I have been a premium plus subscriber for many months and used to love this app. However from last couple of months, after few hours of usage app gets slow, loading time increases tremendoulsy and gender/regional filter stops working. It only connects you to the region you live in. I thought it might be due to lack of users in other regions but i tried my friend's account it worked fine. it's a shame they have turned this app into a SCAM. Support team does not help at all. DONT Waste your money

purchased Monkey PLUS for ₹504, but after purchasing, my account showed “Preferences Locked due to an account violation.” I couldn't use the feature I paid for, and the app asked me to pay additional M coins to unlock it. I contacted Monkey Support, but my issue has still not been resolved. I also requested a refund through Google Play. I paid for the subscription expecting the advertised features to work.
