great but the only difficulty I am having with this app is the chat that I cannot chat so what Is the essence of me been in the app then

So many popups. Gems don't load in until I manually go to the gems menu. And please, do something about the people lying about their location. So many people putting United States and they're in Europe or Asia.

You guys need to improve fake accounts and impersonations. idk how a verified account could still be fake. idk how I sent messages and my friends can't even see it when its showing on my part. I also have red dot on my messages as if I had an unopened message even tho I don't. As a developer myself there are a lot of flaws that need to be fixed.

makes you watch ads to collect the daily reward that should be free and the ads are over a minute long. not worth even the slightest.

impossible to get more diamonds without spending money. simply put you either have to watch ads or come back everyday to get diamonds however even with the daily streaks you need to watch an ad to get your diamonds however they never have an ad ready to watch so you can never get more diamonds to make more friends

I don't know what happened to this app on my phone is not working

Upon reinstalling the app and creating a new acc (since hoop deleted my previous without reason) it's now essentially hard locked me out of my new one with the "verify with photo" option. I can't opt out and am stuck on that. on top of that the app lags excessively even with good internet,removes/deletes my chats? not sure what's up with that but it's super inconvenient when I'm chatting to a new friend. and now I can't even chat because I'm locked out of my acc.

so this is a great app till now I have been using it! I gave it four out of five because of giving less number of diamonds to sent any request to anyone and even the price is high just to make friends and start a flare... and sometimes pop-up adds are also annoying but overall the app is very good ✨🎀

terrible glitchy app. Can't execute simple functions without receiving the bad request notification. Also when I get notifications regarding somebody sending me a friend request, I always click on the notification then it takes me to the app just for it to say the friend request doesn't exist all of a sudden.

I have one complain about the people I matched on the app, when I sent messaged to them then when I checked them again suddenly the profiles were gone on the friends list, I didn't understand if they were delete their accounts, unmatched me, or was it the system problem.

When I try to create an account, the app shows me an error. It happens when I set a photo. At the photo upload stage, an error occurs, and I can’t do anything further, because the app requires a photo to continue creating the account. It says: "check your network connection". But my network is fine. I've tried to use wifi, data, vpn and nothing works. I tried to create an account from all my Google accounts, but I always have the same problem
