I have an Android phone and I'm supposed to be getting opportunity alerts for my business. I get the text message saying that there is a notification, I get the notification from the app, and then when I go to open it, there's nothing. The opportunity alerts dashboard doesn't even load. I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app every single time. there's an opportunity alert

You're a big help. I feel a lot better knowing that....

Go back to the way it was. when a business was allowed to comment on posts without having to pay.

thank you

the worst app ever I signed up then I opened a business account with proofs then they keep deleting everything

Fantastic

lovely app

very helpful app I think people post a lot of good things on there I found out my truck was stolen somebody posted on this app very helpful the people that are on here are great

best possible news...so happy for Arlo and Dad!!

A good app but b me careful as many people on here run game and are cons.

A great way for locals to get messages to their neighbors!

Nextdoor is trying to steal my ID after having an account for over 10 Years. After a random person reported me, NextDoor permanently suspended my account and is requiring me to send my government ID over EMAIL. It is completely insecure and puts every single user at risk. This platform should not be trusted! They have proven themselves to be improperly handling sensitive user information like ADDRESSES AND IDS. By using this app, you risk getting targeted and having your life destroyed.

They charge to post things when you’re a new user; they should give you a chance to learn more about Nextdoor before charging.

New Creations in Strasburg is THE best!

I seriously don't know what I'd do without this awesome app. Everyone is awesome. I've posted on here a few times for cat food, for my 12 cats( I know it's a lot, but they are all fixed and loved). No one has been rude only good advice, and amazing animal lovers, eager to help a stranger, and her fur babies.

I can not talk openly without some jag-off snitchin' me out to the applications administrators. Nextdoor is filled with hatred, like Facebook.

This app is terrible. Just political BS and religious nonsense. It's worse than Facebook.

Terrible platform. Ridiculous amounts of ads. plus there is no way to limit posts to your actual neighborhood. Not a free speech platform!!! Comments constantly removed by platform. Anything against left wing identity politics is removed. There is nothing useful on this platform.

RESTRICTIVE OPINIONS LEANING MORE RIGHT THAN LEFT NEXT DOOR OBVIOUSLY SUPPORTS REPUBLICAN VIEWS

if I could put a zero i would.

extremely glitchy app. its completely useless on my end.

I don't want this on my phone

it's nice to know what's going on in my own neighborhood

doesnt like the truth and semi political

it might just being me but this app really slows my phone way down not a big fan considering I can't sell anything and it kicks me off constantly and the scammers

interesting

nothing but drama

Great app to get involved with your community.

Good place to keeo in contact with your local community. Useful information & somewhere to ask for lical recommendations

a great place to kill every small business . question if you're paying for your business to be on there can you be aloud to have freedom of speech ? for paying 100 a month ? wish I could go to negative stars the old nextdoor was better.

indefinitely suspended my account for asking for help

I've been able to respond to post about job opportunities 2 months ago and now they want to charge me. I'm only one person and have to fight for work as it is

you can't put honest facts about an incident or they say you are not being nice to your neighbor. Just trying to post the truth about incidents so it doesn't happen to others and you get banned. not right 😕

garbage waste of time scamming app

they are a discrimination app no freedom of speech they will target you for no apparent reason, if you want to know about a cat or dog that got loose bc no one was caring for it then this is the you other than that good luck trying to post acting positive and enriching

they should not have this. not worth it.

As soon as a built an account and made a post they immediately shut down my account and refused to let me in. I hadn't broken any guidelines but yet they descriminated against me. I sent them a copy of my real ID showing them who I was, confirmed my phone number and both my email addresses with them, offered to speak with them via phone, emailed back and forth with support, and they still locked me out of my account for no reason. Very unethical people run this app. Heavy descrimination here.

Republicans have to have someone to blame just like trump

great app, like Facebook but for just people local to you! awesome app for finding local events, volunteer opportunities, and for if you need help with a job from someone local! also great for posting lost/found pets and keeping track of accidents/road closures

great app, nice way to get to know the neighborhood

Right!!!!!

nothing but scammers zero real people nothing but ads from businesses

horrible app dont download. it doesn't allow you to post about side jobs anymore unless you pay

want to restrict to my neighborhood only. havent found a way to do that. very frustrating.

