Way too many ads now, even when paying for premium. You have to watch a couple minutes of ads the moment you press play on anything, & then they proceed to constantly interrupt you with more 2 minute ad breaks. What's even the point of paying for premium if they just shove ads down your throat nonstop? Peacock does have a few decent originals, but honestly I don't think it's worth the price, atleast not with the mass of ads they're serving up. I'll just wait until a better service buys em.

i have the audio but there is no picture. I have paid for my subscription. But absolutely no picture. Very highly disappointed and I can't find a way to fix it.

I hope you like "the newlyweds", a show that NBC will try to force feed down your throat. every single time an episode ends, of any show that you were watching, they will try to play you a pilot for a show that appears from the opening 10seconds, which I have seen more than five times now, looks bad.

The ads are insane! The stream didn't start off where I last watched and I ended up watching 5 minutes of ads just to get to where I was when I stopped watching the other day. They should keep track of how many ads you watch compared to how many movies/shows you watch.

One of the worst apps out there. Expensive with no content, and to see the worthwhile content you have to upgrade, meaning the cheap plan is useless. It's a total scam.I recommend that you stop allowing this type of theft, because more than fraud, it's outright robbery.

It's mostly just a wrestling channel with only like 1 or 2 half decent movies and shows. They are running the scam of taking your information in the app, but after you're subscribed, they remove the ability to manage your subscription at all within the app. Only the very worst companies do this type of practice. it's not as if they dont have the technology to allow you to manage your own subscription. they actively remove it in the hopes that you'll be to lazy/annoyed, or simply forget to cancel

the site place a email to my account that I did placed to my debit card and when I try to remove it or closed the account it say the process has went through but it never did and is keeping the account open which is a serious problem....

I have one show that I even watch on here and I pay for it every month. The only reason I'm giving a one star review is the fact that you're pushing political views and ads that I find disrespectful. As a Christian Conservative I have no interest in the liberal ads or the democratic candidate that you're pushing on this platform!!! If it wasn't for the fact that this is the ONLY way to watch my show I would have unsubscribed the moment I saw the ad.

App designed terribly. missed something right at the end of an episode. this was a terrible mistake to make because to get back to that spot you have to sit through the commercials to start the next episode. then to restart the episode you want to see the part you missed the end of, then another set of commercials to skip to the part you missed.

It's one of my Primary streaming apps as it has The Voice and other good programing like Blue Bloods, Law & Order and Saturday Night Live (SNL). I bought the basketball package and that was a waste of money too! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS APP IS CCOOREUPTED WITH COMMERCIALS NO MATTER WHAT YOU PAY!

Wow - Web interface still does not have option to remove titles from continue watching! There STILL is no like/dislike or thumbs up/down for titles. We STILL can't log out devices from settings INDIVIDUALLY like other platforms. Instead we have to log out all at once. Finally, you're the only SVOD without a profile transfer or "extra member" feature. Basic expectations, please catch up to other streamers (Netflix, paramount+, disney+, hulu, prime).

why do you screw over people on the assistant programs at your discount rate and overload of commercials. once elections are done, governors and senators of our States are going after companies like yours for fraudulent bait and switch advertisements and falsely leading the government on your discount for people on assistant programs.

this is hands down the only streaming service I've ever seen that once you pay the higher price for no ads you get ads even the same amount of ads the same length ads. also i canceled the subscription and seemingly still getting charged. so now I block, do I get any kind of response or you know comments or reimbursement? absolutely not. thank you peacock for showing everybody how it shouldn't be done. you are the worst

Unauthorized credit card charge. So peacock decided to be impatient and charge a card that they don't have permission or the authorization to charge. It was one that was used quite some time ago and it is no longer attached to my account and because they couldn't wait until today for me to unlock the card they decided to snatch their money and as a result of that I will be canceling my streaming service.

Why do you force ads when I have premium? The lie that programs, sports or live tv do this, but if you just hit back button and reload the ad goes away so who is actually trying to make me watch the ad it is Peacock! Not the programs, sports or live tv!

I just added PEACOCK and I am being charged twice a month for the APP. One charge was $7.99 and there's another charger for $8.71 and am going to cancel 😞 If I can even get in contact with PEACOCK which is getting terrible reviews

xfinity when you become A diamond member they say you can get peacock for free and I have been a member since 1997 and if you want peacock plus it will cost 6.00 more dollars a month they lie they took 14.99 the first month than the second month 19.99 and that is how much it would cost so when you canceled it since I notice it on the 16 of October they don't give your money back you just have to wait until Nov 16 and I guess they won't charge you anymore we will see

scrubbing to find where you left off on your show can leave you watching up to 5-7 minutes of unskippable ads. it's a horrible experience all around. they label the tier as premium but you still have more ads than television. paying is a scam, find a different service! the app heats your phone up and drains your battery like crazy.

I wish it were easier to see when new episodes came out and stayed under the continue watching section

wayyyyy too many commercials, if you pause it for too long it closes out where you were and goes back into the program a good distance and ends up making you rewatch commercials unnecessarily and it also will not remember episodes you have watched so you have to get back in the catalog and find your exact episode based on memory vs it remembering where you were, not that big of a deal but simple functions like that should be taken care of!!

I watched Chicago PD with skeptical eyes this week. I went into this week's episode determined not to like Atwaters replacement. I was pleasantly surprised. Penny may be a great addition to intelligence.

App has a lot of glitches. Fast forward and it freezes. Forget trying to reverse. Simple things that should be elementary are a disaster.

The recent plan changes have ruined the service. we went from cutting the cord to just canceling subscriptions. peacock is inferior to most of the other services unless you enjoy empty reality shows.

The app does run smoothly butttt its annoying when I am trying to hurry to watch the last minute of a very competitive sports game but have to watch a commercial first. The games are live and will have commercials.

Update: I used google search ai mode and cleared my cache on the tv and followed some other instructions. Now it plays without buffering. if anyone is buffering and freezing, try the steps when you search for solutions. Love the selection of movies and other content.

terrible app. I pay extra for the regional sports in my area NBC sports Boston for Celtics. this season so far it's been stuttering and jittery. plus the fact that you can't record the games on that channel or add them to "My stuff" in the guide you also cannot look ahead to see what's coming on more than an hour ahead.

So many great shows to choose from for binge watching. NBC always seems to have the best programming, between the entire Law and Order franchise and the Chicago's, that's just the tip of the iceberg. There's too many to list, but take my word for it, there is something on Peacock for everyone

With a premium plan I can't watch my football team, it is easy to change a plan but almost impossible to cancel a plan, they ask a lot of things. don't worry, I will call my bank and everything is gonna be ok

The more the price increases the less stable the app is to use on live events. Keeps stalling and repeating despite strong internet connection. Always keep app updated. Was good two years ago, increasing worse since then.

Somehow Peacock claims I requested to delete my account so I cannot access it. I stood on my head trying to contact customer service. I won two months free via a McDonald's Monopoly game and now they've basically nullified the prize. They have ghosted me.

I had an issue and contacted Peacock Care. It was a painless, easy process. The representative was attentive and fast. They offered relief when I was confused. I'm very appreciative. I like using Peacock but it's hard to pay for so many streaming services at once, because only a few shows pop up on certain services. So there's really no choice. Other than companies being so competitive, it would be nice if my over $10 purchase per month could prevent the amount of ads shown.
