I usually don't write reviews but damn was it annoying trying to play this game. every level came with an unskippable ad. the only way I could continue was clicking download app and then going back into the game but still having to wait for the 'x' to close the ad. and you can remove ads buy paying $10? yea this game is kind of cool and I want to be able to play a bit more but those ads were just a huge turn off for me.

the best mobile game ever conceived. A great skill tree, which, though challenging to climb if you don't pay, is still very rewarding without ever spending a cent. The multitude of game modes and unique levels keep the game fresh, while the lives system keeps you from playing too much in one session. I recommend this game to everyone.

fun game, but there's WAYYYY too many ads. not only are you bombarded with third party ads, but opening the game greets you with several full-screen advertisements for "bundles" that cost up to $99.99. The ads are way too often, and extremely bold. You can pay for damn near anything in this game, including but not limited to lives, characters, power ups, progression, etc. Whatever money grubbing maggot is behind the monetization scheme should be put on trial.

This might be the best mobile game I have ever played, but the ads are out of control. what do you mean I have to X out of 5 bundles every time I open the game? 8 dollars a WEEK for no ads? 100 dollars to remove them altogether? Absolutely insane. Popups for different powerups after nearly every level that cost real money too, it's insanely predatory. Play this game on airplane mode and you'll enjoy it.

Too many ads. It's actually insane. I understand you want to sell your premium edition. But, there should be some balance. I had three ads before a level. Then two when it ended. Then an ad for premium. All before playing a second 15 second level. Keep it. I'd pay for premium if the greed wasn't so blatant.

I paid & feel scammed The app promised that if I paid for it, ads that were necessary to play the game would be removed. But after a few plays I've run out of "energy", and need to watch an ad in order to play the game. So when I paid, I basically paid to play the game twice an hour without having to watch ads - not something I would be willing to pay for.

after each game you literally cant NOT watch a video to open a chest, and the ad frequency is absolutely ridiculous. I used to love this game, when it was actually playable. now its less game than unavoidable ads, and has officially been Uninstalled. if you could actually hit "next stage" after each level and not be forced to watch the extra reward video id still play. But straight up lying to people that they have an option to skip it? not for me.

it was amazing! it kept me occupied for hours, and I never got bored once! Although, Playgendary? I would like it if all the adds for your stuff like, could be turned off if somebody doesn't wnat them? I mean, I know you need the advertisements to try to rank up more money, but it gets annoying after awhile. No disrespect against the game, just, I believe that the ads could be able to be turned off if they user wants them to. please? thanks.

I've been playing this one on and off for quite a few years! It's still really good, but sometimes it has issues with lag, crashes and intrusive micro transactions...I actually think that "tomb of the mask: Color Maze" has a better gaming experience even though it's a bit more simple in its layout,m but either way these types of maze adventure games are pretty awesome 👍

This used to be one of my favorite games to play on my phone if I had a spare minute. The core gameplay when you get to play it is actually really good! However, after every single level you get 4 ads built into the game to go premium, pro, unlock everything, or disable ads. Outside of the game you get another 3 ads that take 30 seconds each. Seven ads in between every minute long level just does not make for a good experience.

game is fun and well made, which would give it a five star review. but just opening the app you are faced with a minimum of 5 congruent popups asking to buy this or that in-game purchase. and each level take less than a minute to pass or fail. after that you are playing a new game of how do I skip these ads. unfortunately you end up watching more ads than playing the game. I would love to love this game, but the dread of just one more ad prevents me from opening the app.

honestly, used to be a great game, but there are so many ads its not really fun to play anymore bc the levels go by very fast and then you have to wait in like a 1 to 2 minute ad and you HAVE to go to the play store to get rid of whatever ad it is and it continues to make you wait even after you have gone to the play store.

This is a fun, well-balanced, and frankly addicting game. The graphics are very well done in a retro-pixel style, the sound effects are on point, and generally the experience is well polished. The microtransactions being pushed, though, are completely wild. Ad-free is something I expect to see, though maybe not for a base price of $15; I do not expect multiple options for $50+ in the list for bundles and unlocks. That alone brings my rating down.

Played a ton years ago. Paid for ad free & completed all levels when the levels stopped at 250. Stopped playing cause I had every upgrade, a ton of masks, and all lvls complete. When I returned, signed into the same game center account (when I had iPhone) and lost all the levels/upgrades/masks from when I grinded. Plus the ads were back. My game center account shows my stats, just not in game. I tried to restore and it didn't work. I emailed no success. Great game but 4 star for that experience

Your game is pretty good but the ads are very annoying, would be a three star due to the ads but I just have to turn my internet off. Also there's a stupid thing every time you start the game up where like five ads for the game show up, please get rid of it.I recommend making it so you don't have to see it every time you run out of energy or start the game and make it at the side or somewhere it's not annoying. *IF UR HAVING TROUBLE WITH ADS TURN YOUR INTERNET OFF OR TURN ON AIRPLANE MODE lol*

Terrible experience with the amount of ads. You're peddled upwards of three products for even opening the game, you get ads for clearing levels and then peddled a grossly overpriced ad-free experience, and you get ads for dying. I'd probably like the game if it weren't for the ad problem as the game itself is solid, but as it stands it is just a miserable experience I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies.

