I use this app for both of my businesses. Other than opening up my group and getting the information that I need. I have no clue what else you're able to do about it.

I can't turn on the keyboard on my android and the video only shows an iPhone.

I cannot find the route as describe, to download and use the Boards keyboard.

Worth every penny! I can't go a day, let alone a conversation, without Boards. I know where everything is and my team does too. Best part is the keyboard. I never have to type the same response over and over. absolutely a no-brainer.

NEED REAL TRANSPARENCY ON SIGNUP: The LOW price is what you "allegedly" pay per month on a YEARLY PLAN which you never get to do because THEY CHARGE YOU THE WHOLE YEAR UPFRONT. Tiny letters hidden as you scroll tell you of this. Also FREE trial might not be free and you will get charged the full $200~ amount as it happened to me. Took me 7 months to my money back. Support does reply but it is a painful and stressful process as the Bank blames Google who blames Boards who blame the Bank.

Good Idea but no customer serice for help. Always asking to upgrade. only help is animated examples that is hard to understand. No personal billing department all run by bots.

Although the app is made for network marketers it was an absolute godsend while we were developing our client onboarding process. I could link Google Forms, email templates and other good stuff for my team to access from anywhere, all in one place. It was fairly clean and easy to use once you're in. But the setup/board copy process was a little annoying. And with the subscription pricing and board limits I just can't justify using it anymore.

if you make the samsung app dark mode capable I would give it more stars. i am visually impaired and unable to see white background with dark letters. I need to be able to use a platform that has black background and white writing.

When I installed and paid for the subscription, sending images on WhatsApp and Messenger worked fine, but now it doesn't allow it, neither in groups nor individually. I've already contacted Boards several times over the past few months and haven't received a response. I've updated and reinstalled the app, but it's still the same, and that doesn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone else experienced the same problem?

ridiculous that you have to pay to use the boards from the companies you're partnered with. I was an ambassador for EllieMD. I couldn't access the boards set up by leaders without paying for them. I can understand paying for your own boards. but not to access your leaders boards without paying... the leaders are already paying for the board. Left EllieMD, and uninstalled this App as well.

company does not respond to help requests, or fulfill what they said they would do to help me. Cancellation instructions in the help don't match what you see. really feel ripped off. I cant find how to cancel, which is what led me to ask for help in the first place. Jan 25th, and I've been trying to solve this since early December!

I am with two companies, and it Will not let me in one account. I've logged out, I've got through email specific to my other account, chat specific to that account. There are no answers on help.

It started a little rough. I felt like the help videos were all just talk and no walk (through) real scenarios. You just have to jump in and try it. Figure the thing out. Now. I use it nearly every day. I LOVE BOARDS! The Pages feature is so helpful. I'm looking forward to the improvements coming, like having check out subsections instead of all at the end.

all of a sudden the app doesn't support my Samsung anymore. Please fix this as I am the owner of a Board. I paid for the app in order to run a business from it and having the app just not work suddenly is out of the question. I need it fully functional.

I had 2 accounts. a free one and a business one. I reached out in October to fix the phone number issue to attach it with my BUSINESS ACCOUNT I PAID A YEAR IN ADVANCE FOR. It took WEEKS to get a response and then they STILL fixed it WRONG!-I have now lost access to my PAID business Boards App!! I am utterly devastated. I want my business app account that I paid a full year subscription for. And I think a refund is in order if I dont get that account back.

Great organizational tool.

My work uses boards for ONE folder. ONE. In the beginning, this app was great! you could go in, get the photos or info you needed and add your own. Then last year, no more downloading. This year, no more screenshots. For one folder, you want me to pay 99 bucks a year? and what exactly is it that is worth that when all I do is download a photo my work puts in there? Boards used to be great. Now just wants all of your money.

I'm so irritated. I'm a senior citizen our funds are valuable. My son says if it doesn't make money it doesn't make sense! HOW DO I CANCEL AND GET MY REFUND. I gave notice too

Love the convenience, disappointed we cannot directly post images from the app. When is it in your roadmap to resolve this? The ability to screenshot images was removed, so I got the paid version and am still not able to use the images unless I download them first. lame.

