remember I have this on my phone

Needs an option to opt out from the ranking/leaderboard system. I'm tired of getting penalized for falling for these "traps". I'm not trying to farm awards, I'm just curious on how rare whatever character the akinator recommends is. 9 times out of 10 I play again right afterwards to play my actual character. I'd rather just be able to play the game I've made in-app purchases on without worry of these frivolous penalties when I never wanted to compete in the first place!!

Way to laggy!!!! I kept trying to play and it just wouldnt let me!!! It used to work so well 5 YEARS AGO so i decided to get it again and try it out. It wouldnt even get past the white loading screen! It took almost 10 minutes for it to load, then it froze because in that 10 minutes, it only got a little more loaded! I only did 2 characters before it kept saying "technical error" every time i hit play! I cant play anymore! So disappointed. Please fix this! I miss this game so much!

The traps are absolutely ridiculous. They will guess something very relatable to the topic then "trap" you and penalize you for choosing it. I'm glad I never spent money on this game, it's lost all its joy it once had before. Rule out spam and cheaters in a more formidable way than creating more problems and punishing the wrong people because it was literally on topic! Getting the game to guess specific objects is also out of the picture. It asks no where near enough questions.

Ahh yes akinator. The one game that is playable at any time anywhere. There isn't any goals, in particular, and the only main goal is to catch on the leaderboard which you don't really need to do. This game is very addicting and you can get hooked immediately. Once you find a black metal, you can start going on a trend. And get more and more and more.if I could give this game 6 stars, I would give it 7

It's a fun game when you're bored and all, but after a while, it's kinda boring. In my opinion, at first, it was amazing how he would guess my character. And I like how you can earn medals by getting characters, but then you do them again and I like the fact how they do daily thing to make you get medals for guessing characters and fun game overall

Really cool idea, large database of characters. The biggest issue I'm seeing, he doesn't ask enough questions to really pinpoint the character. Between that problem and him using the exact same questions in linear order, it makes it almost impossible to get the "black" level rewards on certain characters. If he jumps to conclusions super early like he often does, you can't continue because you won't be awarded if he doesn't guess it on the first try. That part doesn't really make sense.

Used to be good but he gives up easily and just guesses and then asks you to watch an ad or buy premium. Not worth actually trying to play which sucks cus he used to be fantastic. Leaving him confused and asking a bunch of questions was fun when he couldn't make up his mind if you choose someone he knows but doesn't get played much. But now many of the characters are unplayable cus he just throws out a guess, but you don't even get to see the guess without an ad, so he's an ad farm now. Rip

Not really a complaint with the game itself, but it guesses characters too fast. I'll have a character that has criteria that somewhat fits another, but it'll guess that other one, repeatedly, and never guess the one I'm actually trying to get, making it really difficult to get the award for that character. On top of that, when it gets it wrong, there's like, a 70-80% chance it plays an ad that i have to sit through before i can go again. Otherwise, the game is perfectly fine.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME! I definitely recommend downloading it! It's free and quick to download! The genie named Akinator can basically guess any character!! I only beat it a few times! The best part of the game is trying for the genies not to guess! It also kept me occupied for hours and I'm 11 years old! There's also different categories! In my opinion you should definitely download! There's not many ads either!

I really like this app. I like it because when I'm bored or don't know what to do, I just hop on Akinator and start playing. This app does require you to watch a few ads when you're done guessing a character. It will say something like "You thought of a Rare Character!" And then you have to pick to watch an ad or buy the premium potion. Never have I bought the premium potion. I have always watched ads. But, other than watching ads and/or buying the premium potion, this game is really good 👍

Very nice game it passes time and keeps you busy but you should add more themes other than Characters,Objects,Movies and TV shows and animals such as games >board games,video games, Ect.< and places. Great app, horrible and oppressive ads. Seriously. I misclick and press the "back" button and get a huge ad. There's an ad at the end of every game. Halfway through a game it tells me I found a "rare character" - like I care - and when I press "back" I have to redo the whole game. Just iron out these things, it really takes me out of the experience.

This game was fun last time I played, but as soon as I installed it again I immediately regretted it. You have to think of a "easy character", and if you don't, you have to waste 30 seconds of your time watching a ad or buy premium because it's "rare". Honestly, this game was way better in the past.

It is a great app! I have run into 0 problems with it. But I am kind of worried it's reading my phone because of how accurate the results were. It easily guessed one of my favorite singers, Wonyoung from IVE, after only a few questions. I don't know maybe I'm paranoid but be careful if you decide to download and make sure there is not a lot of important information on your phone.