This game is fantastic and very fun to play but there are some flaws. first, when you lose too much, it will restrict you from playing for an hour unless you pay 1000 coins or watch 5 ads, which brings me to the next thing. THERE ARE SO MANY ADS. sometimes, when you die in a level, they will let you see an ad to continue where you are. if you click no, they will make you start over AND SHOW YOU AN 2 MINUTE AD ANYWAY!!! It has gotten so annoying, I feel like this game is 70% ads!!!

Mad!!I downloaded this game a long time ago. I've played it a lot! I was on level 600 almost 592 something like that. I had most of the characters unlocked and had a lot of upgrades and even spent some money to unlock a few things. the game glitched the other day and wouldn't work. so I deleted it and re-downloaded it because sometimes that works. Don't do that with this game because you lose EVERYTHING!! I'm back at level one all my upgrades and all characters GONE! and no way to get them back!

I played this game maybe 10 years ago and adored it. There are now ads everywhere, micro-transaction prompts constantly. You can even by a premium currency called a "skip-it" which allows you to get the rewards for watching ads, without watching them. Watching ads are tied to in game challenges. Another example, there will be a text box after each level, you can tap "retry", or 2x your reward with an ad; if you tap anywhere within the text box besides retry, it is considered tapping the ad.

the art in the beginning is very impressive. made me want to play the game very badly. but 10 ads by the time I got the stage 3, and no way to avoid them. each stage only really taking 30 secs. I can say for sure that it's not worth the money since it's like asking for $80 or something for a mobile game which is absolutely insane.

Good looking and fun game. Took a minute to figure it out but now I'm playing and enjoying it. In-app purchases are pushed a bit much and are expensive. If you don't pay pay then you only allowed a max five lives and they only regenerate one at a time every 30min. There is an arcade mode that you can play which doesn't have a cooldown time. The game is fun, hopefully some of the prices will come down.

Game gets too stale and repetitive after a while, word of the day, arcade maps, bonus maps, boss fights, gem maps and more. This game lacks freshness, innovation, it gets to a point where you see it's not worth paying for VIP when everything is the same every day. There are no events, player engagement, new bosses or anything worth playing after a while.

fun game. The game is very well designed. It's just that there a lot of popups on the menu that make the game feel slow and clunky at times (if the developer would like to reply to me and get in contact, I have a solution without removing the popups). Works offline, progression and introduction to new mechanics is pretty easy to follow. If you run out of lives, you can just play infinite arcade mode! 9/10 would recommend this game, especially for killing time.

The game is great. I mean that, really. it's got nice relaxing gameplay, it's visually appealing, and an arcade mode if you run out of energy. But for SOME reason, every time you die in arcade mode, you get an ad. EVERY. TIME. And it's ALWAYS a playable ad that takes forever to get out of, or IT JUST SOFT LOCKS YOU. so I either have to spend two minutes getting out of the 40th block blast ad in a row, or restart the game. And the chance to double points and stuff with an ad is AFTER THE FIRST.

There's a forced Ad after every single run. Paying to remove Ads costs $9.99 - $13.99 (if there's a sale or not. Cosmetics are astronomically priced, I just got a notif selling 20 masks and 5,000 coins for $74.99. it's unreasonable and I would recommend avoiding this cash grab at all costs. Edit: I started the game this morning and was served not 1, not 2, but *5* in-game ads for outrageously priced bundles or store items in a row. Absolute insanity. Don't give them a cent.

