Really enjoyed this game until the updates stopped and no new levels were added.

The concept is fun. But it's definitely set up for you to spend. It's idiotic that the character is forced to spend all her money to upgrade stations but never to hire assistants so the owner of the spa is also the masseuse, the facial girl, the coffee maker, the cashier, and everything else - who does that?? You're forced to spend real money on assistants. Plus the upgrades that are actually essential like auto cleaning resets at every new building,so stupid. I'm switching to a less greedy game

The game makes it unfun to play when it practically makes you have to purchase the purple diamonds and purchase assistance that doesn't stay with you the whole game. The price of auto helps keep going up too. I'm about ready to delete the game.

I would give it a 5 star rating except it has frozen on my 4 times. I've uninstalled it 3xs and had to start from level 1. Not doing that again. Has the potential to be 1 of my favorite games if I could keep playing without the bugs.

takes like a billion years for them to update and add new spas when u reach top level and by which point I have over 1.5 million in game money which I probably wont be able to spend.

I like the game but it keeps freezing when I have streaks going. very frustrating to have to start over. been glitching since haloween challenge. rarely had issues before.

I really enjoy this game, but frequent freezing issues are ruining the experience. When moving customers to their designated locations, the screen freezes—causing their patience timers to run out while I remain unable to assist them. Restarting the game results in losing all progress for that stage, as well as any single-use power-ups consumed during the level.

it kept freezing in the first 8 levels but I just kept restarting the level. Than it wouldn't let me even play level 9!!! I got this game off an ad....they should have spent that money on fixing the game!

I really like the game. it's fun and quick. the app does crash sometimes which sucks and as you get to the higher levels, they take out the time element. I would like a variety in the second to last world. it just seems lazy, like they didn't try to make the levels hard. also sometimes I'll be one short of a like and I know that I go all of the likes perfectly. seems like they do that so you have to watch an ad.

The game was fun until I realized that Estelle and the other helpers are not permanent. There is no option to unlock them unless you top up with real money. At least there should be an option to buy them with in-game currency earned by providing services, instead of being forced to top up! What do you expect the main player to do—all the chores by herself!?

This game seems like it's meant to be a relaxing, easy-going game for kids and normal players, but it is way too stressful. I felt incredibly pressurized right from the very first, lowest levels. You have to complete multiple tasks within seconds, and it just feels like a constant rush. Definitely not the 'mind relaxation' game I was hoping for 🙌🏻

It's a fun game, but it keeps freezing on the start page. If I clear the cache a few times and wait an hour or so it MIGHT work again, but who wants a game that is 90% waiting for it to unfreeze? In despair I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, naturally lost all my progress, but it let me play only 10 levels before becoming unresponsive again. Big disappointment!

I love to play this game but it freezes and restarts my VIP visitors when I finally get them to 100%. Game is relatively easy even the harder levels but it gives a good challenge so that you can move on to the next level and not be stuck for days or have to purchase additional things. Much appreciated.

Love 2 play this game but it gets to a point where you can't complete the stages without boosters. There's no videos u can watch to get boosters for free. The video to watch to get a 10 sec extra to get 1 more customer, you might as well take away. 10 Sec is impossible to play with. Also when u watch a video to double ur money or what ever, some of the videos is so long, by the time the video ends, you have been kicked out of the game, not getting ur reward and having to start over again.

I reached the point where I'm just waiting for the game to release new levels. Basically, once you hit a certain level, there's no new content. All you can do is play various levels against others for over a week with the top players getting bonus items. The house that you build runs out of updates too. I'd rate the game itself as 4 stars, but if I knew there was an end point, I would've have wasted money on it.

Some levels of the game have been deliberately made impossible just so that we are forced to pay up. Why should we spend our hard-earned money on this when we get absolutely nothing in return? We have to watch ads *and* pay money—it's a total scam.

It is a nice game, but at the 10th level, it blocks and I can't go further.

This game is dishonest. It's one thing to pay to have extra boosters and etc but another thing is to pay to pass a level. The level should be doable with or without ads or money but some levels don't have enough customers/time to pass normally and you have to watch an ad to get extra customers/time. Also, having to pay with diamonds in every scenario to get extra help is ridiculous, specially if you double and triple the necessary amount. Crashes all the time too.

I enjoyed the game, but the further you progress, the harder it gets to complete the levels without paying for the extra staff, which you have to do in each new location, which is around £6 for one new staff member, shame as I liked playing just not worth it now

Fun game but many issues.

I saved my game by logging in to my google play games. i made purchases too. after 4 days of playing the game, i am at level 74 with 600+ diamonds, and purchased equipment with diamonds, the game crashed. when i logged in again, all my progress and purchases are gone.

I have played many games and too many ads makes the game get deleted. this one is playable.. thumbs up thus far.

reinstalled and realized the game in later levels purposely won't register when you touch the screen so you end up failing levels and are more likely to buy in app purchases. Insanely frustrating! Giving it a few days and then probably uninstalling again. Use to be a cozy fun game, but now it just feels like a rigged casino machine.

its a fun game but I got stuck with zero way to progress and CS was zero help. talked to me for over 10 days without attempting to solve the issue. requiring things they dont need as they can see my game on their end. they wanted a screen record after Id provided over 6 pictures that all show the issue and also show no options to progress.

I need help getting my old game back. wasn't that far into it. but I did purchase the extra help. and now I'm back at square one. each time I delete my Google from the account it takes me to the level 4 game I started instead of the one I was at.

It was a very nice game , but after a particular level we asked to pay for hiring the helper , prior to 233 level we could use the diamond earned for hiring the helper , suggest you to update the game so that we can use the diamonds to hire the helper

I love the game it is fun I wish that you could change Serenity's clothes sooner than whatever level you can I'm on level 247 and the game keeps shutting off. and that is pretty annoying I'm one who enjoys buying things on the games that I play if I need to and it has been a few times where things that I buy have been erased because the game has cut off, hopefully the creators and text can fix this issue.