I've been trying to log into boards with my email and pass word and it tells me it's been used for another account. So I created a new email and password and it keeps saying the same thing .So frustrating!!!! How do I erase everything that is linked to my name and start from the beginning? Or is there a customer support phone # I can call to correct this issue? I really need to use boards for my business .

Boards has taken $164.99 without my permission and has not refunded me. Not only have they taken an unauthorised payment, but they have not responded to my refund request in a timely manner or at all. Until my money is returned to me I have been scammed by Boards.

Since I can leave a 0 star review I'm not impressed that I am unable to even open the app once making account it tells me to try for free but once I click it it doesn't do anything also doesn't change the page to sign in again when app is closed down and not in use I've unistalled app and reinstalled app multiple times and still get stuck at the try for free page

It will not always open a link someone sends me, and the support team did not help fix the problem.

It use to be free but zero features are now and it's 14$ a month or 100$ a year. Really unfortunate.

Very glitchy, can't access anything. Checked to make sure the app was updated. It is. The pop up screen keeps popping up. And I can't close out of the free trial screen to access the info I want to. It's been very user unfriendly as a whole, and gotten worse since installing.

I love the functionality but it is hard to use it without running into loading issues. I have un-installed and followed all steps but the keyboard function won't work. I have paid account and when looking for new features, it shows I need to upgrade to business. Even other plans page won't load. Tried on desktop, my subscription page won't even open and is in this constant loop. I wish they can have a support phone line to talk to.

I use to like this app but every update brings something else, I can deal with the having 1 shared bored even though that sucked but I can't even get to my 1 board now, I've un-installed, reinstalled done everything I know to fix it but it has a box on it that says your free page to web page templates is here 14 day free trial to something. When I hit let's go it does absolutely nothing and I can't click out of it. My company uses this for everything so I'm so frustrated it won't work.

This is the best app to manage a team with. We love working with Boards. They make our lives SO easy!

I wanted to do the free trial and instead I got charged for the year. How do I get refunded?

I used the app for a yer then all of a sudden I had to pay for it. I paid for a month just to get my info and now I can't cancel and it keeps charging me. They say go to the subscriptions and do it there but it doesn't show up so how can I cancel it!! Had to send them an email to talk to anyone. I guess we will see how long that takes. Do not recommend!

I like boards, but giving it 1 star! I think it is very shifty to offer a "free" version, wait until I have quite a few documents uploaded on their that I refer too, and now say I need to buy the app to be able to view my saved information. VERY SHIFTY ON YOUR PART!!! Not impressed!

This is a great app and it has lots of easy steps to go through.

It will not let me update my business plan. And this app is vital to my business. This is not the first time this has happened. Boards won't even load. I have to open it in Chrome to get it to even open anything

I used to love this app. I had 1 board free to use but now I'm being made to pay for it after being told it would remain free after the trial of 14 days . I can't access anything and I had all my family photos on it. I'm highly upset 😡 definitely will not recommend this app 😑 and I used to tell everyone about it.

I have a Samsung 22 ultra. I'm playing for the business plan. I use this to hold some of my ideas and photos to post but most of the time I can't sign in on my phones. My boards keyboard works but I can't update things and I can't import photos into my Facebook posts.

This app has been extremely valuable but you've wasted so much of our time.. I had multiple boards used for different team... I took time to do this... The absolute least you could have done is allowed us to export all information once the subscription was expired for us who created the board. To have no access at all is beyond ridiculous. My once 4 star reviews doesn't even deserve a single star because this Has honestly made me so angry. I would not waste my time at all with this new version

I USED to love AND recommend this app, but since it's gone from 3 free boards down to 1 SHARED board, it's completely USELESS for me. Before it went down to 3 boards, I went through the dozens of shared ones that I had in order to combine them as best I could. I don't use any of the shared boards anymore (only the one that I created) and it's so frustrating. At least my phone has an option to lock clipboard info... FOR FREE... so I guess I'll use that now instead.

Had multiple boards set up over the last several years.. the policy keep changing.. and now the app locks out all boards all unless you pay a $95 annual fee. You can't even have 1 free board. Very poor business practice.