I don't often write reviews for games BUT HOLY I HAD to say something. this game has a really fun replayable phone arcade concept, it's great for passing time. but I never got the chance BECAUSE of ADs. genuinely this game is 1% game and 99% percent ads. there not used sparingly at all. after every game, every death, I couldn't play long enough to see other ad filled buttons. and no way in HELL I'm payin some membership or add removen thing. btw the ads are like 30 seconds long. lvls bein 30s

FYI: If you pay to remove ads, you'll just get ads for the game's own subscriptions. 🙄 This used to be so fun, addictive, and a great time waster. Now you're wasting time having to exit out of so many ads for the game itself at the very start. Theres no way to buy shields or other power ups anymore. The only way to get them is through the wheel spin, which is, of course, a gamble. Can you buy more wheel spins? No! Only through a subscription. Why would you ruin your game like this 🤦

This game is fun and I enjoy playing it in my free time, but there are some negative sides I'd like you to consider. Whenever I'm competing with other players, an ad shows up and wastes my time, which prevents me from continuing, while an ad may not show up for them even if they dont pay for it. They could get an option to press skip while to wait. Respectfully, if you fixed these issues, the game would be more enjoyable. Overall, amazing game.

spent some time playing this game and it's awesome, the gameplay is fun, the Interface is clean and retro, controls are snappy, everything is great! "So Adam!" I hear you crying out "why 2 stars" while I was playing, I was timing things. approximately 63% of my time spent in-app was spent watching forced ads. that's right. more time on ads than the gameplay itself. it ruins the flow, and kills the vibes.

gameplay is amazing. graphics fit an OLED screen so well.... the price gouging of these people is insane though..... like $40 (or a weekly cost) for a mobile game??? I wouldn't pay that on steam for this. the ads are annoying, everywhere and they bombard you with promotions every time you open the app! this is just crazy. I'm good and over these guys.

Cool game, levels get trickier, difficult, cursing at the phone hard sometimes only to realize ...duh... only downside of this game ,*I edited my review here... The only thing I didnt like was only being able to play 1 level before an ad( almost a min? ) , before I could play the next level. I don't even mind the ads(if it were not so often or shorter)Don't let the ads scare you away before you try it out like i did, I am downloading it again and buying it!

I used to really like this game, but now there are way too many ads to enjoy anything. You die, and it gives u the option to revive for 200 coins or an ad, but it you choose neither and want to restart the level, you get an ad anyway. It's actually super annoying to the point where I'd rather just not play it anymore even though the game itself is fun.

So good. Classic arcade feeling! Kind of disappointed that it doesn't have controller support like the apple version does :( Anyway, it's a great game, with progressively difficult levels. Only downsides are that all of the fun "masks" with crazy perks are locked behind paywalls. Also, well, there's a lot of ads, but they're not an issue if you play offline. I love all the crazy events and level play or arcade play. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a casual pick-up-anytime game!

Love the game, played it before with ads and returned as a Google pass member. when I first re-download the game, I had to watch an ad? I refreshed everything and I have not had a problem since. The game looks great and is fun but I loose interest in it quick. I like all the different character you can pick from but the ones that I want to wear have no upgrades unless you play a certain mode which was dissapointing. After a certain point all levels feel the same.

It's a really nice game overall, but the problems are the constant pop ups with offers with no way to turn them off, and the fact you can't turn off the music for some weird reason. I mean, I understand the whole "remove ads with money" and "buy this for benefits in return" and the reasons behind them, but I'd like to play the game without feeling like getting offers is mandatory to play the game.

Let me be clear, the *game* is incredibly fun, challenging, and visually interesting. Mechanics are clear and the movement is intuitive. The problem is that I'm spending 1 minute in the game for every 2-3 minutes dealing with ads, at best. Outside of airplane mode every button press gives you a long ad you have to skip/close up to three times! And that's not counting the in-game ads when you open it. This game would work better as a low-cost game with paid expansions than this frustration.

I would give this game 5 stars, but the hit boxes for the video ads are so deceptively placed it sometimes makes the game unplayable. Let me explain: after you open a free chest, you have an option to double the reward. You try to exit out of the tab, pressing nowhere near the actual button to play the video ad; and yet, the video ad plays anyway. This mechanic is intentional. It's designed to milk customers for ad revenue to their inconvenience. It is absolutely unacceptable.

I truly enjoy this game! However, I have completed this game up to the 600th level and had 50k+ coins. I have since lost those achievements because the game has been crashing as of recent and the missions tab would not open, so I tried everything to troubleshoot and I ended up deleting the game think that my progress would be saved since it still shows in the app store my achievements but that is not the case. Which is disappointing. Not to mention the problem is still the same.

I'm a returning player of this game and already remember why I had stopped playing it. The ads are what does it outside of airplane mode. Same for the hit boxes when trying to replay the stage or anything else. The game, as other people point out, makes you press on an ad to watch before tapping on the choice you want to make. I discovered how timed it is, and I dislike that. A shame, too. I truly enjoy this game a lot. Get rid of ads, lower the prices, fix the choice, hit boxes and we be good.

