Fantastic new way to recognize your employees & co-workers. It's way better than the program we had previously though I did get an amazing cordless Bissell vacuum from it with very little points we will see how this works since my department doesn't believe in recognition. I love that not only can you see what people are getting recognized for but you can see their work anniversaries, birthdays and send out your own shoutouts to them 🥳 I love the leader board feature too! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Garbage app corporations use for team building and engagement. Used by lazy corporations that don't want to take the time to build a team themselves. Super invasive. User engagement at my sight is non existent. Has the opposite of the intended effect.

The in-app search function for rewards leaves a lot to be desired; if I search for a company by full name, it includes various other companies. It doesn't allow you to choose where to send the reward email to, so if you're anywhere other than at the office trying to order something, you are SOL if you don't have access to your work email if you wanted to use the gift card right there. And good luck trying to find your reward redemption history in the app.

Highly invasive, lack of privacy and corporate garbage. Still announced work anniversary despite literally telling it not to broadcast it. No thank you!

Website is fine, but uploading photos as proof of completing a challenge is often difficult.

Service is fine but this "app" is just a browser that opens the nectar mobile website. Dumb and annoying, build a real app

I can't log in. I don't know why. I keep hitting forgot password and I never get a reset email. I can't figure out how to get in and there's no way to talk to someone for help. What the hell, nectar!?

It's a good app, has good customer service but the vouchers don't work for the limited options given for Pakistan. Their vendor either does not have vouchers or gives used/expired ones. Getting a resolution is an agonising drag, aimless red tape procedures that get you nothing.

You get one star only because I can't give you 0 Stars what a positively unnavigable app with positively no way to reach support of any kind except through the Play store on this location it says go to nectar HR on the web and and hit the bubble on the bottom there's no bubble so that was a lie positively unusable app take it away it's not helping at all

Nectar is a fantastic way to get your team excited and positive towards each other's achievements in the workplace. Also, did I mention that you can turn the points in for cool stuff? Well, you can! Nectar is a great motivational and bonding tool for the office. Highly recommended.

Company spammed every user in our tennat with a $10 gift card offer for a review. Even better the initial contact required users go reply back to receive the link. And the link seems to require a sign in making the entire think look like a phishing campaign.

The website works fine but the app won't let me sign in and I have rest my password many times. My password works great on the website, just not on the app and it the same password.

My app keeps loosing my gif option, even after deleting and re installing.. I still cant give gifs :( is there a new update?

Lots of good things, but needs some improvements still. Specifically, please fix notifications to actually take you to the relevant post. If I get a shout-out from a couple days ago I have to scroll for two days just to find it.

The website works fine, but the app has never even let me sign in. I've reset my password FROM THE APP at least 3 times and it still won't accept my password even though the website does. This is ridiculous, please fix this.

It was a great idea for my work to implement this so you can show your other employees you appreciation when we help each other you get recognized with someone giving you points to spend on e gift cards it's nice,but hard to use for older people.

It's something like the communist's social credit scores. It can go from very rewarding to really cheap depending on your employer.
