worst application ever . All my data was on their cloud version. Their server crashed. And they still haven't recovered the data. Whenever I ask, they say it will take 1-2 days. But so far, neither has the data been recovered nor has my backup been returned to me. This has had a devastating impact on my business. I have suffered significant losses and problems.

Worst Customer Support! My 4 years of hardwork data just got deleted overnight. The team couldn't restore the data as they didn't have any backup data stored. Isn't that a crime? My business function stopped due to it, and now I have to build again from scratch. The Worst part is, Customer Support Isn't available on call/whatsapp or mails. Escalation mails had no answer at all. Chose Alignbooks at your own risk.

the software has stopped working since 5th june the alignbooks support said all your data will be recovered till 10 june its been 7 days since the software has stopped working i have my whole business transaction data recorded in software with all customers balances, ledgers, sales and purchases I dont have any physical copy of it my whole business is stopped due to this software i need my data to be recovered or else I'll escalate this issue legally i am very scared never thought this blunder

Most of 5 star reviews seems fake. Your product crashed since 5 days for all your users... such an irresponsible behaviour.. most of your agents and representatives dont pick call... disgusting..

Poor response and all the below are fake reviews. It's not working for past couple of weeks. they claim a false incident which is no way connected with their crash.

DON'T PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE UNTIL YOU HAVE SOME WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH TEHM TO SOLVE ISSSUES IN A GIVEN TIMELINE. Price might be reasonable but, software malfuntion, reports dont have correct data to rely on. Worse support team. My issues are long pending to get resolved. I am stuck with this as i spent whole year to upload my data from old software to theirs and to adjust. Now there are issues in the software which are showing inappropriate reports. Created multiple tickets ... NO SOLUTION!!!

Verdict (Pathetic) - This app should be your Last resort * Mob App - lags, crashes, many features missing as compared to web application * Service - Rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate And not prompt * App - Not user friendly, even basic features are not available. The App seems to be built by bunch of amateurs and looked after by irresponsible management.

Best part is I can create a separate login credentials for my auditor and he can view it temporarily all my transactions and post the amendments, if necessary, instantly.

It’s a complete waste of money — no proper solutions are provided, and the developer team and customer support are both terrible. Since the day I purchased it, I’ve felt like I made a huge mistake. Once you buy it, you’ll face a lot of problems afterward. The software is not worth it at all. Please don’t purchase it — it’s a total waste of money!

Too many bugs and developers need to work for smooth operation many functions are useless while generating the report. stock valuation is not available in the mobile app. Many bugs in the software crashed during the work and we have to go all over again.

I am a Tally User.... I was looking for cloud base erp software with advance features which landed me here at alignbooks.... But their customer service failed at the DEMO.... 1st step to connect with customer. Mr Pankaj who is senior person.... was very RUDE, INSULTING and UNPROFESSIONAL while giving the demo. No Doubt their software was impressive... but with this attitude by their staff... IT'S A BIG NO TO ALIGNBOOKS. Think twice before buying you might experience BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT.

No form 3cd report is available in software, Tcs is not handled in software.No report is provided to match sale & purchase summary with trading account. No cash report is available for having check on parties having dealing more than Rs200000 in a fy. Software doesn't warns or restrict on more than Rs 10000 entry in a day with one party.