I would have given this game 5 stars. I had to reset my phone and the game wasn't connected to any platform and I had to start over after almost 300 stages in the regular mode. The ad buttons are bunk: even if you hit continue, the game selects watch ad no matter where you pressed. There's no free/earned chest at the end of a level now; you HAVE to watch an ad for it. The toons are harder to unlock. The passes are now CRAZY expensive. Otherwise it IS a 5 star game, 100%

What once was a great game is now fully buried in ad spam and dark patterns, such as button hitboxes not appearing for a few seconds, trying to trick the user into watching more ads. I just opened the game and it tried to sell EIGHT different things to me. And I had to watch 2 ads before I could play anything. This is just an ad watching simulator at this point.

The gameplay itself is fun, but half your time spent with the app open is looking at ads. That's not exaggeration either, you open the app then there's 5 pop ups in a row, you go to play a level, there's an ad first. You finish a level: ad. You want to play the next level after you finished watching said ad? BOOM more ads before the level starts again. It's absurd, the game does everything it can to take you out of the game as much as possible for ads.

The game is good, it's just what annoys me is that when I finish the level and I want to press the continue button, it automatically pressed the treasure chest, but it gives me an ad, and when the ad is over, and I get my stuff, click done, and it clicks other things to give me another ad. And that's why I don't like about it, so please try to fix it.

This game is genuinely unplayable without airplane mode. It's so bad, I've gotten forced ads literally less than 10 seconds apart. Not only that, but for the first few seconds after appearing, almost every button in basic menus are actually fake and will give you an ad instead of doing what they say they will before eventually changing to do what they're supposed to. If you look closely, these buttons start pressed, and they'll pop out when ready. All this is a shame, because the game is good.

Horrible, I got like 3 ads shoved down my throat before I could start another level. The amount of ads I received was ridiculous, almost every click lead to an ad. I love this game, and I think it is very well designed, but Jesus Christ man, there are ads everywhere you go! Every button plays an ad, there are ads at the bottom of the screen, the restart button is hard to hit and often it's easy to press the rewards button that gives you an unskippable ad, etc. I understand that you need to generate a bit of profit, but when most of my playtime is dealing with annoying ads, it feels like a cash grab. I can't end a level without 2 annoying ads. Please stop.

I will start this out positive; the game itself is good. The artstyle is fun and it's obvious that real effort was made to make the game fun and enjoyable. This game should not be free to play if there are gonna be ads after every action you take. I'm not exaggerating, after every level and menu change, an ad plays. Sometimes they're unskippable too, which makes them even more aggregious. They take me out of the game entirely.

Great gameplay. The free version is a little annoying. However, purchasing the ads away would be worth it. They are very annoying, but you can turn off your internet and play without them. Energy (to play levels) is quickly expended, especially if you're not that good at the game. You can recharge energy with ads, but it recharges on its own every 30 minutes or so. As for why I chose 4 stars, these types of games get a little jaded after some time of play for me. Still a fun, solid game.

I used to really love this game. Some of the levels are a really fun challenge, you have to think quick to solve things and dodge obstacles. Great art style, too. The ads are really annoying. It isn't too bad, I understand that the developers need to make money, but to remove the ads it's $10 which I think is way too much. What I can't stand though is every time I open the game, I'm bombarded by at least 3 "deals" that I have to repeatedly close before the game even begins.

Really engaging and fun app. It's simple, quick, and for the most part fairly easy. It's a mindless game you can play after a hard day of school/work, and allows for slight relaxation while motivation builds back up. I genuinely enjoy losing myself in it. I like the different modes, little sounds, and different characters you can play as/with. 10/10, engaging, stressless, and fun.

Download this game if you love to watch ads. The concept of the game is really entertaining. It reminds me of vvvvv. However,no matter what you click on there's a 90% chance you will get an ad. I clicked on the settings gear and it threw me into an ad. You complete a level it takes three to four ads to get to the next level. Do not support this game. By the fifth level, I already watched 17 ads And that was only after 15 minutes of gameplay .Play something else that actually values your time.

Honestly, the game is surprisingly well made and fun, considering the rate at which it forces ads down your throat. Sometimes up to 4 per level (2 at the start and 2 at the end) when levels last roughly 30 seconds, plus the egregious use of fake buttons, or buttons that move after 5 seconds, to try and trick you into watching EVEN MORE ADVERTISMENTS. I felt more like I was TRYING to play a game than actually playing one.

I played this game several years back and it was pretty good. I re-dowloaded it and I've found that it's, to understate the problem, aggressively monetized. You will be bombarded with pop-ups begging you to watch advertisements or buy in game items constantly. This is not to touch on the energy system, which on its own wasn't terrible, but paired with the constant begging is just one more monetization method on the very large pile. Good game that's been unfortunately squandered by greed.