I like knowing what is going on in my neighborhood.

All day long until dusk. We have a bunch of furnature and other stuff inside as we ramp this thing up!!

like finding out about. neighborhood.🫠

Excellent, friendly, honest and efficient service.

address please ? feed her and some water. Poor baby !

sounds good 👍 chuckey

thank you for the concise fact check.

if someone report you or a few people report you nextdoor support is stupid and idiots they believe the people that report you for no reason and block you from app for days, support is garbage!!

Terrible. I can't login at all.

After moving here almost 4 years ago I tried several churches. I remember seeing Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith in concert; but it was years ago and I didn't remember the name of the church. My handyman knew which church it was and had gone to Rolling Hills. They not only have a wonderful pastor; but reach out to help our community with free medical, food bank, clothing, free Sun morning breakfast, laundry and opportunity to hear our pastor while clothes are washed/dried. Give it try 🙏

I often thought a better name then nextdoor would be "have you seen my cat?" or " upsetting opinions" hahaha

Love next Door and that I get help finding people to help in so many ways.

Great Way to participate in your neighborhood

didn't get a warning that we were no longer able to reply to request

Comments appear to be suppressed here if the editors don't like them.

turned into a job site

Can't open the app

Adminstrators do not remove moderators who vote against site rules, whole place slowly being taking over by bigots and conspiracy theorists. and now you are no longer telling us when reported posts are kept so you cannot appeal them nor can you start reporting moderators who are encouraging bigotry

ok

Liberal hellscape. Don't bother using this app if you're not a hard left political activist. Topics that warrant a ban according to the moderation team: - Any disagreement with Pride parades - Any discussion of illegal immigration - Any discussion of pedophiles in the community (they're a protected class) - Midterm elections - Any politics (except the left leaning kind) Pretty much just a place for whiny adults to beg for money and handouts

you guys need to fix your app. it is not letting me upload the video or photos I was trying to add to my post

we can't post about God, and you have to buy the alerts subscription to be able to reply to business posts. you get suspended for everything. there's people scamming on there but they be flagging them. do not recommend.

Reality check for those of you who are clueless and never walked in that persons shoes

WTH, why are so many notifications opt in by default. There's literally 45 options. also I've unsubscribed multiple times from emails but I'm still being sent them

I was deactivated without reason

Chat are rubbish. Takes a day till you receive someone msg. App running better on laptop, not on mobile.

Ya Yas bakery is one of the best in the area. If they don't have it, they can make it. another great place is The Yummery on Philadelphia Rd, just below Allendar.

It's a good way to reach out and hear your community neighbors without having to go down to the local "newstand".

public forum

nice

Too much going back and forth about politics. Many trolls who are very mean.

the politics and dog losers is depressing. cant offer my services without being asked to pay but everyone does. and don't post anything about Jesus it will be taken down

I have used this app for a few years now and have been very happy with its information and help.

love the bread options and cookies.

I did extensive research last year, and am thrilled with Humana after Quartz left the Green Bay market. The thing to remember when researching plans is that everyone's major needs are different, and that's how you should start research. If you use a lot of expensive medications, then focusing on plans based on their Plan D coverage makes sense( that's how research at ADRC). However, if you need lots of durable medical equipment, then look at that. Many other parameters, look what YOU NEED!

The app now includes other cities. It's called nextDOOR not nextCOUNTY. My city has 10,000 people but the major city 20 minutes away has literally 90x more people at over 900,000. The local posts are wiped out because it's several cities bigger than mine that now show up. When I filter to 'nearby' I'm getting posts a week old when I know there have been recent posts. Unusable. Whoever came up with this idea needs fired lol

this app has been nothing but a headache. i started with then in L.A. while visiting my brother, now I'm home in Miami. my account was suspended twice for violating community standards with no explanation. i have no idea. i just still keep getting messages and emails. how do i wipe them off my system. no more emails or any messages.

miss my kookie .. she's a westie with black spots 13 pounds

Too many religious posts!

way to political

worst app ever for buying and selling. not even a full day of having it. i posted stuff i was trying to sell since I am moving. account already blocked. followed guidelines and now they took my bank account info and charged it. they took my personal information and are using it. this app is a scam. needs to be taken off the app store.

