I use Claude (Opus&Fable), ChatGPT(Astra 6) Gemini Pro (Argon) and Kimi (K3.1 Pro) reguallly. Since I have subscriptions for all of them I dont care that much about token prices. Kimi has quite good price to performance for coding, but forget creative tasks, it's the least creative from the bunch. It follows prompts well. But if you have a subscription for Claude or GPT even if you mainly code, the others are still better. The only two AIs worse are DeepSeek and Grok

In terms of UI, it is light, just like Claude, but I tested it to create a design concept with HTML code, it takes too long, keep developing & improving the coding.

what the hell, I think claude has more limit than it even on free smallest model(kimi instant on standard) limit get full after 2 prompts. claude is even good model than than why someone use it.

as others noted its expensive to run, simple tasks can use all your quota, there are better alternative, and not to forget, its very slow

Pretty much every single time I get hit with too many people are using kimi, sometimes even on instant models, and then asks me to upgrade? So I can't even get a basic chat going lot of the times unless I pay? If I were to pay, why the heck would I upgrade to this garbage, why won't I get Claude or Open ai or gemini subscription?

The models are busy most of the time You cannot delete your account (there is a delete button but it does not work).

It Never replies! Every time it says: "too many people using..." and DOESN'T WORK. Then I tried to delete account and THAT DIDNT WORK. They collect a lot of private data. BEWARE!

Good app. Major flaw is how slow it is. Modereto is very accurate compared to other leading AI I like this the best.

What's the point of offering an AI assistant if users cannot access it? I understand server limitations, but free users deserve a fair opportunity to experience the app before being asked to pay. Be careful with this Chinese app: If you want to delete your account, it will NOT allow you to do it without linking your phone number to the app first, and then maybe delete it. It's a communist scamm app.

Many models currently not working. Otherwise, great models that have some of the most natural writing styles. Only issue is the lack of speech to speech. Clear model selector is a plus!

Kimi is a VERY strong model! One little suggestion for further improvement is allow Update/Edit higher up the thread, instead of updating only the last turn. That will be very useful to organise and remove unwanted clutter from chat. For example, ChatGPT allows that. Otherwise, Kimi is really good 👍

I would give this app zero stars if that were an option. Why should I pay for an app when I can't adequately test its free version? I repeatedly encounter vague messages about too many users accessing the system, and always with a prompt to upgrade to a paid tier 😁. I've uninstalled the app. Until the free-tier usage experience and transparency improve, I cannot justify paying for or recommending it.

DeepSeek and Qwen take so long to reply and often stop replying. Kimi answers instantly. It's the best Chinese AI in my view. This is after editing my review. The token limit is horrible. It's so easy to use up all at once.

The user interface is in English and it has several tools like web search. Like most other AI apps nowadays, only paying users get a good experience. Data is stored in mainland China, one has to keep this in mind.

It's alright overall. It has some issues that all AI's in general have. For example: search inconvenience, limits and session jam.

Tried repeatedly to delete account and data via link in the app but it says it's too busy to respond and I should upgrade. When asked how one can delete the account and data it says it does not have any information! Laughable if it's that incapable I won't be using it or upgrading it. The delete button does not work - presume they are trying to hold onto my data.

Absolute disappointment, when K3 comes out I purchased subscription for €100. My biggest mistake in AI subscription ever. They promote Kimi as cheaper alternative flagship LLM but Claude Opus 5.5 and now ChatGPT 6.1Sol it's 5x more usage. So it's fake and big disappointment in Kimi subcriprion, 5h burn usage in 30 min work on €100 subscription. Beside all this, when I don't use it, they don't grant usage limit reset. And top of that they almost are down during Europe/Asia time kimi.ai from EU.

There needs to be an option for it to always trigger web search before answering, a lot of the time the chatbot goes on forever repeating the same factually incorrect answers unless I specifically tell it to web search

This app is a total powerhouse compared to Claude and Chatgpt. It provides straight answers to questions and admits if it is wrong, sort of just like chatgpt. The ui is easy to understand and simple. There are few advantages compared to other ai bots. Unlimited number of photo uploads and you can tell it what to remember. But there are a few disadvantages. Sometimes it does run into an error that too many people are using kimi and can only upload files smaller than 10MB which is sad.

I'm not much into AI, but I mess around with LLMs from time to time to pass the time. This is far and way one of the worst. Though its definitely smarter than Claude or ChatGPT, you'll probably use all of your credits in a day or two, and will then have to wait a full month to get more and even then, most of your credits will probably be wasted on messages that get denied for either "Too many people are chatting right now" or "Service is unavailable" messages

I paid TRY 1,959.99 for Allegretto on Oct 23 at 9:57 AM. As of Oct 24, 5:42 PM, 31 hours and 45 minutes have passed, and I still have no access to the paid features. My money has effectively been wasted. I tested 7 different environments. Kimi support confirmed my subscription is active on their system but failed to resolve the issue. Worse, another $1.24 was deducted from my Extra Usage balance just 33 minutes after purchase, with no explanation. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.

good models great usage, but just worried about day to safety in regards to different countries legalities. More so about utilizing an agent within the app. if they could run on the country that I'm in in server and guarantee that type of day to safety that does not go to the country of origin but even more so I really love voice to voice and the voice to voice on here has not upgraded for forever. It is the most natural high bandwidths methodology.