Left 1 star back in 2021, reinstalled this game now that I have an adblocker because I figured it would be better and it's just unbearably slow. The gameplay feels really unresponsive, and all of the menus are just tailored to BORING YOU into paying money. Keeping at 1 star. It's like the game is specifically designed to piss me off, but not the gameplay, just the game interface and menus. (Gameplay gets really stale, really quickly as well. More of a time-killer than an actual fun game.)

Would be a 5 star rating but I have a few problems. 1. There's payments everywhere, beat a level and they ask if you wanna buy something, do almost anything and they'll throw a payment in your face. 2. Energy is so annoying, the only reason it exists is so the player pays to get unlimited energy or to get more energy. This game is a really good mobile game, definitely. But these problems just lower the rating.

Ok, hear me out. This game is LOADS of fun, but there's a common problem. There are ads EVERYWHERE. Whenever I die in a level it gives me two buttons. One is to watch an ad to open a chest and another is to replay or go to the next stage. When I CLEARLY clicked the button for the next stage it "mistakes" it for the chest button. And it's not even an accident anymore. Also, as soon as you enter the game you get in game ads to buy stuff in the game and there are SO many of them. Don't get the game

While I was still playing the game, I would have definitely given 5 stars. Lvl difficulty is amazing, I absolutely love the challenges. BUT I finished the game(completed all 550 levels with 3 stars) maybe 2 years ago. I'm disappointed in the lack of new levels. They can add all these new coin packs and bundle deals that you can pay for, but you can't create new levels? Yeah, no. You want people to give you 100$ for "unlimited energy," but you can't even put effort into new levels? Do better.

The game itself is fun, but I'm gonna break down some numbers here. Each level takes roughly less than a minute to complete/attempt. Which is immediately followed by a 30 second forced ad. After each level there is a reward that is offered but you have to watch an ad or you can skip the reward, EXCEPT the game doesn't let you skip the reward and no matter how precise you tap, it will force you to collect the reward and watch an ad. 1 min of forced ads per level/attempt unless you pay

I love this game, but the excessive amount of advertising really brings down my rating. For example - after completing a level, you must wait a bit before clicking next level. Clicking it while you should be waiting clicks the ad button above it. Then, when you normally click next level, you still get an ad! Also, recently when I opened the game, I got a ton of popups asking me to buy stuff. The only thing saving this game from a 1 star is the gameplay.

The amount of ads in this game is heinous. You lose a level, and can revive by watching an ad. Clicking "No, continue" will force you to watch an ad anyway. Then, after you complete the level you watch the ad before seeing your stats. Then, before starting the next level, you need to watch another. It's insane. Do yourself a favor; there are only 24 hours in a day. This game is not free, even though you pay no money for it.

It's a fun game with fun levels but there's to many ads anymore. Play a level, ad, die, ad, replay, ad, go to main menu, ad. It also forces me to click the bonus chest which makes me watch another ad. I get that I can pay for no ads but I'd rather spend that money on a candy bar to be honest. I remember when it first came out ads were optional and not forced, then they forced an ad every now and then after a few levels but now it's just about every time you touch the screen.

It's a great game and a very good way to fill in times that you have nothing to do. It used to not have so many ads, but these days, you can barely do anything without an ad. I go out of the game and click back on it and, boom, ad right there! I know there's an "ad free" thing you can pay for, but some people can't pay for it. The number of ads is horrible.

Swipe sensitivity should be adjustable. Ads don't interrupt gameplay, but the game REALLY wants you to watch the "optional" ones to the point where it feels like gameplay is interrupted regardless. It takes forever to retry after dying if you simply don't want to watch ads. And running out of "energy" and no longer being able to play for an amount of time is ridiculous and defeats the purpose of a game. No wonder you go by Playgendary Limited, this is the most limiting game I've ever played.

This game is awful. Glutted with micro transactions and predatory design. It opened trying to get me to agree to a 7.99$ a *week* subscription pass. This is ludicrous. I wouldn't even mind that, if I could play for more than five minutes without getting an intrusive 30 second ad. If you want to play something that respects your time, look elsewhere.

The game is fun, and in increasingly gets harder, adding an addictive element and capturing attention. It's a good time-user, but I wish there weren't so many ADS. This is one of those games I would have spent a couple of quarters on at an arcade and never played again, but those games weren't ad farms. 7.99 a week? Yeah, no. The controls are too laggy so I get killed because I can't move, the number of attempts is limited, and the game just isn't interesting enough to justify paying money for.

Fun game. However, there are several issues: 1. Invasive & frequent ads. These ads also crash the app quite often. 2. When opening chests, if you want to just go to your next level, you have to wait a few seconds to claim your chest reward. During this time period, if you click where the claim button would usually be, it will decide to spend coins to purchase another chest.

