my only issue is when ever a notification from it happens it turns on my phone, but when I turn off notifications I never know whats going on in my band- OTHERWISE it is amazing

It's great for our youth group but we've had several problems adding certain youth or their parents to our Band and we get errors and can't troubleshoot why. There needs to be more tech support.

This app is super well! I'm in color guard, (really fun sport btw recommend!) it's where you twirl flags. anywho, it's super easy to find posts, and you can be in multiple bands at a time! (Ex. I'm in a color guard group and a marching band group) so this works beautifully! it seems confusing at first, like when I first downloaded it, but, now it's super easy to control and do. Recommended!

This app is amazing!! I'm in color guard ( if you don't know what it is look it up it's really cool ) and I'm in a band for that and I created another joke band for me and my friends. All in all great app love it would definitely recommend.

Great at getting announcements from teach and keeping track of up and coming things but also the album and chat feature make a fun environment and when a hurricane came through we all could talk and keep track of each other's well being. Truly great app.

The band app is great, however, messages often send multiple times for some reason.

it can be very helpful and informative, but sometimes it's a bit confusing too.

This is an easy way to communicate with our band family. We don't have to rely on our sometimes forgetful marchers for important information and it is a quick way to get last minute information out to parents/guardians.

hiccupy. app is terrible with sending notifications for groups you're part of. it won't send anything all week to notify me of activity within my sons cross country. then suddenly 5-8 notifications that are numerous days old. somebody please fix this...! we're missing team events and I don't have time to open up my phone 5-6xs a day and scroll through a feed that resembles Facebook and read comments to find important details. it's embarrassing with 2 parents checking in and not up to date...

This is such a good app. The biggest issue I find is that my group often don't get notifications even with push notifications set as on, I also find I don't always get them as well. it would also be really good if you could turn off messaging on a chat room or archive the chat room when no longer needed. otherwise it is really good and I highly recommend.

We set up Band Accounts for 16 groups to better organize our sports organization. It's been a great addition for communication and administration.

It's a great app for staying connected with multiple bands, and for getting last-minute updates for gigs and practices as phone notifications. The reason for the 1 star is - this app constantly sends unrelated ads as phone notifications, but disabling notifications defeats the purpose of the app. So prepare to be advertised to constantly, even if you don't open the app

I was a Band Mom, now I am a Band Grandma.It is 120 miles round trip to go to N Royalton, and Band Fest was my 1st "Volunteer" job. I worked the concession stand. ----LOVED it! 😊 ---could not work with a nicer, more dedicated group of individuals!

This is a red flag both because it's a poor security policy and because it points to passwords potentially not being hashed before transmission or storage. Please update your password handling, especially if you are storing our passwords in plain text.

There are so many things wrong with this app that I can't fit it in 500 words, but here are a few: Even after tapping a notification and reading it, the notification tab still shows unread notifications although there are none. Disabling all notifications, except from the band you joined, doesn't prevent this awful company from sending you product notifications. The overall layout of this app is not user friendly and I wish my sons team would choose another app.
