Was my favorite dating app (and pretty much the only good queer sapphic leaning dating app imo) But for some reason my account got falsely flagged/banned after not even being signed in for a year, as a lot of people have recently. I can't get through to support and just get sent automated responses. I wish they'd resolve this issue or change their flagging system from whatever mess they have right now.

I used this app for a few weeks but was supremely annoyed at how many polyamous folks liked my profile despite it clearly saying I was not into that. And because they ate up my "like" spots (you can only view around 4 per day), I could not see and match with actual women who were my type. It was locked behind a paywall. So I couldn't even see their profile unless I came across it, but it wasn't likely because you can only swipe a handful of times before having to wait the next day. Lame.

Was the most useful dating app I've used until my account was falsely reported and banned. Non-existent customer service for if this happens to you (I was never even told the reason :/. Just directed toward the community guidelines where I could not find a single one that I broke), so pray that it doesn't happen to you I guess.

This app is a scam! Despite having paid for a Premium subscription, I have been unable to access or utilize the services I purchased. I have made multiple attempts to the support team to resolve this issue, but have received no assistance or explanation. I do not believe it is reasonable to charge customers for a subscription when they are unable to access the services they have paid for! Do NOT download!

Upon account creation my mine was locked, upon requesting assistance, providing photo I.D. and a picture of myself I was then told that due to a user report my account has been banned - even as I hadn't been able to login to my account a single time. For one of the few lesbian and queer dating apps, it's disappointing how long support takes and the sheer amount of inaction.

app is buggy... for 2 weeks (at least) now it is the same 15 people and then it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 3 times.

They randomly suspended my account. At first it said it was because my Internet connection. Then after days of emails they said it was because my account was reported, even though I didn't break any of the rules and wasn't even on the app long enough to do anything. I replied, asking why my account was suspended and what they could do about it. They basically said the decision was final and they won't be replying further. This whole experience has been a waste of time.

I upgraded from a Gold subscription to Platinum expecting a refund of the Gold subscription as described on the Her website. Almost 8 weeks later I am still being bounced back and forth with Google saying contact the developer and Her support saying we can't help you, you need to ask Google for your refund. Be warned if you're thinking of doing the same!

There are more catfish and scam profiles than real ones. There really needs to be better verification. Honestly, it was a waste of money.

My profile was removed without any warning and I barely used it and chatted with a couple of people minimally, but I mostly browsed and never broke any guidelines or rules cause you can't when you barely message or are inactive. My guess is I was reported/flagged for some dumb reason. probably not replying to someone I was not even interested in and got perma banned. I've seen others run into this issue. Not that using the free version brought any potential dates anyway. Dumb app and interface

I had the app for not even 12 hours before I got an error that said there were connection issues. I was on mobile data so I just waited to connect to Wifi but no luck. Emailed support to see what was happening and I was apparently banned. When I tried to ask what I did because I was confused, I got an email back saying the decision was final and they would not respond to any more emails. Still no clue what I did, which is sad cause I liked the app the brief while I was actually able to use it.

They'll suspend your account claiming an issue with your internet connection and then claim you violated the terms of service and were reported by other users with no details as to why. My profile was very innocuous and not remotely violating the terms in any way. There is no real appeals process.

Firstly, There are men on the app. I specifically put preference for femme and get mostly trans profiles. Many people you connect with are fake pages. You can tell the page is fake because they send the exact same messages word for word. It's still so hard to get pass the fact that there are men on the app.

11/11/2025 app has a serious and growing problem with BOT accounts and scammers, and AI chat bots. I very much hope this gets looked into and fixed soon. I used to really like this app and have recommended it to others, but not anymore until this gets fixed. 12/23/2025 even more saturated with scammers and bots. 10/29/2026 The AI bots have now begun to be verified. So not only has the problem not been delt with, but the bot have Crack the only method of security this app for its users.

I liked it first but the last few updates have left a lot to be desired. I get a lot more hits now that they're under new management, but almost all of them are bots or, don't read profiles.

It's definitely changed since the last time I was on it. Using android, I can send and see notes now and that helps with meeting new people.

Overall this all is better than most but has two flaws I'm not a fan of. One is being corrected but if you are sent a note, it can only be viewed on iPhone. The other is the restriction of features hidden behind a paywall but I feel that this is the major flaw of most dating apps.

I got permanently banned after less than one week of being on the app, without actually talking to any one mind you, for "violating guidelines" when I'm not a TERF, unicorn hunter, underage, posting inappropriate photos or anything. Made an account, 2 days later I'm suspended. I hadn't spoken to anyone or posted in the communities, so I'm confused. Contact support, they tell me somebody had reported me and I violated community guidelines. I review guidelines, nothing on my profile violates them, or their ToS. I request information on what exactly caused the ban, and they refuse to tell me. Avoid this app, their communication is awful and will ban you without even saying why.

It's incredibly frustrating that the Notes feature is so prominent but only iOS users can see the Notes that they receive. It actively undermines potential connections. The feature should be disabled until it can be provided for all users. I would have given this app 4-5 stars if it weren't for this issue.

