Honestly wasn't a fan of this app. It feels like every other AI powered app that I unfortunately spent a yearly plan for. I thought having something on my phone would assist me, but I was better off researching my own meals and coming up with my own exercises OR using the Wii kickboxing and workout games in combination with Nike or FitOn. It'll generate recipes that don't fit what you requests and because its AI, it'll have duplicate ingredients instead of the correct ingredient.

Worth it.

I'll give a proper one once I've lost weight till then just another app let's see what happens 🙃🙃

UPDATE: The app is good. I like it. The glitches were fixed BUT the app is now insisting I log my period. I'm not comfortable with that. Other than that, I like the app for logging meals and keeping track of calories.

I chose budget friendly options as what I wanted for meal prep. The suggestions didn't reflect that nor did they seem genuinely sustainable if you have a busy lifestyle. Of course, they made me pay before giving me the food plan. Had I been aware I would not have subscribed. Now I have emailed them TWICE about getting a refund as it has only been a few days and I have not used their app. They asked me to send details about the purchase and then have not gotten back to me. I want my money back.

Avoid this app at all costs. The Paywall traps you upfront before you can view the app. Once charged, the AI gave an unsafe, hazardous crash diet under 500 calories/day of liquid shakes and under 1000 for rest of the week. In-app support is totally broken & emails were ignored. I had to file an official case with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). After a month, they emailed agreeing to a refund, but once I sent my details they ghosted me again. Dangerous app and fraudulent support.

I love how Glow already planned all the questions and I'm looking forward to starting

Needs a LOT of work. The nutritional info is almost always wrong, and it gives you really arbitrary nutritional limits. How can you have a "no carb day" and also only be allowed 15 grams of fat? I do like the instant feedback I get from the AI coach, but that doesn't seem like it's worth $50.

im autistic and had this app for a week. questions were good very informative and detailed, yet ive sat for a week on your plan comming soon. I wanted to try free and basic side of the app to see how good it was before deciding if i wanted or need subscription. but suprise you get nothing unless you can pay. i thought id get some kinda plan or bare bones but this is virtually nothing just info and types of days like no carbs for 4 days.may try the subscription if i can afford it.

Rubbish. I gave all my details just for it to make me pay for a subscription in order to continue. I apologise if maybe I didn't get the memo and it said somewhere were you'd have to pay. but to my knowledge I didn't know. so If you're looking for a free app that has no additional fees, then this isn't the app for you.

it is a great app concept but there are definitely some glitches. when you want to edit your log, the typing glitches and the ia often doesnt respond to the question right.

I already sent 2 emails on separate dates: 19th May and 25th May before i receive a response on google Play. I have yet to receive a reply from your email support team. THIS HOLE THING IS A JOKE!!!

Obsessed. Tracking could be a little easier but meal ideas are easy and delicious and you are able to use up ingredients because gives 2 similar ingredients within 2 or 3 days. I have been successful on this diet

i got locked out of my account then had to create a new account. tried to cancel my previous subscription since I had to sign up again and got charged the full amount again with no refund on the first! constantly having to update nutrition info as well.

It is a paid service and once you register, you are not able to log out or delete your account. Hence, they keep your personal info for their own use and im concerned if this is a real safe app or scam app because they will send a verification code to your phone. It feels weird.

Dear Team Glow, somehow I ended up with two subscriptions at the same time, annual and monthly. I assume it may be related to the fact that I had deleted previous account couple of times, because the app doesn't have 'reset' option. Earlier the subscription allocated itself correctly, but this time it didn't. Could you offer a solution at the moment? I prefer to keep the annual plan. Thanks

menu was nice but the app is super faulty, cannot scan meal. now after update wrong calorie intake 1 boiled egg they put in 140 cal. PLEASE CALIBRATE AGAIN

I paid a subscription and the app is stuck on the meal plan screen ..it does recognise my payment because when I try to subscribe again , it says you have already subscribed! when contacting customer service and providing proof of payment they mentioned they can't see the payment in their backend. the problem is not solved after more than 2 weeks of subscribing!! not recommended because of customer service.

this app gives me confidence and makes me feel better about myself when I look into the mirror

so far so good, it can het confused sometimes if u tell it to change something u logged incorrectly otherwise It does exactly what it says and I love the plan its made for me and if there is issue I can give me alternative ideas. I wish it could give u links to recipes and workouts, as it only gives u suggestions and types some rough recipes.

l've submitted several tickets in the app but none show up and have emailed support directly twice. The Al has been stuck trying to do the initial phone call and left me able to do nothing in the app. I've given it permissions, cleared cache, reinstalled, and rebooted and have had no response from support. At this point I was able to use the app for less then a few minutes. Please fix it quickly or give me a refund.

food recipes are nice and workout video are good that is why I selected 2 stars. but everything else is annoying you cannot directly log the meal from the meal plan nor copy the chat you had with the AI agent. sometimes it keeps asking you again and again to provide meal details and you don't realy have an option to put it yourself, you have to take to the AI.

Very hard app to use. All the functions don't work. I paid for annual membership, and it is not worth it. I emailed the customer service for a refund and still haven't received any response.
