good service

Graet app ngl. But if you travel a lot and use the app consistently, they stop giving you promos and increase the prices. Which doesn't make sense because am I not suppose to get a promo because I'm using and app consistently?? Their logic is just absurd for me.

Great it's fast & kind driver.

the new billing system where they show you an estimate per km traveled is so broken and I was overcharged from what I expected to pay do not belive the prices they show. I also spoke with the support and they were unhelpful, bolt does not want to help with any overcharged fares.

is such a good app

none

I've been using Bolt for about a year now, and have always been exceptionally happy with the rides and drivers.

not bed

I booked a ride the previous day for 4:50 a.m. in the morning. They cancelled it in the night and assigned me another driver who arrived at 5:10. I was going to the airport so it was a big issue. Not serious in that sense. Should have prioritised a closer driver and apologise at least, but they didn't. Edit: I contacted you via Support in the app, and it was an AI telling me it understands me, can not do anything and won't take note on that for a real human 😂. Thank you for nothing guys.

Good App. accurate and good service from drivers.

this promotion thing which creates conflict between drivers and riders need to be discussed

Had a very Nice ride

vrey good

I think the driver is so good and kind hearted. He even took me an extra mile to the voting station

good V good

it's Good pickup at right time

I get annoyed when a driver takes the ride then 3 to 5 minutes later, he cancels. Then the cycle continues. I understand that most drivers won't go to certain areas but why can't they first read and then consider before taking a ride

very fine

good driver with a good attitude 👍 👌 👏

locating a dispatcher is so fast but most of their dispatchers won't deliver your package, just like Michael who went away with my package 9 days now and nothing is done to recover my package or deliver it to it destination, Michael stole it and made away with my money which I paid for the delivery that was not made.

it's not bad

that's okay

take too much time B4 delivery

nice ride

good driver ....Ian extremely like this app

🙌

good

Extremely disappointed with how Bolt handles rider complaints. Driver rudeness is a persistent issue, and the support team only offers surface-level apologies. To make matters worse, promised ride compensations are never applied or get rolled back on subsequent trips. You cannot compensate your way out of poor service hold your drivers accountable instead of making promises you don't keep.

he was very good

nice

Niec

Stupid algorithm for ride calculator! why I need to spend 10min + until another driver finish his drive when another one is free and closer to my location?! UPDATE: Worst app ever, they became now a scam, whenever you need a ride the most you need to pay extra for priority! what a stupid thing! I have started to use taxi again, I call, they show and I go where I have to go.

good

I dnt take the trip and he still changed me