I got permanently banned for accidentally including a social media handle when I copy/pasted my bio from another app. I was in the middle of conversations with people, had a paid subscription, and recieved zero warning. I haven't used a dating app in like a decade so I just forgot to even consider that might be a rule. But apparently that's worth a permanent ban with no recourse.

Love this app. You match with people only if both swipe right (like each other's profile) Then, you can message one another after you match. Love that they have profile verification, so that you won't get catfish. I only trust verified profile, so... that's a good feature they have... 👍

I tried two different google accounts and a phone number, neither worked. it keeps saying the account has been put on hold, to contact support. But support never responds. It's like there is no one managing the app. It's been over 4 months that I've been having this issue and no support team available to assist.

This app needs improvement and lots of it. For starters, it isnt exactly shy person friendly. As a person who doesnt like to take selfies all that much, I like to use OKC because of the fact that I can write based on the prompts they give. On here, there's none of that and that can lead to boring, short-lived conversation. Also, this app just needs a better UI, it's just a eyesore. Overall, I had high hopes for this app but Im just disappointed by the lack of care that went into making this app.

Dont trust support to support. i got locked out of my account when upgrading device and the AI bot (who claims its a response template) took a week to respond, refused to help me get my account back unless i gave them my facebook and apple account details...which HER isnt connected to. when i inquired how it would be used got locked in the AI feedback loop. So unsafe with privacy.

Account Suspended Without Clear Reason After Subscription I installed the app two weeks ago. A few hours later, I got verified and subscribed to Platinum for 6 months, as I couldn't see any likes, and then suddenly my account was put on hold! Can't log back in. So I sent a support email, and they only replied today with a vague message saying someone reported me for violating the community guidelines. I was there for not even 2 days and haven't interacted with anyone! Requesting a refund!

This is not an inclusive space. I got kicked off even though I did not break any community guidelines and I've heard a lot of other people have experienced this as well. There are also a bunch of cishet men on there marking they are queer when they are not. Around 1/4 of my feed were cishet men. Customer service is also horrible; most of the time they just send you an automatic answer that is vague and doesn't answer the question.

More than a year and a half later, I tried the app again and this time apparently my device is just locked out of using her. Whatever registration method I try I keep having errors. Support hasnt done anything after a week. And even then I dont know if they fixed the privacy issues. Garbage Edit: 10 mails with support back and forth, still doesnt work. I sent screenshots and then the next message they ask for screenshots, hopelessly bad support as well.

My acount was put on hold for "network conection issues" for 3 days and counting.

They froze my account out of nowhere and couldn't tell me why. As far as I know, I wasn't breaking any guidelines or terms of use. Customer service doesn't seem to be humans-- only auto replies/AI. Edit: They got back to me after weeks of waiting and informed me I was breaking community guidelines but couldn't tell me what guidelines I broke and that my profile will not be reinstated. Definitely glad it's not being reinstated bc that's insane. Good luck to the people who keep using this app.

Despite not even using it enough to match with anyone, I got banned indefinitely for some reason they refused to even tell me. Never used any inappropriate photos, language, etc just perma banned and due to their "policy" can't tell me why.

Apparently I broke community guidelines just because my preferred pronouns are he/him. I am not a cis man, I'm m biologically a woman but I perfer he/him as my pronouns.

The location algorithm didn't seem great, and the limits of free version was annoying. but then without warning, and without breaking any rules, my account is now on hold for allegedly breaking guidelines. I emailed the support team and haven't gotten any response. UPDATE: a week later and finally got a response that I broke a guideline and won't be reinstated. I reviewed their guidelines and did not break them. would be helpful for the exact violation was, since I have no idea what it could be

She's a bad app filled with toxic individuals desperately in need of (but not actively seeking) therapy. Devs and mods communicate as effectively as a lobotomized individual. Buttons frequently don't work, people you have banished to the abyss keep reappearing, and error messages frequently interrupt your dopamine high. Mods allow blatant misogyny, scammers, bots, and sex pests, but will ban you if you try to draw boundaries. These losers want your money and hate you. Go to your local queer bar.

It's all catfishing bots, and the developers are too lazy to do anything about it. They've been "looking into it" for literal years at this point, they truly do not care. They'll probably reply to this with a bot saying they're "looking into it." Don't believe them. The app is patently unsafe with the sheer number of malicious fake profiles infesting it.

I'd like to rate this app 4 stars... its design is appealing, pricing structure not as bad as some others, and has a community that comes along with it. HOWEVER, whatever good experience I could have had was totally negated by the ridiculous number of scammers on this app, some of whom even had "verified" badges. In 2 weeks, the only people who chatted me up were scammers, while people I was actually interested in were few and the crowd on here skews younger. Too bad. Buyer beware.

Used the app for 2 days (more like a day and a half) before my account was frozen. I reviewed the community guidelines and didn't violate them. After looking at forums it seems having your account frozen with no obvious reason is not uncommon. So lookout I guess🤷‍♀️

As with most dating apps, many features are locked behind a paywall, and I am often distracted by full screen ads trying to sell me on Premium. I think a lot of the language and suggestions and labels in this app remind me of 2016 era Buzzfeed in a bad way, but maybe you like that. But, I've had a lot of success and you can search for people who are T4T, so, pretty cool.
