I paid for a full year of this app and regret it. I demand a refund because it has been unstable for two months. Support admitted the issues and promised a fix plus email updates, but nothing was fixed and no email was ever sent. I no longer use or recommend it. It connects to any server then disconnects after 20 seconds and reconnects repeatedly. I tested it on a computer, tablet, and phone with different settings from multiple countries and cities — the result is always the same.

Too bad, still poor perfomance, it takes very long time starting up, connecting with circulating never end and only stop by force to stop. Very bad quality check before launching a new update, creating problem to users. I have sent many emails to supporting team and received no helps at all. They act like pushing problem back to users as always asking check latest version, change protocol, check proxy. I see many people give 1 star recently. Do you believe this service is worth the money?

Simplemente no se abre. He pagado el mes de suscripción para ver. A veces abre, otras nuchas veces - dias no se abre. Cuando se abre hay que insistir mucho para conectar. Lleva ya varios dias de no poder abrir siquiera la app.

Top Notch

was working great for years! now with the latest update it not connecting and always fail to fine network

Very easy and very fast

Is a great vpn to use 👍 😀

They renewed my subscription without notice of a huge price increase. Please keep an eye on your renewe date because they will rip you off

What's the point? I use the VPN and turn off my location but all my results are in the wrong regions. Waste of time.

the update seems to be causing my battery to die quickly

no free vitch

one of the best vpn I have ever used

Great App

stop automatically downloading multi bloatware to my phone EDIT: thank for reply. changed from 1 star to 3 stars. i hate multi application were downloading automatically by Play store. ExpressVPN just one of them. useless for me

I use this the Xbox cloud gaming and it works wonders for me

Rubbish. Must I subscribe to your useless plan to create an account?

great 😃 I'm really enjoying this app

Super

you should improve the app - it was great before, bhut now it's stuck on connecting/loading for a long time via phones. i'm.using android. please do something about it - paid for a year and this happens?!

it works well, allowing me to download using BitTorrent without my internet provider complaining.

When I try to connect for the first time, an error message appears, showing "Connecting" for a minute and a half, then it disconnects. After that, I press "Connect" again, and it connects quickly without the "Connecting" waiting period. This has been going on for months and it's become quite annoying.

amazing 🤩

good app

I recommended you all to download the app is very useful

I don't want to buy anything

Saudi Arabia not working

I love these app

Ben using this app for over a year. Never any help. always Ai and never solve issues, be smart..get app from some other company. Moving to BITDEFRNDER!

no dirty off off dirty

please help me to refund my payment 😭

Nothing to say but this one is perfect

I've downgrade my rating cause I told the help desk that the app is draining ny battery by 41.7% and after basic troubleshooting of the off and on again, uninstall and reinstall it ended with her saying, "there is no irregular pattern happening with other users. please keep us up to date with if you notice any other apps or processes that trigger the extra usage." that was the help......

When it works it's fine, but: Phone app always takes minimum ten minutes to establish a VPN connection on my home wifi (other networks it's almost instant); while it's trying to connect it blocks internet access, even though I've unselected the kill switch option; there's no way to stop it trying to connect apart from force stopping the app. I've reinstalled the app about four times in case it was faulty, but it hasn't improved.

I couldn't log into the app

Excellent

হহহহহ

I am paying for this app. It is killing my battery, up to 30%. Decided to uninstal it. S26 Ultra.

nice app

it's taking too long to connect.

One of the better VPNs that I've used so far. It has far more options in terms of cities in the US and I love that.

won't connect often

Paid over an hour ago still cannot see game I have paid for

gets 3 stars, works well but causing massive issues with high cpu usage now, been a customer for s while will think again

Updated Review: This app works far less often than it used to. The quality seems to have gone down over the years. That being said, it functions as it should most of the time.

it was good but now it lags

So far , so good , no problems at all very smooth

legit

The VPN has been slowing my internet down and even stopping my internet altogether. I have to disconnect to use the internet. please fix this issue.

expressvpn ai is a joke

f... horrible

وصل نمیشه و نمیشه خاموشش کرد

My favourite VPN. Fast, reliable and tunneling makes it perfect!

fake 👿

Does not work in China (Yangshuo and Guangzhou) with China mobile or WiFi. Also does not work in China using an eSIM re-routing via Singapore.

change everything to usa for me

গবকজ

Not a great product, spends most of its time trying to connect. Constantly drops out, disables your internet even when it's set not too. Spend more time waiting for a disabled phone because the vpn is not working. Needed for a month while overseas but have to buy 2 years subscription. Paid hundreds of dollars and now trapped with a terrible product. Waste of your money. Steer clear.

the app is easy to use, works well and doesn't try ramming adverts down your throat. sometimes takes a while to connect through a wifi network.

