Strongly Do Not Recommend. There is no customer support, so when all their bad stores give you bad service, they keep your money and you can't get help. Once it double charged me and it took a month to get that money back. My whole family is done with BK after the many many bad experiences with the stores and app. Don't torture yourself or don't give BK your money. They don't care about their customers one bit.

This app is pure trash in how they handle the refund process. it's sad you have to call the Burger King location before ordering on the app just to make sure they have everything so you won't have to go through the hassle of a refund process

either I'm stupid or the app is a scam. the text said buy one and get a whopper jr free, the app changed me for both. my discover card said I was charged. I got here and the doors are locked and the app says I'm off line, this happened the last time I was here.

Today I went to BK ordered 3 meals, the fries were dead cold, they did not give the deserts. for charging $50 on fast food at least tbe orders had be correct, not even napkins provided, or ghe sause for ghe tenders. I had gone about a week ago ordered just a couple of pies, the Hershey pie was melted, like it had been sitting out for hours.

Good experience. The food was hot and fresh. The only reason I wouldn't recommend the Petersburg, VA location was that we were only passing through the area and may not go to that location again for some time.

App support is not really fair. I picked the pickup option instead of the delivery option on 10/30 and app support was not able to change it to delivery and I lost free double cheeseburger and free cheeseburger because app support was not able to return it to offers because after the order is made online can't be refunded. They gave me a $5 coupon but I lost Free Double Cheeseburger and Free Cheeseburger from the offer.This will become big problems in the future for BK employees and customers.

Fine in is design, layout, and rewards, but frequently stops working once you look at your cart. it just hangs and says "loading your order" and "this might take a second" for ten minutes while you're hungry.

How hard is it to read a screen that says bun, meat and tomato. Had lettuce and 2 different sauces and the bun was soaked. Gave it all to my dog. Will not stop at this one again.

Could be 5 stars, but it wont let me redeem points for breakfast. At 6am I tried to order breakfast from a 24 hour restaurant, but breakfast foods were grayed out and said breakfast only. I thought 6am was breakfast time!!!

In general, Burger King' Whopper is my favorite burger sandwich. However, I was quite disappointed this past Wednesday, I received the most beautiful whopper, but it was so cold from the bun to the meat. There was no warmth to it at all. Since it was so cold, when I got home, I placed it in the refrigerator for my husband. He warmed it in the microwave, ate it, and did not make any comments.

Cannot place an order without an account, and trying to make an account gets me greeted with "Duplicate Account" errors despite me having no account, and I have tried different emails and other things to try to fix this error. I am not jumping through hoops and having to contact customer support just to use the app. I'll stick to going places where the rewards app actually works.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff, prompt service, and large, welcoming lobby. Food is always fresh. Soft luxurious chairs/seating. Give them a visit!

usually great customer service at most of the stores you go to I hope the employees always get praised by upper level cuz its one place u are always welcomed warmly and even on family trips strangers n different areas but still burger king smiles like they deserve crowns for workers who do go over n beyond in these stores cuz it's always fast paced environment and high turn over for our local ones due to lack of staffing even new hires have such stressful start n areas like that high tense stres

Don't bother ever using the app for pickup. You will get de-prioritized heavily. I placed order 10min in advance, announced myself at speaker, waited in 'mobile' lane, watched 10+ drive-ups roll right on through while my order stagnated. It's about 40min since I placed my order, 30 min sitting in my car - they aren't even busy.

I have been waiting YEARS for you guys to add Hi-C fruit punch to this app. All of my local BKs have Hi-C fruit punch, yet I can't order it through the app. I have to order another drink, then ask them to pour a different drink when I'm picking up my order. Can you please just add the drink to the app?

your duo and trio bundle are a scam. It says get any two or get any three yet you are forced to select a sandwich... that's not getting any to Burger King.

I love the burger king app, it's very simple and easy to use. I should be able to change my delivery location though considering they use doordash as their delivery system. They need to put that feature, it's too inconvenient.

It's rare when you can redeem offers in store, I don't give a rats rear about ordering on my phone when I'm already at the restaurant lol. The app (like pretty much all apps on the app store) tracks and collects data. My blocker reports Branch Metrics, Braze, and Amplitude

The app itself is so slow. It takes forever to load and if you make a mistake on an order item and want to correct it, the app just spins. It took me 12 minutes to get to the burger king, the whole time the app wouldn't respond to almost anything so I just ordered inside.