I've had this game for almost 2 years and I am on level 320. It is my favorite game to play on road trips or when I'm wanting to play a good game while listening to music. It is not to challenging but not to easy. My only complaint would be that after level 300 the levels became a little short and easy, but then again I'm only 20 levels into 300. Once again, I absolutely love the game!

Tomb of the mask is a perfect game that I use to kill time. It can be played offline, so I can always enjoy TOTM while I'm on a flight. They never force you to unlock certain items, it isn't Pay-To-Win, and most of all, the challenges are fun to overcome. It's never too slow or too fast, and it works wherever, and whenever. It's definitely worth a try!

This game is really cool! I like to play it when I'm bored, because it has tension. It's like stress when you play, but better. It's a really fun game but I have a suggestion. Could you make the controls easier? I always lose because of the controls. They're sort of inaccurate, like for example when I try to swipe up but it ends up going left. Let me get to the bad part of this game, then I'll get to the good part of this game, because it is a good game, although there's two underlying issues for why I didn't give this app a five-star rating, and I'll talk about how the developer(s) could improve this game. Let me start with the biggest problem of the two, and that is the fact that I get an advertisement every time I finish a level, which becomes extremely obnoxious when I'm trying to have fun and enjoy myself. The game also sometimes encourages you to watch a video to get a shield, some energy, etc. The second issue is that you only get five energy, kind of like Candy Crush, except it's energy instead of lives. It makes it really annoying having to wait a while to get your energy back, and the energy does take a while to get back. I also don't like the concept of having a certain amount of "lives" I guess you could put it, especially if the wait time for these "lives" is a while, which makes you go over to another game to occupy yourself. Now that I got the bad part of this game out of the way, let me get to the good parts of this game, since it has a lot of good aspects that made me give this game a four-star rating. One thing I like about the game is the character design, since I think the characters look cool and all, especially the original character, personally. Another thing I like are the levels themselves, since they are actually quite enjoyable, and have original and interesting gameplay. I also might add that the game's levels aren't too hard. I don't know about this, since I've only made it to level 28, and I don't know if the levels get significantly harder after this level and what not. The levels also introduce new game mechanics the further you work your way up. That's pretty much all I have to say about this game. It does have its bad traits, but makes up for it by having good gameplay and character design of which I personally like. Overall a good, inspired game.

First off, let me just address the people in the review section. THIS GAME HAS ADS CAUSE IT'S FREE. You can pay if you really don't want ads, but I guess you're a choosing beggar. Remember that the developers are still a company at heart, providing a product/service in exchange for money, whether it be an actual purchase, or the ad revenue they gain from the "so unbearable" five second ads you get. Yes, it does get a bit extreme on the amount, but that's the true price for getting a free game.

Excellent game but terrible model. They are doing a "Limited Lives, Buy More or wait 30 minutes" model which is incredibly sad because the game looks great and feels great. Only other issue is that I paid for "No Ads" but they continue to show "Watch this video for coins!!" Buttons everywhere. If you accidentally hit those, you're stuck for 30 seconds. My no-ads purchase should have hidden those.

Kind of fun concept, but you will spend more time watching ads than playing the game. Stages are short, and there's a mandatory ad for another game after each one. That's not including the optional ads you can watch for bonus coins or power ups. Barely felt like I got to play, even skipping those. Gave three stars because the concept for the actual game isn't that bad. Just wish I could get a chance to try it out.

This game is super fun and pretty addicting but it's also really ad-heavy, giving you an ad after pretty much every single round, no matter how short the level. It also tells you every time you open it to try a 3 day free trial of a subscription service that gives you infinite energy and double money, for $8 a week. That seems like a scam to get people to accidentally spend tons of money. I recommend the game but don't buy anything

This game is really fun, but the ads make it unplayable, and ruins the experience. I am all for advertisement to pay for a game, but if you're a fast player, you will get an ad after every 30 seconds of game time, which is absurd. You can pay to remove ads, but it's 8 dollars a week. For that money I could buy a brand new computer every two years.

This game is incredibly addictive and fun. I was blown away to see a game heavily featured in ads everywhere turn out to be so fun.... This is my favorite way to kill time. You can only make this game better. The first place you could start is with more levels! MORE! MORE! MORE! You could also add a few more challenges... it's a little bothersome to finish a challenge only to see "Open 30 Chests" pop back up.... Keep it up!

Good game but the ads are incessant. I've gotten 13 levels in and so far I love the gameplay and aesthetic, but I cannot recommend this game due to the way the ads are used in the free version. I failed a level and it gave me the option to A: watch an ad to continue, B: use the insane currency, which I didn't have enough of and so to get more would have to watch an ad, or C: start the level over, and watch an ad. When half my time in game is spent watching ads, there's too many.

