Application is not working, unsuccessful order, customer support doesn't help. there is no order number as I always get error "something went wrong" what does that even mean. your application is not doing its only purpose. and your CS closes the ticket with no resolution.

The delivery boys don't know english so learn Arabic for order

لا أنصح بهذا التطبيق أبداً.. تجربة سيئة للغاية على مستوى خدمة العملاء وجودة الخدمة.كل طلباتي تواجه أخطاء في المنتجات، ومع الأسف دفعت قيمة الفاتورة كاملة دون أي خصم للمنتجات المفقودة، ولم يتم إرجاع أموالي حتى الآن! والأدهى من ذلك أن المناديب لا يلتزمون بإرجاع المتبقي من الصرف.لدي كافة الإثباتات من صور، وإيميلات، وأرقام الطلبات. وعندما طلبتم مني سابقاً تعديل التعليق وإضافة رقم الطلب والتواصل معكم، قمت بذلك فوراً، ولكن كالعادة لم يتواصل معي أحد ولم يتم حل مشكلتي، بل كان مجرد أسلوب للتجاهل

Banning an account because the user tried to open his account from another device because his main device didn't workout and didn't login is not an excuse to ban the account, and I know I'm not the first one that got banned for the same reason

i ordered grocery but by mistake I entered wrong address then within seconds i complained customer care they order canceled but i don't get refund

the worst service ever. the drivers accept the orders after 30 minutes of placing the order, therefore food arrives cold all the time. speaking to an AI agent is better that their human representatives. I removed the app from my phone and familly members.

Unable to login since the last update. I put my number and the login button is grey and can't be pressed. Edit: Issue is fixed, but the restaurant selection is greatly reduce and most are showing a message 'Currently the store isn't in your delivery area' On top of that, most previously HPLUS stores now have delivery fees and new service fees

I paid extra for additional ingredients that were never added, while the onions and spring onions I specifically requested to be removed due to my allergy were included. As a result, the entire meal was inedible, and I couldn't eat it. When I requested a refund, I was offered only SAR 10 in wallet credit and SAR 4 for the missing items. This did not fairly compensate me for a meal I couldn't eat because my instructions were not followed.

I'd rather starve to death than use this app no notifications when the drive reaches destination and takes forever to deliver orders user interface is trash eating rocks is a much more enjoyable experience. edit: now they force tip 3% as default even if you choose 0% and mark use for later orders

I am reviewing from Riyadh. It became very disappointing experience to order using Hungerstation. I ,clearly, see that its delivery guys hates how their management behave towards them. Orders takes too much time to be handled in addition to the expensive commissions they add to restaurants original prices, service fees, and the "Reward our hero for his efforts " donation requests. Why don't you pay good salaries for your heros?

There are no rewards or vouchers any more like it used to be and I order at least once a week now.. I used to be a more regular customer when there used to be more vouchers available..

if you accidentally select a pickup option for your order and the location is away they will never refund you or let you cancel the order It is a very bad experience I have. I have been using this app for 3 years and I am also a premium member but they have no benefit for you

no offers the hplus doesn't effect much for groceries as the minimum order is always 70 sar. even with hplus they've started adding service fee plus extra cod charge. like it yused to be good before amazing offers and all but not now

Absolute scam! They massively inflate menu prices and add hidden fees. My Al Baik order was 107 SAR on the store receipt, but HungerStation charged 161.35 SAR for the exact same items—a massive markup! Plus, orders constantly arrive wrong. Terrible app with zero quality control and extreme price gouging. Avoid!

5 SAR flat service fee?! Just say delivery fee. I've stopped using your app. I hope you reconsider this otherwise I'll be using other apps. There is no order. I went to order. Delivery was free but service fee was 4.90. Every restaurant and regardless of total. I've cancelled my HPlus membership now and I'll uninstall the app if this pricing scheme continues.

Update: I can login back Now. I don't know what the problem was but looks like ypu guys fixed it. I don't have problem with an order. I have a problem with the Hungerstation App. I cannot login to the app. I am using the latest version of the app and My phone software is also the latest available. Keeta app still works fine unlike Hungerstation.

They will add extra charges after order is placed and will say that you should have taken screenshots before.

Free delivery but not free - automatic 1 star. Shame on you. i paid for H Plus to have free delivery fees, yesterday I order from Al-Baik with 0 fees, today I saw there's another 5 SAR for a "distance fee"?? What is a DISTANCE FEE if it's not a DELIVERY FEE which I already have for FREE? More like a MoneyHungryStation and not HungerStation. EDIT: they told me to update the review with order ID. I guess it's an automated reply since I nowhere said I had issue with an order, but with the fees.

Got logged out and can't log in (the login tab is greyed out). Fix the damn app!

تطبيق سيء وشركة طماعة. يخلونك تشترك معهم على اساس توصيل مجاني ثم يحطون لك رسوم خدمة وكل فترة يرفعون بالمبلغ. هل يعقل رسوم خدمة 5 ريال!! نصيحة قبل الطلب خذوا نظرة على التطبيقات الثانية غالبا السعر بيطلع اوفر لكم.

I downloaded this months ago but I just used it today. The app is so great. From now on I will used this app as a part of my everyday.

Worst customer service and terrible hygiene standards. I received food contaminated with a human hair from Karachi Biryani - Al Morabaa. HungerStation support refused to issue a full refund and kept closing my support tickets without resolving the issue. They do not value customer health or safety. Reporting this to the Ministry of Commerce and Balady.