It could be a really great game, but I am constantly getting in trouble because it thinks I'm lying about which character it was when I'm not. He also guesses way to quickly (Bar could be half way up and then suddenly it's full and he's wrong). Also he has to get it on his first try which is stupid. Shouldn't you get more for him not being able to guess it?

The game is fun. However, a lot of characters are blocked behind a pay wall for being "rare characters". You either pay $5 to not have ads and be able to see rare characters, or waste 30 seconds of your time watching an ad just so you can see if he guessed correctly. It is quite annoying. I can deal with the normal ads, but the blocking of the game's main purpose just to make a quick buck is angering to be honest.

I would have given the app a 5 star review as my daughter & I were having loads of fun with it. However, we got "penalized" for "irregular game activity" or something like that. But we've only played it legitimately since we installed it. We did attempt the same character 3 times in a row, but I dont think players should be penalized for trying for the same character multiple times. I think you should have a better system in place for catching "irregular" players so innocent players dont suffer

This is a great app! It is extremely impressive and shocking how he can guess anything. However I do believe the character option needs some more work. A lot of times it can ask you the same question more than once, and sometimes it can guess too fast! For example if the bar was only halfway it can literally go all the way up with just a single question and gets it wrong. Overall the game is great.

Because of the awards, I find it stressful more than anything. If you're going to reward players for thinking of obscure characters, please ensure you're actually able to guess the characters! I wasted tons of time describing characters only to get their more popular sibling or counterpart - effectively completely wasting my time. I even tried multiple times to make sure there wasn't some distinguishing question it forgot to ask. This happens a lot, and I've gotten sick of it. Get better.

I love the game and have been playing it for years. However, i only gave it 3 stars. One reason is because of the rare characters. Once I watch an ad, sometimes it makes me watch two just for the one character. Another reason is not having more characters. I thought of a bunch of characters that could get me good awards and they weren't even entered into the game yet. I understand these take time to do, so do your best overtime to fix these please.

Lots of characters are "rare", and to see if the character was guessed correctly, you have to choose between watching a video or buying the premium version. That, in itself, is ridiculous, and even more so ridiculous is that when you take the time to watch a video, nothing happens and you don't get to see if the character was guessed right. Your only options then are to keep pressing the "watch video" button that doesn't work, pay for premium, or never find out if it was right. Uninstalled.

It's good, but the adds are horrible. I remember this game being the most fun thing ever with friends, but now you can't look up a character without it being "rare" and needing to watch a add or pay to see them, and in my experience, most times the adds dont even work and it just grays out the button even though I watched the adds. Such a good game thats fallen from its old glory, I'll be uninstalling.

Good concept, but it keeps finding me for "cheating" and removing all my ranking points, even though it guessed my animal correct, not to mention the ads all the time I get a rare animal. I was thinking of a mastodon and then when it guessed mastodon, I obviously clicked "yes", then it was like some kind of validation thing some "trap", please either refine this feature, or maybe remove it. Also fix the ads.

The "trap" system is bugged and unfair. Taking points away when you answer incorrectly by mistake or were actually thinking of said character but one detail didn't match! Get rid of it! Also having to watch an ad for a rare character is fine, but it's also bugged. Sometimes you watch an ad and it doesn't show the character and tries to make you watch more ads until you just have to close the game and start over.

Used to be simple and a great game to pass the time and guess with other people. Now, you guess a "rare character" which is the goal of the game and it either makes you pay to see the guess or watch an ad. The only problem is the ads dont even play. So you're forced to skip it and not even find out his guess. The game is ruined. It's time to to say goodbye to an old classic. RIP.

They ruined the game. It's so money hungry now. Not only is it full of ads, but there's this god awful "rare character" thing where it makes you either makes you pay for some potion (which I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work) or watch an ad. The best part is, THE AD DOESN'T WORK. When I click on the "watch a video" option it turns gray for a few seconds and then goes back to normal. I miss when this was just an innocent browser game. Now it's a money hungry piece of garbage. Fix your game.

Pretty fun, however he doesn't get many animals or TV/movies correct. Not to mention whenever I get a rare _ I either have to buy a premium potion, watch an ad that either doesn't pop up or doesnt work, or click no thanks and repeat the whole cycle over again. It's quite annoying and pisses me off, but I do personally know what it's like to make games/apps like this, and I personally think you should fix some bugs and issues, put a little disclaimer that says the game is under progress.

Only fun on computer. I try to get him to guess a character, sit there bashing my head into a wall, get "you're thinking of a rare character!" Click "watch an ad" no ad pops up, forcing me to repeat the cycle. Fix your broken app. And the one time it did work, the thing jumped to a conclusion and it was nowhere near the guy I wanted.

