It doesn't always have my medication. This too, and it's listed as not in my exact pack. It's kind of weird. Sometimes this doesn't function like it should

this app sucks! I'm now not able to access anything on the app because I now have to submit a new password every so often! What the heck are you supposed to do when you use biometric sign in? I have the old password saved but this app format overrides the saved password and it demands you to remember the old password. This app is now useless to me so I'll soon uninstall it

Exact care fills my prescriptions into packs wich help me remember to take them. I love it. ohnestly the only complaint i have is with one pr3scription. they are packed separately from my night and day meds and dont need to be.

WHICH GOES INTO YOUR EXACT PACK THAT HELPS YOU KNOW WHAT MEDICATION YOUR TAKING AND WHEN. NAME, STRENGTH DOSAGE FOR EACH MEDICATION. NUMBER OF EACH MEDICATION. NUMBER OF EACH TYPE OF PILL IN THIS PACKET THAT ARE IN INDIVIDUAL PACKETS THE REST OF YOUR PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION COMES IN THE REGULAR PRESCRIPTION BOTTLES.

The app was working fine, until the password changed, I get in, then the finger print comes up. other wise it not doing me no good.

Before you can use the app, you have to read a series of pop-up 'tips'. One of those tips pops up well off the bottom of the screen, making it impossible to advance further and actually use the app. Another issue to be careful with is bill payment. You make a payment in the app. It shows up in your bank account, then the app immediately charges you again.

The ExactCare Pharmacy app is informative and a must of you are an ExactCare customer. With med timers, reminders, order delivery dates, order reviews , and many more attributes to their highly recommend company, you will be well pleased.

tracking the usps packages is difficult at times.

great app company and great associates very pleasant interaction with staff.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They can never get your medicine to you in time. I've went weeks without my medication. They expect you to call the doctor everything you need a refill. I got prescribed a antibiotic it literally tooked them a week before they ready to ship it to me. I told them I had Pneumonia. I had to have my doctor send the medicine to another pharmacy.

would be great but lack of communication and i hve to call every month even with a subscription. so id make sure b4 committing

this app works perfectly well, you can do whatever you need on it.

The app itself is ok but if you forget your password the email it sends you has a link that is no good. I click on it and all I get is a security issue that won't go further.

signed up on the website, no issues there. downloaded the app hoping I didn't have to go through the intro stuff all over again, guess I'm a fool for thinking. can't get past the tips. whomever designed this app needs to review it and fix it. negative star rating on the app itself.

they updated this app and since then hard to use. going through how to use it at the bottom you cant click next because its clear at the bottom and u cant see it. this needa fixed. and they had my wrong account number. and now.cant pay on app

couldn't find the code sent to my phone. online service is not help

Needs some improvements. It is annoying to track medication compliance in the new app. Please bring back the feature that allowed you to mark all as taken and not force you to individually mark each medication. It is annoying and time consuming so I tend not to track them at all.

The app needs an option to take off medications I no longer take. I keep trying to reset my password but the reset password link just keeps sending me back to the screen to put in my email address & password which doesn't help at all so I can't get into my account

it makes it easier to communicate and keep track of if took your medicine 💊 or not I love this app cause if you refill just tap on it they do the rest

I have to keep logging in almost every day. it stopped giving me med alarms to help remember to take meds. I liked the older one better. it takes forever to load so I can note I took my meds

I can sign in but the intro stuff starts and the screen won't scroll for me to click on the 4th intro bubble.

my delivers are always on time they attend to questions & needs I love them shipment never been later & the staff is helpful & attend to questions & they make sure it's done before hanging up and send you a text I'm 💯 satisfied

This app straight up doesn't work. After prompting me to update my password, it started flashing the "change password" overlay pop-up continuously, making the app impossible to navigate. This bug persists even after restarting my phone.

it's a dud, I've uninstalled it four times because it won't leave the screen for medication notification, I can't get to any information about my meds or anything else

won't let me change the time zone. The app sends me med reminders 3 hours too soon.

app sucks. it takes over five minutes or more just to load. thats if it will even load at all! I've uninstalled it at least 3 times. same results.

Can't finish the tutorial because the box is hidden. There is no way to turn it to landscape mode. Until it's fixed I won't be using it.

the app doesn't work!

This app is a little jinky... I'm not able to change the time zone and I cannot verify the email because it keeps saying it's not verified even though I've gotten at least 10 emails to try to verify it... go figure..🤷🏼

App just doesn't work right from the start.

can only see 1 out of 7 of tour pages. the 2nd one is a black square and half is hidden so unable to scroll up to access the "next" button to advance thru to finish the tutorial.