❤

Nice VPN

super slow on any region not good for streaming

hi there. i dont open kill switch. but after i turned off vpn, my wifi no longer has internet access. its been few times already. i keep installing and reinstalling. checked with wifi provider, they claimed that vpn has caused this . please assist me how to make my wifi accessible again

I love it because is fast, secured and strong💪.

not conect

not good vpn boring🙄🙄🙄

The smartest VPN I have ever seen. 🌹😍

awesome

good

doesnt connect..buggy

very good

Really laggy - struggles to connect to remote IP, but then you cant stop it trying to reconnect so you are continually blocked from the Internet. Only way to stop it is to uninstall. Wish I'd stuck with my Norton subscription now. Will try to get my money back from VPN Express, as it sinply doesn't work

It hasn’t been working on Netflix for a while now—at least for me. I’m seriously considering switching to a different VPN.

Abraham Saater peter

locks the cell phones a lot, so they act like they are off

not responsive.

Optimized battery consumption with many virtual servers

Been using this app for over 4 years, worked fine for most of that time, until the past 2 or 3 updates (October 2026) that feel completely phoned in and broken. An AI feature no one asked for, insanely slow startup/loading times, absurd battery usage, common disconnects from servers that work fine on desktop, constant freezing during connection, reconnection, etc. that forces not just restarting the app, but outright re-installation and login. Utterly outrageous. Stop vibecoding your updates.

faltu vpn

it never works well, highly unstable, and always drops. Never get Express VPN. Waste of money. Their support team cannot help.

worst ask for money don,t have a free option

App about, it says that it has 7 days trial but it gives only 3 days trisl. Its looked like a scam.

it stocks on connecting

worst vpn, not even free a scam

great 😃 and amazing VPN👍

It's connected so fast for starter but now it's taking super long to connect. The loading is never ending even i waited to switch data to wifi or every location back and forth. I hope it will be fixed somehow. Thanks.

Great connection speeds, easy to use, heaps of features. The best.

do I have to subscribe

outstanding VPN

new update has many bugs and is lagging

Good

great job team

good

make it stronger 💪✴️

very good

cool

been using for 4 years , very helpful when my apps have connection and or ping issues

One star for spamming me in the app. I'll never give you more than one star until you give me the option to opt out. It's not like you're giving away your VPN FOR FREE!!!!! It's not like I can use your VPN WITHOUT USING YOUR APP!!!!! TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO SPAM YOUR PAID SUBSCRIBERS!!!!!

awesome

Strawman personal use VPN

best vpn ever.

Easy to use. Quick to connect. Good pricing.

Since the update, my battery data is showing ExpressVPN is chewing through my battery usage by up to 56%. What's the go?

It fails to connect 90% of the time in Iran, even in TCP mode.

it's really good

Bueatifull

works well had no problems

Hasn't been working since update before last. New update and I got one connection before its back to the same completely unusable app. Just stuck in the trying to connect screen.

clear and close

you guys give 3 days free and then charge that's not acceptable

There was a time when Express VPN was great, now it's not so good. Constant disconnects and high latency have become very common. This has been observed using Android devices, as well as Apple devices. I also purchased a dedicated IP address through their service, which they are very clear about cannot be changed once you buy it. Come to find out that IP address has been black listed across the universe. Yes my device is up to date, yes the app is up to date, yes my devices have been restarted.

excellent

Best VPN !!!!!

Excellent service

trash yoooo, I tried to sign in but it didn't work broooo -10000/10

it's best VPN

man what's happened to expressvpn it's laggy and unreliable now

good

Works well. Only wish it had more, specific, locations available in South Africa.

The Best vpn. Value for money.

works great!

thank you for your great VPN, it is the best vpn and best support! they have vast support across multiple OSs, i just had an issue with the Android app, and they fixed it super fast! the linux and android version that i use is perfect, with multiple Protocols for all needs! before that, i tested it on windows and it was great! i highly recommend Express VPN, it will connect even with internet limitations in my country! thank you for your attention.

guys you need to pay don't use ppl probably use ts for corn iykyk

I have been using this VPN for over two years now, and have absolutely no complaints.

wast

great service I'll like it

trial doesnt work would give 0 stars if i could thanks for wasting my time

Ecumenical in design and flavour.

india saver add gaming bgmi

27OCT26: App and service is great when it doesn't malfunction when swapping from wifi to cell and trusted networks. It spins trying to connect to a signal that is long gone and refuses to respond to commands until forcefully terminated. App reset and clearing cache did nothing. 2/5 stars until it's fixed because it worked flawlessly until this last month. Edit: It crashed so bad after the review I had to uninstall it. I can't have an unusable app blocking my phone's internet. 0/5 stars

Ever since latest version released, this App is not usable. Doesn't work with many Apps while express vpn is running. Need to disable express VPN to work with TikTok, FB, Some chrome site, etc. It was working fine before 12.84.0 released. Even running 12.83.0 doesn't work now. Very buggy! Update. Contacted support team. Hopeless. Did what they asked including uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't work. Same issues. Conflict with Bitdefender. Need to split tunnel many apps to work.

nice and cool

very nice

I totally waste my money because they are not working properly in Pakistan 😕

Good

compared with nordvpn and McAfee VPN. expressvpn out performed both effortlessly

Paid customer here. Since the last update the app is slow. Gets stuck on connecting. App launch is painfully slow.

world best one

it won't connect after the update what happened to this vpn I regret updating it

it so good

It was working fine - now gets constantly stuck when trying to load and can't close app to reboot. Have to uninstall and reload each time.