Loved it as a browser game years ago. Came back to it, and found that it was broken. Would usually crash after 25 questions. By some miracle I got it to work, only for it to tell me I picked a "rare character", not show me the guess, and that I need to get the app. So I did. The app crashes when I try to open it. I've read the other reviews and...why in the heck are we punished for picking "rare" characters? The entire POINT is to pick rare characters! What have you people done? You ruined it!

Edit: 3 to 1 You don't get rewards for beating the genie and adding new character info. Which the goal used to be goal of the game, but now he has to guess your character for it to count. Too many ads, especially if you get a "rare character" because that's the only way you can check without paying. The create account option within the app doesn't work, the "done" button doesn't respond. So I couldn't even keep my progress before deleting to make room on my phone.

I would always play this game when I was younger, and I recently got it again to have some fun. It is an awesome way to stay entertained with a fun-filled, mind reading genie. The only problem is that if you get a "rare" character, object, animal, or movie/TV show, you have to watch an ad judt to figure out if the genie guessed correctly. Other than that and the fact that the genie is a little TOO accurate--making me a bit concerned--it is an overall great app that you shoukd consider getting.

Played this game when it first came out and it was great. Now it's just a cash grab. Every friggin character is a "rare" character and requires you to watch a video to see it even if they get it wrong. It also has ads between each character play. I understand devs need to make money, but this was ridiculous. After the first guess it it seems to just start tossing out random questions. Sometimes asking the same question 5 questions apart multiple times. It's a shadow of what it used to be.

So lemme tell you a story. About a year ago, around this time actually, I downloaded this game, couldn't even get past the loading screen, waited for literally hours, and it stayed there at 80%. Uninstalled the game after that. Now I'm back, thinking it's fixed and guess what! IT'S NOT! Im still loading!

I would give it a 5 for being an OG and fun game,but now i played for 3 minutes and deleted it because of the amount of ads it has and forcing you to watch one to see the rare character he guessed! I don't remember that being there before, anyways i watch the ad and only to see that someone chose that character only 2 days ago and get a sliver medal. Not really a rare character 🤷‍♂️

Great game! But maybe you could have less ads? The ads take forever to load just for a "rare character" . Add more questions. By 1 hour of playing akinator I had seen the same questions 10 times. Start updating more to the game than just fixing bugs. Please remove some of the ads that play. Their annoying just to find out what he guessed. Those are all my complaints. Thank you!

I find this app hilarious. I enjoy how it's able to find out what you're thinking about through the data that other users have given, but I find the most fun in finding characters, objects, and whatnot that it had never been told of before. Though, I don't really appreciate how if you trick it, it doesn't reward you. I think it should give you a reward for being able to have a completely new character/object/whatnot. 😂

It's a reall fun time killer. Plus, the ads are the most well placed I've ever seen! People say an ad between every round is bad, but COME ON! It's not between random questions or anything! If you think the ads aren't well placed, you're being unappreciative of how hard it was to make this. It's basically a mini Google in an app, that's hard. You would really enjoy this game, trust me.

Just use the web version, or the Google app. Because there is so many ads. Like almost after every other question. Also if a character has under ten thousand searches a day it's considered a "rare character" and you need to pay to see if he got it right. Not only that, but it's ungodly slow.

Great at first! And then... Loved playing it! Got 1st in the leaderboards, and tried really hard, then it said he thought I was faking it because I was answering too fast. I'm upset because he knocked me down to #238 from #1 place all because I was answering too fast! And another thing is sometimes it says I HAVE to pay to get a rare object, even though before it just let me watch an ad. It's frustrating and I'd rather spend my time doing something else at this point.

This was fun for a bit. Then I started thinking of obscure characters. I played for several minutes just for the app to say, "Oh, you're thinking of a rare character! You can't play anymore unless you pay!" Then your game just ends. I'm not paying four bucks to see a "rare" character. I WOULD have paid money for a game that doesn't use such insulting tactics to get at my money, though. Just charge up front if I can't play the game without paying anyway! Uninstalled!

The genie aspect itself is cool. But the ads are pretty frequent, which is really annoying. I get it, they have to make money, but if you're annoying people they're not gonna play, which means you wouldn't be making money anyways. And I personally just don't think it's worth it to pay to get rid of ads. I also noticed that a couple times in a row, it told me I was thinking of a rare character, and prompted me to either watch an ad or pay for premium. But there's no way Caroline Forbes is rare.

