lovely app. would be perfect if you could just allow the reports generated to have TOTALS. lnstead of just listing the sales and amounts. If sales records or any reports for a month or year generated(total sales etc) can be summed up, this app would be 100% From the homescreen you can already see total sales. pls include totals in reports

Hi team, I want to report a major issue with the Average Cost Method. When new stock is bought at a higher price, the app retroactively rewrites the COGS and profit for items already sold days ago. A sale made last week should remain locked based on stock value at that time; it shouldn't change today just because I restocked. This distorts past financial data, making profit tracking impossible. Please fix this logic so past sales is locked.

Good accounting app with useful Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports. Easy to manage assets, investments, bank and cash accounts. However, it is difficult to understand Opening Balance adjustments and Difference in Opening Balance. More guidance, tutorials and accounting examples for contractors and project-based businesses would be very helpful. Overall a good app. Some Accounting Programe is Missing In This App

hello, this app honestly is the best app for me. I like how easy it is to use. but please try working on this: you cannot erase all your data and preserve your account. this is an issue when a person wants to enter the same items but with different names or wants to use the app for a different purpose than what it was being used for initially. also sometimes with items codes and names it's actually better being able to erase everything and redo it

The App is good. just want to share one thing. when i download the pdf of invoice on phone, the terms and condition show in a single paragraph but when i downloaded it on desktop version then its in the proper points form.

Please let you inventory/Stock/GL report be in In/Out format and editable from the report or filter. If I check a report to see how things are going, I should be able to call up a particular transaction and correct entries immediately instead of going back and looking for buttons to take to the entry for correction. I have also complained about opening up accounts to be entered as many times as possible on a journal/ledger as long as it is balanced

Before Preview/Print, the Balance Sheet is well organised. However, after Preview, Current Stock expands into item-wise inventory instead of showing a single total. A balance sheet should remain a summarized snapshot, while detailed stock belongs in inventory reports. Please review this inconsistency.

However, I would recommend adding employee and admin features, so that all app functions are managed from the back office and allow the admin to assign specific access permissions to employees as needed. Additionally, it would be very helpful to have a feature that shows the current total value of inventory—both at purchase cost and selling price. You guys are amazing and made a wonderful solution for SME business. But kindly improve the account statement feature. While updating the accounts ledger there should be a brief note about sales at least the product sold with its quantity with invoice number or Purchase order number. In this way, while sharing the statement to the customer it would be more clear to understand.

Each time I subscribe to any of your services, I notice that my credit/debit card details appear to be compromised. Unauthorized transactions have taken place on my account immediately following my subscriptions to your apps. I have lost over USD 400 in 2 incidents. This app and invoicing app.

Excellent Accounting and Bookkeeping App. It provides all the basic books, reports and more. Complete books on the go. I can take my business everywhere with me. Suggestion. In place of Duplicate Invoice, allow us to create Invoice Templates customised for each Vendor with that Vendors Terms and Conditions. That way one does not need to call up and adjust an existing invoice. One just calls up the relevant template and populates. Will save time. Nevertheless, I have not experienced a better app.

I started with your Simple Invoice App which was becoming unreliable. Many instances of stock items not being updated either or both during purchases and sale. I thought the Simple Accounting might resolve it's shortcomings. How do I as a grocery store operator that purchase and post goods in bulk, but sale in retail use this App with less stress? I believe I should be able to link stock sold in pieces with bulk purchase. Please review.

The app is very nice but had one issue where I entered the wrong number if items when making a purchase and couldn't find a way to change. I used the option to balance the inventory but is showed up as a loss on. There should be a way to indicate if it was a loss or wrong entry of tye inventory on purchasing new products