Recent forced update has bugs.... attempt to choose entree selection on duo or trio only opens to about 1/10th of the screen, not showing for selections.

App is pretty par for the course, and their food has gotten MUCH better than in recent years.

Punishes you for being a regular. I used to order almost weekly using the daily reward for free fries. Suddenly that offer disappeared and I'm only able to get a large fry for $2. My friend who only occasionally uses the app still has the reward for free fries. I hope those extra two dollars are worth it because I now order their food way less often altogether. I'd rather order from a restaurant that appreciates customer loyalty.

Not coming back to Burger King due to how an waitress shows hostility upon offering fountain drink! She slammed one fountain drink cup on the server counter and said, "Well! I have no time for you! Here! Take your cup and leave!"

Burger King is much better restaurant, compared to Carl's Jr and McDonald's. Those two restaurants are terrible in customer service and don't even take the time to take my order. So I will continue to go to Burger King whenever I want something to eat.

Tried to order from the app but it's being incredibly glitch. I use the app for the 25% Walmart discount, but it refused to let me order. It kept saying that the saved card I've been using for the last couple of years is incorrect, yet it had no problem charging it SEVERAL TIMES. It did, thankfully, eventually replace the money, but still wouldn't let me order in the app. I eventually gave up and ordered at the register, forgoing my 25% discount that I pay good money for.

installed the app to give burger king a chance after years and don't see a single deal anywhere near the price of the McDonald's 5 or 6 dollar bundles so instantly uninstalling. what a shame I heard they improved their product and are now better than Wendy's which took a nosedive but if you don't have any real deals on the app I'm not interested

Ordered food on the burger king app, it said the store was open showed up and it was closed. The pickup time is listed as 9:57am when the store opens at 6am I don't know if this is a store problem or app problem but it needs to be fixed

The " text Tom the owner " is a joke. I have used It twice with no response. we go to different BK's from Kalamazoo west to BK's in Ludington MI. I have texted Tom with positive and negative responses. Nothing has been responded to in over 2 months. Tom wants to sell you Burgers but when there is a problem he is not interested. my issues where not special orders but regular things like I ordered a Whopper with cheese and didn't get it and got no receipt.

Ordered a Whopper, got Taco Bell! Ordered on the App. The App said my order was ready. I went to the drive-thru, they said they were still working on my order. I pulled around they then told me they couldn't find the order. I double checked. showed them the order for that location and that it was paid. The in App customer service was useless, said they reach out in 24-48 hours. Called customer support, they said they only refund money. Went to Taco Bell instead. Deleting App. Never going back.

Ordered without using the app, and i tried to add my order recipt into the app to get the points. The app says to put in the transaction ID and survey code, which both have numbers and LETTERS but the APP ONLY lets you type in NUMBERS! garbage app that doesnt let you earn points from your orders unless you use the app to order.

Could not get an order (through the app) accepted at two different BKs in the Cedar Rapids area. This was tried after linking my Walmart+ account.

I ordered 4 kids meals for the kids I was babysitting and they all got the same exact toy. same toy they got the day before. does this burger king only have 1 of the sanrio characters?

I would eat here more often if it wasn't so expensive. $15 for one meal? What the heck this isn't Chickfila. I also noticed they stopped giving out paper coupons in the mail, that was one of the only ways we could afford eating here. The only coupons in the app are for smalls too which isn't worth the "discount" price. Kinda disappointed with all these upgrades, the price doesn't reflect what is doable for the average person.

Terrible app, literally the worst fast food app I've ever seen. Super unresponsive, very confusing menus, and the "deals" absolutely suck. I used to love BK but I honestly stopped going because how hard it is to try to order something on the app.

I went to Store #7265 for breakfast yesterday (unfortunately) and was insulted at the register when I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and was told "a cup of water" was no longer available free as before, I'd have to pay $1.70 equal to a soda! In addition, I mentioned when was this new policy enacted? I was informed it has always been the policy. Well, I have frequented this store for months, never had to pay

Of course, every Burger King isn't 5 star, but it proves how much staffing matters. A smile and a thank you goes a long way.

I would like to request breakfast meal deals to include soft drinks (or at least be able to change it to a soft drink). Millions of people don't drink coffee. Burger King is missing out on this business. I see that they are stepping up and making changes to their restaurants and see massive changes in the business. I hope this is something they will change as well. I'll review 5 stars if they do.

Deals are not great. Reward points disappear after only 6 months, most others are a year (which still sucks).
