I can't get enough of the game

update: vendor still has not fixed my problem. I had to give up and start a new game from the beginning::: I love this game, but there are a lot of technical problems, and the developers are slow to respond, if they even do. I've wasted a lot of time and money

tons of ads, even when you get a reward, you are forced to watch add. energy runs out at lvl 1 and they again forxe you to watch ads...

since 2 days ago my game doesnt open. it remains black screen. my updates are up to date. is it some kind of bug?

Very glitchy game. This game seems to have sync issues and freezes up a lot. It's also missing the option to purchase in game currency which should be free with Play Pass. Update: They deleted my review so I'm posting it again. Even after the developer responded and asked me to email them, they never emailed me back.

was fun and all, but I got tired of the bug where a character was locked in on a task that didnt progress, with no way to cancel it and the buggy looking graphics linked to it.

its supposed to be ad free and IAP free but in some of the mini event they have a button for ads for extra energy but they don't work because its ad free. If they fix this issue it might get 4 stars.

this game is fun, I really enjoy it. I wish that play pass enabled me to play more. when my character goes to sleep, I forget about the game, I don't go back 3 hours later. I also find that the house gets super messy really fast, I'd love some sort of snap to grid organization button. Overall, it's a fun game to play. edited to add another star. since complaining, my robot butler started to work, and I've noticed more free things dropping from the sky. hoping the sleep req stops for play pass

I Love This Game

Every free-to-play game has a daily bonus. Putting one daily bonus in your game does not make it a Play Pass game. Other games have figured out how to be on Play Pass, such as giving the player unlimited presses of the Free Jewels button. However, this game still keeps you behind a paywall, but eliminates the option to pay, which just makes it even more frustrating and unplayable. It's a simple fix, but one it doesn't sound like they're willing to do, despite numerous complaints. Don't bother.

I decided to reinstall the game after finding it unplayable constantly freezing up etc. the reason being, it's such an interesting game and fun to play. I emptied the cache memory but still it is the same. there may be 10 minutes of uninterrupted play, or just 30 seconds. after that it constantly freezes, jerks around the screen... zooms in and out on its own. totally erratic. I'm using a Samsung tablet

Predatory in all the worst ways. Impossible to play in the Pass because they block everything to force us to the mtx version. Good riddance.

Arguably worse to play through the pass than not if you actually want to play and don't mind paying. Since the game is designed to pay to play more, and the pass removes any way to pay to play more, it which makes you unable to play at some point. Then you have to wait for energy to replenish which takes long. Pretty bad if you want to play more.

Love the game so far but would love it if playpass players could get free gems whenever they want. I want to keep playing, not just get stuck having to wait for hours in order to make some progress. We can't buy gems so just let us redeem them whenever we need them instead of limiting us to 300 gems a day. If you make that one change I am certain many of us will keep playing this for much longer , which means more royalties for you guys.

Yet ANOTHER PlayPass game where the devs have locked everything premium down so tight you will struggle to make any progress. Literally NO additional benefit with PlayPass. You get a worthless amount of gems every 24 HOURS, and nearly everything in-game needs gems to progress. Space is stupidly limited & energy runs out in a few clicks (+ characters have limited # of actions before they just go to sleep!) Why do devs keep doing stuff like this? Why put on PlayPass & offer NOTHING?

If you have play pass and think it will be great to play this one, don't bother. The developers greed has everything time locked and no added bonuses or extras for play pass and because there is no purchases, you can't get extra gems needed to unlock things except one tiny amount every 24 hours. I love being punished for having Play Pass. I'm passing on this game. *Why only 300? Why block us from more in the game since it doesn't cost you anything, Google pays you for us so open the store.

This game sucks! I have 3 open rooms that are completely full of 'disassemble' items, that give you things to make the same 'disassemble' items. There is literally nothing to this game except spending energy to 'disassemble' items, that you JUST made, that is it, nothing more. ~It gets very boring very fast & I am not even going to get started on the frustration factor.

The graphics are very pretty and the characters are silly and vibrant. But the merging is nonstop. You never really get a sense of completion because each new room brings in clutter from previous rooms. Nothing really gets clear, so frustrating.

One of the most fascinating merge games I've found! Excellent graphics, imaginative gameplay, few forced ads, attainable goals & teams. Most purchases are reasonably priced but no real pay wall. I can play for hrs at a time. So far it's been well worth the time!!!

i did not miss a day and the game took me from level 34 back to level 29 this is not acceptable. that's months of play. error fixed happy again

I love this game but sometimes when I log in my list of things I need to do is gone & sometimes even my to-dos list is gone too & it'll say 0/0. It happened again recently.