The gameplay in this is a lot of fun and I love the pixel art; unfortunately that is about all i can priase in this game. This app is another terrible case where you'll spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. There is also the great and innovative feature where you have "lives" that need to " recharge" after a certain ammount of time. The limited lives thing is about the lowest thing a developer can do. This all just means that the devs care about your money than you.

I really enjoy this game, right now it may be my favorite mobile game. What's stopping me from giving this game a 5 star is that it seems a lot like a simple cash grab. There are so many in app purchases in the game. It also uses a lives system where you can't play anymore after losing all of your lives. Then there is the subscription. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY 8 DOLLARS A WEEK FOR A SMALL APP! Along with the ads. I think we also need new levels more frequently. I've finished all 200 levels.

DO NOT GET THIS GAME. What an absolutely pitiful joke. I really want to like this game. The little game play there is, is fun and the art in this game is good. HOWEVER the people who made this game ONLY care about money and not about the game itself. There are an ungodly amount of ads in this game. Usually I don't mind occasional ad in free to play games because they help support the creators. But this game goes too far. As soon as you open the game you get an ad. After every level (Which only lasts for 10 seconds) you get an ad. There is an ad at the bottom of the screen at all times. And of course you watch ads for free stuff. This is truly awful. The ads ruin the aesthetic of the game and the game play itself. There are annoying, they waste our time, and they are EXPLOITATIVE. The only way of getting rid of ads is to PAY 7.99 a WEEK. DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP IS A JOKE This game has the AUDACITY to have a subscription service for such a simple game as this. 7.99 A WEEK for BS. All you get is no ads, coins and energy (You lose energy whenever you die so you have to watch ads or pay to keep playing) AWFUL. You can get several amazing mobile games with that money!

Jesus Christ, the ads in this game is just downright horrifying. First of all, the game requires you to have "charges" in order to play it in Stage Mode. You get 5 charges max and once you die you lose a charge. There's an option where you can watch a 30 second ad for a charge, which isn't too unreasonable. But once you watch the ad and get your charge and select a stage, you get another 30 second ad. That's a full minute wasted before playing the level...

Its generally a fun and addictive game. But, the fact that you have to wait for more energy is slightly annoying, not my biggest concern. Its more of the whole full game idea. Most games you'd expect for them to charge you around 7.99 for the full game and youre good. But $7.99 a week? Man that's way too much. Youre expecting people to pay $384 yearly to get all the fun out of the game which makes the game seemed more biased towards people who ACTUALLY have money. Otherwise, good game. Addictive

this is a really fun game and the retro feel to it is a nice experience. Being able to play this game offline is also a huuuge plus. the ads are extensive but you can choose to pay $3.49 to remove them permanently. you can also pay $7.99 for a subscription that gives you unlimited lives, 400 coins a day, and also removes the ads. money grab, probably. but this is still a wonderful game that I play everyday.

I love this game. The controls can be difficult but other than that its awesome. I love the color scheme and the way it looks. Super fun to play. The difficulty on it is perfect i think. It can be challenging at times but once you beat the level its so satisfying. Another thing i love is that it doesn't just throw ad after ad at you. It lets you enjoy the game with a few ads thrown in.

TOO MANY ADS. Don't make the mistake of paying to "remove ads"... It only removes the ones you can't skip, making the game almost playable, except you only get 5 deaths per hour, and the only way to refill them? Ads. In fact, it's one ad per life. I can't believe how bad of the remove ads purchase was. Game play is nice and a good throwback to the old retro games... But the sheer amount of ads to do anything! They're the only way to get a power up, and when you die the first button that pops up is to watch an ad, then a few seconds later the replay button finally comes in. A little bit of fun ruined by poor management.

I loved the game but it started to get very repetitive. There were alot of adds, and when I say alot I mean everytime you click somthing you got and add. I also found that the hole energy thing got really annoying. When you wanted to play you couldn't bec you ran out of energy so you had to wait real time. For me there were more cons than there were pro's.

It's a fun game, but the amount of ads are ridiculous. I don't mind ads in general, but I just think there's too many of them. It seems like they added way more than needed to make you want to pay to get rid of them. Saying that though, the only ones that really bother me are the ones after each level. I feel like if they didn't have an ad after every level, but every few levels instead then it'd be more bearable.

tl;dr, the game itself is fun and challenging, but it's SO hungry for money. Skip. Ads between every short run, so I sprang $3.50 to get rid of ads. (Devs deserve something for their work) I was having fun. But then when you die, instead of hitting "retry" right away, a button to watch an ad lingers for too long before the "retry" comes up. I have notifications in game that wont go away until I watch an ad. And every time you open the game it asks you to try a free three day trial of a $7.99 A WEEK subscription. That's nearly $32 a month. You can get Netflix, hulu, and almost any other streaming service for that same month period. Yes, the game is fun, possibly even $3.50 worth of fun. But it's all overshadowed by begging you to watch ads and asking you to get what I feel is the most overpriced monthly subscription of all time.

