Dreadful, I have to repeat my details over and over again, despite them saying the app will be with me shortly. Its been two weeks now. Can't even order mt prescriptions on line. I dont need this at my time of life.. please sort this disaster out..

when ever i recieve an email saying you have a new messege and open the app saying there is an issue to open the messege try again and keep on tring the same problem . this is happening for long and couldn't see my messege.

great helps so much can keep checking of appointments order meds easily and see test results which helped when hospital couldn't access records to see recent test done at surgery

The app keeps buffering and I can't open it.

It's absolutely fine when it works but I have constantly to uninstall it and reinstall it on my phone. I go to it and even though the notification says I have 3 messages I just get a blank screen. SO annoying! Apologies I didn't see your reply till now. The problem is still occurring on both my tablet and phone and I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall. I just get the loading 'circle' which goes round and round but never loads. Getting worse. Endlessly reinstalling because it doesn't load

could you be able login by pin nunber option to prevent fotgotton passwords? when app is updated it requires password again . easier if pin number?

No adds, easy to access, easy to use and straight to the point.

I have several serious conditions requiring repeat prescriptions. I can't register with the app as it doesn't accept my only photo ID (drivers license). My GP only does repeat prescriptions via the app. Serious accessibility issue. I will raise this with my practice.

It's unfair and unproductive that you're so restricted in word limits for messages. A lot for the layout of the app seems sloppy and disorganised. You should be able to easily see basic medical information about yourself, like past and present diagnoses and medications, all together. There should be options to report incorrect information on documents and records. It logs you out randomly. A lot of things need to be changed

Easy to use and very useful for keeping track of previous test appointments and results as well as requesting repeat prescriptions.

A handy app for all. Works as expected if you take your time and set it up correctly. Majority of issues are user error from my experience. If only this system was further integrated into a national medical records system to use across all NHS services nationwide.

used to be able to view my test results cant now and no problem on gp side of things

cannot access the app and it's been an issue for months. prior to this the letters I read from health professionals would dissappear after reading. this is the worst app I have ever used.

trying to share access to family members records due to being their care person wont allow it unless I'm at their Dr's which I can't do as I am supposedly out of their area, how stupid

can't even get past video verification. every time I take a video and press ok the app just acts like I haven't done anything, and often also says it doesn't know what I'm trying to access. extremely frustrating as until I manage to send a video I straight up can't use the app.

Excellent app. very easy to use and, as more and more information is added, it becomes more useful.

App won't download after I uninstalled my original app which I'd been blocked from accessing until I updated it.... Make sure that you have the Google Play App enabled, as mine wasn't. As soon as I re-enabled it the NHS update completed and the App works fine now 🙂

I loved my experience when I come onto the app first class

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had. I am 91 years old, and could not get past the security. My passport was not enough, with a photo of my face, then a video recording. I have tried a few times and wasted quite a bit of time. I have decided that I would rather waste my time doing other things than messing about with security that does not seem to work on an app.

A bad joke, but then, it is the NHS, so that figures. I've updated/removed a temporary address on there from about 9 years ago. One where I was staying while on holiday and became sick. Despite removing the address, I still get healthcare professionals even to this day asking me over the phone if I still live at said holiday location. What is the point of this then if it doesn't update across the NHS from this app?

Hello. Can I make a suggestion? For the NHS app. When you request your prescription when it's been processed. Done or rejected, you'll get a notification to say there's been an update on your prescription, save people checking the app every hour or so. Thx.

It's very easy, when somebody helps you by setting up the app, after refusing to help for over 2 years. Receptionists......☹️ I'm a Pensioner but the Receptionists showed No Mercy. Tech was not a feature of my life, growing up, or working life. They did Not care one iota. Penalised for Not Knowing a PC. Tut, tut, tut, Shame on them 😖 Another example of how pensioners' needs are completely ignored 🙁 Instead have yet another Battle..

Opens up 1st time then when I open up again just get the spinning blue wheel. Every time I'm not using an old phone. Just usesless every time.

Absolute rubbish.The terrifying thing is the fact this app is supposedly a life line ,literally for our health care needs so God help anyone when they desperately need assistance with an important health issue.I can't even log in so can't order medication ,can't access the online service and I'm sure the outcome of this for many people could be catastrophic. This really is shameful !

⭐☆☆☆☆ Really frustrating app to use. I keep going round in circles, back and forth between different sections, without getting anywhere. The app repeatedly freezes, making it difficult to complete even simple tasks. It’s time-consuming, confusing and incredibly annoying. For an app that’s supposed to make accessing NHS services easier, it does the complete opposite. It needs serious improvements to its stability and navigation.

Unable to access app anywhere near fully due to having no photo id. Help desk suggests contacting GP surgery for codes. GP surgery unable or unwilling to supply codes. Online help didnt help and then recorded my case as "solved". ....Joke. 🤬

VERY POOR got a notification saying that I had a letter on the app spending app to see a quick glimpse of a letter before it disappeared. can never book an appointment to see a doctor and if you want to look at previous succulents sent to you ,you cant !! absolutely useless 😑

It's a shame you can't give negative stars. Get ready to see lots of 'Something went wrong', 'You are unable to continue', and my favourite: 'You have requested too many security codes, wait 15 minutes'. Probably the only case where Vibe Coding might be an improvement over this non-functional trash.

Great for sorting out appointment and reading personal GP letters. Easy to use

Brilliant. can get updates on referrals, check my appointments. Order scripts. Read letters from consultants or booking instead of waiting on the post. That saves money as well. easily get my NHS number book appt at GP surgery.

Much is good about the App and it's easy to navigate with a little regular use. But there is no response to comments or feedback. I have no doubt the surgery don't read the feedback pertaining to their problems, but there's no point in sending notifications and offering booking that has no availability or capacity. Either pay attention to the request or remove the feedback option. And for the surgery; please stop sending offers for vaccines I've already had at your advice - maintain your records