With the Google game pass it just completely removes the ability to buy gems instead of unlocking them with the game pass.

while this is a fun game there are issues and when encountered contacting their support team is quite frustrating. I've contacted them 2x and haven't received an answer or even an acknowledgement that they received my email. considering the amount of purchases made on the app, at a minimum an acknowledgement would be nice.

I think my main problem is just how messy it gets so quickly. I think it'll be better if we have the option to merge or dismantle objects. otherwise, the game is pretty good and I don't have much of a problem with it.

If I cud put 0 stars or a negative star, I wud.If u wanna play this, they charge for every single little thing. plus the Characters who are supposed to be the ones that unbox all the things you'll then have to merge, they suddenly fall asleep for hours on end & then to wake them, u have to buy gems & I'm talking like 500 of them, & it is not cheap on this game If u want to wake up one of your characters. the game is overall beyond terrible & aggravating, frustrating, all the things u dont want.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall the games again several and it still won't load and play after opening one time to play. I installed it again and now won't even reinstall at all . *******†**************** I've redone my review to reflect the results of uninstalling and reinstalling about 5 times in 4 hrs tonight. It will not load and I cannot connect to Facebook to continue my progress or get the 100 a day gems for 28 or 30 days I had just repurchased. I spent a lot of money on this game.

Love this game so much but have been trying to transfer my game from my android tablet to my new apple tablet for over 2 weeks to no avail. I’ve even messaged the devs 3 separate times for help and have gotten no response. I want to continue to play but I think I’ll have to give it up.

I love this game, however it's currently asking me to do tasks I've already completed and moved on from and can no longer get the boxes needed to complete them again, and that in turn slows my progress. I play this game daily anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours a day and still my progress isn't reflected in my time spent doing other things. Can this please be addressed?

I've been playing this game since it first came out. it's been great until the last few weeks. I play several times a day. but the last few weeks when I leave the game and return later it doesn't save my play time so I lose what I did but I don't get back any energy or coins I used. I'm about to leave even though I love this game

All my QOL issues aside, I really love the graphics, the story, the characters, the setting, AND all the extra complicated game mechanics. I get bored of games that go straight in one direction and being able to choose the room I'm working on, where to put certain furniture, what stations to upgrade, whether or not I *want* to use the Travel Album, all of that adds up to something that keeps me entertained for HOURS at a time, which is probably why the QOL issues I mentioned bother me so much.

The game is unique, quirky and fun to play. I really get into it. I play it every day and even watch the optional ads each time (there are no forced ads :) One suggestion: if you're going to have ads that take me to google play, please make it so the game doesn't have to reload each time I open it again. Cause it takes its time loading

Frustrating. Clear graphics and fun to play, the game glitches constantly. Merges move around the mansion then it's hunt the item. I paid for the butler and had 10 days where it didn't work, 5 emails went unanswered. I cancelled my payment, my money can be spent elsewhere. Unable to open game on occasions. Despite the irritating elements its fun to play. Edit after this post I received generous compensation and will change to 5 stars even with its glitches

I love this game, but I have it constantly force closing either during ads so I don't get credit or sometimes when I'm in the middle of playing and today I can't even watch the auto collect double my daily bonus. I really hope this gets fixed soon. I really don't want to uninstall.

The game is having major issues. Unable to play the game at all now. Rewards dissappear and/or freeze. When loading the game it freezes at 90% "creating level". If the game finally opens you cannot play due to "no available space on board". Please fix ASAP.

The forced zoom-in, is frustrating and makes it difficult to move things where they need to go, and an option to auto merge 5 at a time or an auto sort is needed because there's too many rooms things get distributed to for this is to be fun or relaxing. I made suggestions back in March...I see from the complaints in the reviews this game hasn't gotten any better.

this hand absolutely sucks. I have spent the last 2 hrs trying to play it and I have managed to play maybe 15 mins because it keeps closing itself and I can't keep it loaded... Yes j already cleaned everything off my phone; I have nearly 3 GB of storage free.... It definitely should not take more than that to play a game!

love it still almost a year on and it's awesome better than most merge games the only issue I have at the moment is there is no bins to get rid of some of the spare parts and extra parts like their is on the main game so it's getting harder to play the skiing part which is really annoying need bins on the skiing level as there is just not enough room for anything to build. please help with this other than that game is awesome love the mini games too 👌🏻

I love this game very much. But since I got the Hawaii: Surf Paradise part I can't often travel to it because the game can't load it. It stops at 0% or 1%. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it didn't help. What can I do?

everything has to be merged 5 and then all of a sudden, it'll tell you unlock click lock , won't tell you what click lock is or how to unlock it. it's fun at first but it quickly becomes frustrating. all you do is merge and then it keeps giving you more things to open up and you get nowhere. almost made it through 2 levels before I got too frustrated and uninstalled it. don't waste your time or the space