Very quickly contacted by support. Almost immediate update of app available in Play store. We'll see if that works. After years of good performance, app has started occasionally using enormous amounts of battery. Will uninstall and retry. If that doesn't, will quit using it Pro- Works great on WIFI (1 pct. battery in 10 hours). Customer service really tries to help if there is a problem. Con- Works lousy on 4G (13 pct. battery in 3 hours). Expensive. If 4G problem improves, I'll renew.

Great

after the last update i haven't been able to connect

i was having a bug in the app after an update, and i wrote an review, and they fixed it! you couldn't find any better customer service, fast updates. and fast servers! I've used it on Arch Linux, Android and before that I've tried windows app! their support is so vast and easy to use! ty for your services!

this vpn is topnotch I love it

nice

What a horrible service. App takes forever to load and to connect now. You have to force stop the app because it gets stuck trying to connect. Because of this you cant eve go online. So dumb. Limited countries to use and the app turns on and off randomly. And now I keep getting High CPU notifications every few minutes! Getting rid of this asap

Something is wrong on android the app is acting crazy sometimes I left my phone idle without wife or internet access I checked the phone at night it was warm and the battery was almost dead the app usage cpu was so high even without internet access

Amazing

thank you very very well

I love the strong connection but you people need to work on the ip protection system so it would be more stronger

Great app very reliable. I've been using it for years now.

👍

good

Recently getting warnings of excessive cpu usage on my Samsung phone.

after the last update the app on any phone installed bugs a loooot, so we have to force stop it then try connecting again

good 👍

too expensive per month

Lately, ExpressVPN hasn't been working on Android. The app takes too long to open and then takes a long time to connect. Please fix these errors as soon as possible. ❗❗❗

Very good app

یه ماهه که کلا وصل نمیشه

Most reliable VPN I've found so far. Only complaint is extreme battery usage as of the latest update.

Hi! Assalamualaikum

This app used work great. The latest updates messed it up. It hangs while connecting and renders your phone useless and you can't even cancel it while its struggling to connect. The connect button also becomes unresponsive when trying to connect.

so perfect

Now it is working fine. good work

can't use my subscription after I was forced to unistall and reinstall the app.

very good to begin with. now it is devouring cpu Processing and fading my lovely s26ultra battery miserably

this messagr for the ones who manage this App, you are giving your clients a headache few days before the payment due date and deducting the amount at 12AM, that's absolutely fine however it's been more than 2 month your app is a suck and doesn't work at all. not recommended at all

good app

Dropping connection repeatedly I don't use the VPN and my connection stays strong I turn it back on it takes forever for it to connect, sometimes it doesn't connect I try again and it connects minutes later it drops again It's not my wifi because every other device works perfectly

the best VPN ever used!! kudos

nice vpn

good

this app is going good

There is no "off" button, it just locks itself into the trying to connect screen and you can't stop it without force ending the app. Talk about kindergarten levels of programming to add a "stop" button somewhere. Not impressed at all.

works very well and allows me to watch my favorite series on RTÉ. I absolutely recommend it !

was great before, not anymore. servers and service are too unreliable. too much troubleshooting on my part addressing dropped connections, server hopping, and shutting the app down in frustration. price aint worth the product anymore.

💯

This app has progressively gotten worse, and the price keeps increasing. High battery cpu usage, websites flag this VPN and access is denied, really slows down your internet speed. Really, this VPN has shat the bed.

not all cities are available

Excellent, the best in terms of speed, stability and...It used to connect very quickly, but for some time now it has been either not connecting properly or it takes time. Please take care of it. But when it connects, it is as powerful as always, great.

good

Works well when it does. When it gets stuck on "reconnecting" it will need to be uninstalled or Force Closed. A dedicated button to halt the reconnect attempts would be helpful.

doesn't connect anymore

only free trial for 3 days

Used to be a good app. The latest version is broken. Number of issues in connecting. Have to force stop, disable wifi, data and then only it starts. Then when tried to connect, it doesnt. Contacted support, they asked to do a clean uninstall reinstall abd restart. But didnt fix the issue. Old version was better

awesome protection

very fast 🏃‍♂️ 👌

nice

Excellent for watching sport in other countries and great for protecting my phone and blocking ads.
