my granddaughter doesn't get into too many things so this really was surprising that she liked it. she really enjoys that little mouse being so accustomed to her name and that he gives her five on the screen. very cute designs very colorful and very cute. my granddaughter is autistic and she absolutely loves it! she's learning so much. it's actually getting her to start to talk and she is nonverbal at this point

love

totally worth the learning if the children must have a service

ilikeit

Peter, that's good.

my baby girl loves it

good

yes it was a good time 😎

great tools for my classroom

because it is learning but then also having fun and i think thats good

it's fun

I really enjoyed using the classic ABCmouse! but we do not like the new ABCmouse platform my children don't seem to know how select the learning path. He can't focus on the subject learning with all the colorful background effects and audio it seems to drive away from the education. I re-downloaded the app on a device for my son and I can't seem to access the classical version anymore if we cannot use the classical version I'm going to cancel our subscription since we do not like it.

pops up with premium advert every 10 seconds, cant use offline without premium. horrible app

kid can't play most games do to , premium games are more money..

Great

Эта игра совсем не увлекает. Она кажется... какой-то искусственной. Такое чувство, что её создавали не для игры, а для того, чтобы вдолбить в голову какие-то знания.

horrible experience for my daughter. some of the games dont make sense especially for the grade level and are honestly just cruel. in the learning to read section example: find the words that rhyme. the game read the direction and as the kids are working thru finding the right work the game repeatedly tells them to hurry up. we literally had to stop playing because my daughter started to cry out of frustration.

it was awesome

you can call me day

awesome variety of activities to use in my classroom

App keeps crashing. so upsetting for my 3yo. only goes 3 minutes before a crash at most, sometimes as fast as 20 secs

I'd rather have my kids learn this by book then having them get rotten with screens

I like the app for my son, but it has moments where it lags a LOT to the point I have to close it down multiple times in one lesson for him. When it doesn't lag, it's amazing; but when it does it unfortunately becomes a bit impossible to use.

love this app 💖 makes school time a breeze and adds in a lot of fun kids love it.

so glitchy if this doesn't get fixed in going to ask for a refund. it used to be great when we could use classic this new one takes forever to load the videos are slow and it crashes constantly

Great resource for homeschool.

This is by far hands down teachers best gift to give students their families and ours. thank u ABC mouse for understanding the importance of making this available. Blessings upon u! TRULY

I'm still learning to navigate the site, but my class is having fun and learning!

ABC mouse is a great platform for teaching kiddos basics as well as problem solving, penmanship, and kept my granddaughter intrigued with fun points and games.

updated review. I had issues with different platforms offering me different prices (tablet/phone) for the same account. the AI help bot did nothing but add stress to the entire situation and refused to help me get the cheaper price on the tablet. when I left a bad review I was sent an email to actual humans, and they found an even better deal for me and was able to send the offer in a link. no fighting, no hassle, completely opposite experience of ai bot.

it amazing it helps my daughter

My daughter loves the app!

me and my kid love it already

Disappoint the Parent & Not the Kids It is so disappointing to watch my child complete learning games and not be rewarded with tickets or able to select prizes without a full paid membership. If you want to limit access for non-full members, limit the number of games available—don't let a child finish a game and then deny them the reward they earned. It leaves my little one heartbroken. Thinking about canceling altogether.

I signed back up for 1 month trial. but, my kids are older and didn't quite meet the age cutoff to use it. I tried to cancel the subscription multiple times on Google, it wouldn't let me cancel without going through the app. However, my phone is full. 2 months in, I found a chat button, the agent wouldn't refund me, we never used the service, and it's within 7 days of the last charge. Even though the bot said I was eligible! never had such bad customer service from them. refunded me half

yyesss

If you're not going to subscribe for an upgrade, it's a total waste of time.

son loves playing!

Kids like it and it is somewhat educational.

awsomme

fun app

My son has learned many new words and shapes. This app is very practical and educational. Highly recommended.

Don't download this!!! They will keep charging you even after you cancel the subscription. Their customer service is terrible too. I still haven't been able to get my money back. The app isn't worth the subscription either. you can get the same stuff for free on other apps

I had a problem with payment and they were very quick to fix it no questions and there support was very kind.