The actual game is great but the amount of advertisement is absolutely ridiculous. You get hit with a 10 second ad after you: beat a level, die, open a chest, or restart a level. So basically everything. And it's not occasional. It's EVERY single time you do any of those actions. Instant uninstall(Also, the only ad free option is 8 dollars. Not once. Not even once per month. Per week. That's almost 3 times as much as I pay for Spotify).

Is an awesome game! The controls are simple and there's two game modes. One of them is the story mode in which you try to collect all three stars in the level. You can also try to collect all the dots to get bonuses. Then there is the arcade mode, in that you have to race against a rising wave, collecting dots and power-ups, to get the highest score possible. The story mode allows you to take your time, whereas the arcade mode is pretty fast paced.

Love the game so much, I've beat all the levels and collected all dots and stars, working on collecting all masks and completing quests, ads are a bummer, but hey, the controls are brilliant, especially with adding the shield option for going into tricky situations, every now and then my guy goes the wrong way but that's probably just my finger, can't wait for more levels!!!

The game is highly addictive and fun, it's unlike any other game I have even heard of. Personally love everything about it, although it's major flaw is the excessive amount of ads. The ad for revive and coins is understandable, but an ad after every level lies more on the unnecessary side since the stage levels are passed very quickly and in the arcade mode, it's only a certain few that can really progress without dying so quickly. If you could please take my suggestion in removing these ads, it would be great for the gameplay and much more enjoyable.

Honestly, this game is really good. Great visuals and really great controls. And I would buy this game, even if it was 5 dollars. But the absolutely ridiculous price of 8$ a week is disgusting and should be illegal, quite frankly. The amount of ads is horrendous. After every single action. Done playing 1 round? Ad. Go back? Ad. Click the X on an ad? Ad. It's disgusting. Fix this and I'll buy your game.

Good puzzle game in a a retro-style, but unrelenting ads. You really can't get away from the advertisements. Enter stage, advertisement. Die, advertisement. Want to open a loot chest? Advertisements. Open the game, advertisement. Switch applications, advertisements. Possible fix, let you buy playtime without advertisements using the in-game currency instead of real money.

So, the fact that they offer a "premium package" for 7.99, I totally get it. But after looking further at it, its a weekly thing?!?!? Are you kidding me? This is a damn mobile game, I know you dont have to buy it, but the fact they put that there is insulting enough. Then the number of freaking advertisements. I play f2p games and pay money from time to time to show my support... but for a simple game like this and the amount of time it takes having to have an ad show up every level, its way to much and it just takes away from any enjoyability this game has.

This game is okay. It's actually fun. The controls are nice, the mechanics are varied and are introduced just frequently enough to keep the game feeling fresh and to not make the player feel overwhelmed right off the bat. The game is solid, I like it. What I don't like is the abundance of ads. Beat a level, watch an ad. Die, watch an ad. I understand that advertisements are to be expected in a free mobile game, but here there are just far too many. It gets tiring to have to put up with ads every time I wanna play another stage. Other games that are free will only have ads pop up if you want a bonus, or if you do something specific. if ads only popped up every three or four stages, okay sure, I could tolerate that. But after every single stage? It's ridiculous. And I don't like the game enough to fork over the $3.50 it's asking to remove them, I could buy myself a TV dinner with that money. I'll give a more positive review of the game if the ads are toned down on.

Way too many ads... Every time you win or lose a level, there's an ad. I mean who really clicks and downloads those ads? I mean it's every thirty seconds there's an ad then on top of that in all of your game play there's a banner ad at the bottom. Make it a one time purchase or keep it free and get rid of the ads that's are so frequent. Uninstalling sadly because the games a great one. But the ads are too much.

Immediate 3 stars. I open the app, and immediately am met with a flashy request to buy a diamond membership. Didn't get a chance to play or even see the home screen of the app. This "membership" says first week free, then $7.99 a WEEK!? That's a hell of a scam. Edit: A few minutes in, and the game seems fun. Extremely flashy, however, so I likely won't spend a lot of time playing. Edit 2: Played for about 15min, before getting fed up with pop ups and excessive ads. Concept is good, but execution is poor. 2 stars.

This game is quite cute and fun to play, BUT, like hell if you think I'm going to pay $32/month to play. I was bombarded by requests to watch videos for minimal payouts and 7.99 a month after 3 days is nuts. I'd buy it and pay $8 once for it (maybe, but even that might be asking much), but not as a subscription.