Instead of just playing the game they added a point system & micro transactions. If you make him guess certain characters, they are marked as rare and you have to watch an add to see if he guessed right. If he guesses wrong, it is your loss and not his. Either he gets it right, or you get it wrong. This seems like a quick cash grab, but I must give my respects to the developers. They got over 100M people to download this game, including me. I hope they are spending wisely

I know the point of making the Lite version less desirable than the paid is to get you to switch, but I don't want to pay until I know if it is worth it. When it only guess the MOST POPULAR CHARACTERS, it isn't very impressive. And minute long, full-screen ads that you can't mute or back out of just make it worse. I can just use the mobile web page anyway. Apps are convenient, but why pay if you don't have to? This app gets an F!

I've had this app all of 10 minutes. I've played it multiple times. 3 out of 4 times, I got a message stating that I've "found a VIP character and to view picture of character: become a VIP member to discover unlimited characters and no ads. pay $3.99." So, I can only guess this could be a great game for guessing a lot of people/characters. However, I'm not likely to stick around to figure out who I can get the game to guess for free. 1 out of 4 is not a good ratio at all. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think the game is fun and a really creative idea but with almost all of the characters you have to pay $4 and this feature has caused me to uninstall, like I said i like the game but having to pay is just creating an obstacle to play. If the paying feature were to be taken out of the game I would install again and play. Sorry for a paragraph and if you have read then good job person.

Great game, and good time killer, but one feature annoys me. The premium character feature bugs me so much. More than half the time it tells me, "You found a premium character." Luckly there is a button that let's me watch an ad. However, it hardly let's me press it. I understand that you need to feed your team, but I just wish there was another way to do so.

The game is fun, and very creative, but now it tries to shove monetization down our throats by making 80% of the characters "VIP" which cannot be viewed to see if the guess was even right without paying. It says that you can also watch an ad to view the character, but it doesn't work. I would rather it had annoying pop-ups then this bs. Seriously, cant you just make a game enjoyable? Monetization is fine, but don't restrict the gameplay.

I used to really love this app, I like the addition of daily challeges and i like the leaderboard. I can even deal with the constant ads and having to watch videos to see the guesses for premium characters but I dont like how there seems to be a limit on how many videos I can watch before the app just grays out the option and I can't find out if it guessed correctly.

Wasn't usefulness. It wanted to know my location, so please be careful when downloading this app. You can just go online and play Akinator. I tried to see if he got the character right, and a ad popped up, and would not close. I tried again, and I hit a "Vip character" I wasn't able to see if he got it right. Used to be free, now wants you to not only pay $3.99 for the Vip version, but like I said, you can play it online for free. Plz don't download, waste of time and money.

its a fun game but the ads can be unbearable. I unlocked a "Vip character" and needed to watch an ad to see it. the ad that showed up never ended and i couldn't exit. I never got to find out who tbe character was because of a dumb drawing game ad. Another glitch is that the music will continue to play if I leave the game. Its playing an endless loop of weird music as I write this review.

I'm surprised by how well made this is and how accurate it is most of the time. My only problem is, and I quote "VIP characters". what even is the quota for one!? and I hit "watch ad" and I cant close the add! many people say they cant even close the ads and we never see the guess unless we pay FOUR BUCKS FOR A GUESSING GAME! A dollar is a little bit more understandable but FOUR?! FOR A GUESS! No thank you once they fix the freaken ads or better yet, get rid of VIP characters, I'll rate higher.

Had this years ago and it was super fun, guessed almost every one right, was completely free and then the other day I remembered it and downloaded it and the first character was a "vip" character. Anyways so figured I'd just watch an ad but the ad wouldn't work so after 5 minutes it did and my character was wrong. Also I got a gold award but when I went to check I didn't have one but I had the bronze ones I had won. Also it kept guesing that I was randomly pressing answers and I was not.

The "trap" is really annoying. I got a character from the same game that is similar to the one I had in mind so I said yes and I got punished. I have premium and have been playing a LOT and it is annoying me more and more that it keeps trying to "get" me. Other than that five star game, but this is infuriating and will most likely push people away.

I remembered this from my childhood as a free flash game. It's even better at guessing now. Problem is if you go above around twenty questions, it makes you watch an ad to go on. Until it stops letting you watch the ad and forces you to pay vip. I don't like paying for free things. Make your app cost money if you want people to pay for it. or just call it a demo version and have paying money unlock it. Don't lop off a bit of the game and call it "premium".

While the game is very fun and impressive, there are far too many times when the questions I answer are all correct but the character is from a completely different show in a different genre. There are also instances where the pictures for some characters are partially incorrect, for example Lord Enma, who's picture is from a different anime he appears in and not the original. No other characters from the other anime are on Akinator's list so it doesn't make sense to show his other form. One other detail I do not understand is when a main character of a cartoon or anime is a gold or platinum character while rarer, tougher to guess characters are only standard or bronze. Also there are typos for almost every name of the characters I get. Otherwise this game is very fun and addicting and popular among my friends.