I like this game fun and egicasinale

It is ONE OF THE WORLD'S BEST LEARNING APP My 4 year old loves it! WOW This app named Abc mouse is loved by more than even 50 FAMILIES! THIS IS THE BEST

my kids are in love with this app

so fun

my mom said I should play this for fun

no a

it is so weird

I HATE THE NEW ABC MOUSE! They got rid of everything that made the old one fun. they took away all of the joy and whimsy from abc mouse. they got rid of the old pets and replaced them with dumb looking animals with human bodies. they got rid of the old classroom and learning path. they made the avatars ugly. everything about it is different. and the art style almost looks AI. I DONT LIKE IT.

love that you have upgraded the app

best game ever

I've been with ABCmouse for over 2 years now and have experienced technical difficulties with their learning app no matter how often I have contacted them through their tech support nothing has been fixed today I requested cancellation of this product because what's the use of paying for something if I can't use it now I'm being told that they can legally keep my money so that means they get you legally steal from you they do not have to give you a refund for the money you have invested in them.

Superman game

I like it half an activity to begin

Perfect!

I like it but it has lots of lags I like the old one better cute style tho

cool and educational app

nice

bc my sister said so and it's teaching her

My daughter has used this app for a number of years. Recently I had login issues and the support team were persistent in getting to the bottom of the issue, had great customer communication and managed to resolve for me.

It is very 😊. I love ABC mouse 🐁🐀.

I hade a app like this in my ipad

Learning game is fun

SCAM! TOTAL SCAM! App keeps asking you to pay in order to play.

Everything my niece wanted to do on this app had to be paid for.

Didn't like the app very much, not for 3 year olds. Also it's $14.99/month and still doesn't have all of the features available and asks for more money for "premium" features. That seems excessively expensive for what it is.

Absolutely no customer service or support. They will contact you via email regarding your experience but will not let you submit negative feedback. The new app is full of bugs and their advice is to exit the app and restart.

good fun

great learning

Great

anasahmed

Beware of predatory billing. The app is not just abc mouse but also "assessment center" which will allow your kids to sign up for a completely unrelated subscription. so you will get charged for 2 subscriptions without even knowing. If you try to dispute it abc mouse will send you an Ai generated email almost instantly that will tell you that no refunds are allowed. Very shady practices for an app geared towards young kids.

Fraud! I canceled this membership years ago to just realize they have been charging me $20 after cancelation. We went to the desktop website and app to try and cancel again and all the cancelation links are broken. There is literally no way to cancel. We will file a fraud report with our credit card company. What a shame this government funded program is.

do you have

it's not free take it from under free apps

decent learning modalities

great buy

I'm trying to create a new account so I can pay money for the premium subscription and the new user sign up is broken. kind of a weird business model

I'll download learning academy and review in five days. tnx! also, I'm the learner! mum never rates anything.

good app for math it's really cool it has activities where I can learn it also has some like preschool and my grade and the schools learning

fun 😁

it won't let me do the basic free things? it just sends me through the same loop of making me put my birth year in and wanting me to pay for premium.

like

this is the best kid game that I ever seen in my life 🤩

My son used this app for the summer and is a much better reader at the start of school.

if I could only do 0 stars what happened to abc mouse when I was younger this AI slop didn't have any to do with it now it's all buy this buy that but abc mouse use to be fun and have like singing books and be well Good! like the abc books was amazing like the Y oh Y song in the classic abc mouse and others they need to get rid of this or at least put the classic back on app stores! this new version sucks! y'all look up the classic and you'll understand😞

Ad free😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

me gusta

thank you for your help

when my brother has a he's on my account because he can't change it but I'm okay with that as long as I have a ABCmouse

I taped first month free, but it was trying to make me pay!!!!!

I'\nM going to play this game, so let me go to what app. Please One more thing I'm going to learn about friends. So I know about friends with everybody at school to harm when my old school now.I do and school and my new school Now mouse emojithf

predatory practices make it impossible to cancel subscription.

not really kid friendly

happy

kick it out

I unsubscribed to this app. my grandson never liked it. I uninstalled this app about a month ago and I am getting charged on my card. this is ridiculous. paying for something I don't have or use.

