Worst fast food app, and company. I tried reordering after an update, which messed up the order. Didn't realize, tried canceling, charged anyway. Was given a free menu item, despite being owed a free combo plus heavily customized burrito. When I redeemed that free item, that order was also incorrect. I like a lot of extra stuff on my burrito. No response from customer service. Live Mas, Eat Elsewhere

Every turn leads me to believe there was no QA and the app was completely vibecoded. It takes payments before actually completing orders, gives errors and doesn't tell you why, and has random items that stores say they dont even carry. The app is absurdly broken for a store that plasters "Go Mobile!" on every possible store front, whilst having the worst user interface possible. (Im at most angry with this because I spent $30 twice before I just ordered through the Drive Thru).

Love Taco Bell, the app used to be great, had no issues with it. Now, it takes way longer to navigate. Things can be hard to find, and there seem to be some mistakes. Some customization options are missing. I was trying to remove sour cream from the crunch wrap supreme but sour cream wasnt an option.

Not so cool. I went to the Blue Ridge, Ga. 30513 Taco Bell. While sitting there I ordered my first two item on Line. With in 3 minutes my order was I. (Reason it was so quick is because I was the only one there, besides 2 employees sitting there on their phones, resting.) Both items were 🥶COLD🥶. This was very unexpected. I never ate a cold double meat Taco 🌮 before. But since I was so dam hungry, I just ate it. Will I return? Sorry 😞 But no. I'll try a different one next time.

Newest update sucks. Have to click on view all to see all options rather than them showing up at once. The app is too "busy". Just show us the menu and be done with it. Trying to order just after midnight and getting a message saying store is closed, however the app hours show the store is open until 2.

keeps saying uh oh there's a problem placing your order. i have 3 pending charges on my card but the order won't go thru. tried calling the store to verify if they had even received my order, but no one answered the phone. so I called the corporate number. they just said my order hadnt gone thru and the pending charges will fall off. but I still can't use the app.... even tried changing locations. utter bs

very slow at the drive thru. horrible service.

If I want to order for delivery, I have to deal with at least 4 charges to my bank account before it will actually stop giving me errors and go through successfully in the application.

The Southside taco bell is pretty consistent with nice employees! and they always give me my one million sauces lol. It's also very clean inside!

There seems to be an issue when adding any sauce packets to mobile orders that stops the order from being completed.

The latest update is awful. The bigger images and more sensational menu make it harder to find what you are actually looking for. It feels like you're being pushed to order whatever the algorithm says, rather than being given a straightforward list of choices and making up your mind. This is a food ordering app, not social media. Make it functional, not sensational.

The app is okay, too many bugs when ordering.

50% of the time it'll order to wrong location. today i was in parking lot, it wanted me to order from a taco bell 10 miles away. I corrected it. I was 10 ft from store, confirmed location, paid then find it's wrong at the drive thru. if I don't order from a store in my favorite it's doubtful order will be sent to correct place. another time I ordered from parking lot, confirmed location & they sent it 20 miles away to a city I've never been in my life.

I love the update on the app. it's a lot more clean and easier to see things than the other one. I kept ordering the wrong baja blast, mostly because I just looked at it and didn't read it. That was my mistake, however I will say now I can see the difference and I won't be getting the Baja blast freeze by mistake. thanks for the improved look.

Great when it works! Utter failure when it doesn't... Two days in a row it won't light up the place order button after choosing payment method... Seems to be a problem with breakfast... Yesterday i tried to get breakfast over an hour before breakfast time ends and nothing, just will not allow the payment to go through, i even added a new card as i thought maybe it was a google pay issue... nope... FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

Placed an order in the app. Oops - sent it to a location 2 hours away because we stopped there on our way home during a road trip. No problem, I immediately click cancel. "We're sorry. the order is being made and cannot be canceled" says the app. I called the location I sent it to and they said I have to cancel from the app and there is nothing they can do. There is no contact information so I had to fill out a help form. EDIT: I was refunded. The app now asks for location first!

TB gave me rewards that then wouldn't work during checkout - total BS

payment system is garbage and delivery address never works when selecting from the saved options. always have to manually type in address no matter what. might as remove the saved address tabs

worst rewards system of any fast food app I use. I guess most of my rage is with tacobell pricing in general. but yeah there's not a lot of point to the app aside from ordering ahead, bonus prizes are so hard to get and so limited when you get there. free small Baja freeze for your bday.

ligit. the only way I can pay for my meal is with a gift card. I have submitted 2 customer service request as to why I can only pay with gift card and I have been ghosted each time. you can still order all the modifications on any other delivery service app. you just wont get the rewards... update to their response....bruh....I did and was ghosted with no response....twice....aint doing it for a third time.... second update: they reached out. then ghosted me again when their advice failed.