Free version is painful. It was showing as if i was offline when intern3t worked well, with a prompt to get the premium version.

my nephew loves this keeping him learning and learning

excellent game for youth

good

I love this Soo much, very helpful for me AND my kids🤓🤓

Just starting to use it but the 3year old loves it. she really likes the reading part.

The new app is NOT an acceptable replacement for Classic. My kids loved earning rewards, buying items, customizing their characters, and exploring—all things that motivated them to actually learn. The new app feels dumbed down and much less engaging. One child accidentally uninstalled Classic and now can't reinstall it because you removed it from the app store. We’re a family of 4, but you only allow 3 child profiles. Very disappointing. Unless the Classic app comes back I'm not resubscribing.

free 30 day trial is a lie I went to do the free trial and they charged my card the same day and I canceled the subscription. unless you want to be charged the same day dont do the free trial subscription. You dont get a refund either. So before you decide to do ABC mouse free trial take note that you will be charge either way.

so good

Good

This app is fun for learning

The app helps my little brother a lot

blessed

good

disappointed, keeps freezing in the middle of doing a lesson mainly on the learning path. it's been going on for far too long now not to say anything.

cancelling subscription is difficult

Great!

one of the best apps to help children learn through engaging activities. Yes you have to pay for a membership but they are semi reasonably priced. my husband and I got the yearly subscription because honestly it was cheaper then the monthly price.

.au Autumn likes it

I used this app for years with my older kids and am now back with my younger kids. They love playing the games, earning tickets and decorating their hamster cages and fish tanks. Half the time they forget that it's also educational!!! On top of that, the customer support is amazing!

I love this app and I know how to get on it now

keeps crashing

I love this game my name is Orion

so fun 😁

There is no content for under 2 and they will not refund.

good

I absolutely love this app for kids learning. Teaching letters, letter sounds, phonics, learning how to read, simple math, addition and subtraction, and so much more, it's so much easier with the help of ABCmouse!

so difficult to to cancel, doesn't just let you use the website have to go through the trouble of downloading the app. for some reason now it won't load for me.

the subscription is high, but it is nice

My kids love that they are playing video games instead of "learning." and I love that they are using it every day willingly. There was some lagging and freezing, but now, with the new update, there's no problem. It is a great tool to get the daily practice they need to retain and remember the information being taught, and I love that there are reviews to refresh on subjects they have completed. I have used ABCmouse for all of my kids, and it has helped with their reading and math tremendously.

do not purchase this. at the annual mark abcmouse does not notify you of the charges coming up. once charged there is a no refund policy which was never mentioned. your subscription is canceled and no access even if you were charged. at least have you acces for the year you paid already. instead you're offered a $45 credit. credit for what? lol! this is a joke. Kids do not learn anything as it is more of games playing vs learning games. stay away!

It's a VERY great learning tool and my grandbabies have truly learned so much from it!!

GREAT APP

This app is excellent for leaning and keeping it fun

@abcmouse why are y'all making it difficult to access the membership/subscription page. I need to access it without having to call customer care. abcmouse classic was ok until you guys decided to get a new app. its frustrating.

I give this app a 5 stars here's why it's amazing I love to look after the animals and learn facts about them and play fun learning games. I also love how you can watch videos to learn things and do different topics I definitely recommend this app it's fantastic.

Someone used my card to pay for something from this website and i contacted to cancel and receive refund, but they were not helpful.

Used it with all four of my kids to help them get ready for kindergarten

ABCmouse is excellent Perfecto bravo amen

the score I love you ❤️🤩

Too glitchy. Won't work for 10 year olds. Plz fix this.

joy

game fun for home/school

I like playing

freaking awesome

app keeps cutting off

my kid loves this app but I don't like how it always lagging and I miss the original one but it still good

Love the app and use it with our grandkids when they visit. It helps with reading and counting and getting use to navigating through our tablet. Thanks.

10/10 would for all toddlers. My child loves it and it has helped my child retain her letters and aid in her speech.

Very good app

Unable to cancel, I am being billed twice for this app and they make it impossible to cancel. I am still dealing with them wanting to cancel to no avail! Update: I was able to cancel but no refund was offered, I am just glad to be done with this app.

😍 thank you

been doing this with my children and grandchildren. Now my great grandchildren l.