block function is not functioning

Great Community Site

My name is Rondel

its me

maybe its just me but I can never open this app lately without an error so frustrating

indefinitely suspended my account because it said my first name was not real. Just because we were not all named "Chip" or "Buffy" doesn't mean the names aren't real, you racist scum bags.

terrible app, VERY BIASED, only posting and allowing comments which are left leaning in nature. had to uninstall and block

next door change their policy, I cannot comment on posts of other people that have anything to do with the kind of work my business offers. I can't comment under the business name or my personal account. nextdoor wants me to pay for that privilege now.

was good for local concerns/news but am now getting notifications for areas 10+ miles away, please reinstate the option for local area news or selectable neighbourhoods only . please. I've had a reply, & I know that "nearby" exists in the options, but why do I also get email notifications for areas 20 miles away and from posts about 5 days old, I'll just put up with it, but i see reviews from some other people also moaning about the same.

very informative

They moderate pretty hard and it's always some super Christian right wing moderators ,filing appeals won't help, just makes you a target for discrimination. They're headed for a Lawsuit at some point with this nonsense

love them Best latte ever!

it's a good app. super friendly people. can get a lot done. only problem I have ran into is when I get a private message and reply, they can never see my message, it post blank. so not sure what's up with that but other then that good app.

love ittttt!!!! multiple awesome useful features and easy to navigate!!! would absolutely recommend it!!

I am sick of these greedy corporations. I wasted too much time setting up a "Verified Business page ". Absolutely useless. I had a personal account, I could create a flyer, post it, and be working the same day. The only posts are people trying to "meet new people " or find a lost pet. These posts are so ridiculously abundant, they are most likely soliciting sex. While our data is nefariously harvested with the click of an unassuming button, and sold to the richest criminal. YOU SUCK

No matter which neighborhood you move to, the Nextdoor app is the place to be. Your app will be synced to your surrounding neighborhood and anything you're looking for or need help with, all you have to do is put up a post and people come from all directions offering their help. Whenever you think humanity is gone, just get on the Nextdoor app and you'll see that humanity is still very much alive! These people are the best! Neighbors watching out for neighbors.

They want charge you now if you own a business $300.00 a month is crazy. for app thats supposed to be neighbors recommended to other neighbors. After you help build there app up.

I did research on Jackson, found out that the state of GA 'GAVE' Him Over $700,000, HE Used To Flip Medical Temporary Agencies Like Pancakes, The TV Commercial That Boasts That He Helped Disadvantaged People Go To College Is A COMPLETE LIE, HE was GIVEN A JOB By A Man That Owned A Staffing Agency & Then GIVEN The Agency. Rick Jackson Has Done NOTHING By HIMSELF, HE was TAKEN IN BY A RICH FAMILY & SUPPORTED. TO ME HE'S A FRAUD & THATS WHY HE'S NOW PAYING BRIAN KEMP TO DO HIS TALKING.

Good way to get the News out!

Great to meet all Veterans

love this app!!!!!!

selling on this app is a way to get a way to be scammed, scammed fake to be purchasers and then proceed to try and make you deposit money and get into your account. DO NOT SELL IN THIS APP

I love this app

Worthless Leftist censorship app

SPAM SPAM SPAM!! Signed up for Nextdoor, they auto subscribe you to so many spam emails, I tried to unsubscribe, and it's dark patterns everywhere. Finally gave up and went to delete my account, gave the reason of too many emails, and it offered to unsubscribe me from everything. Gave it a try, still got spam from them, so I deleted my account.

my address can't be verified

you know someone is looking for this little sweetheart. thank you for taking the time to save her from harm

There are a lot of different viewpoints on various subjects. Also, informative at times, which can be very helpful. I like that others share their experiences, good and bad, about the places they've visited, dined at, etc. Overall, I think it's a great app. Entertaining at times! Sometimes ppl get out of control and lose track of what the original issue was to begin with. 🙄 We all are probably guilty of that at sometime in our lives. I like the fact that communities care about others in need.

Great app! I'm on it everyday growing my LLC and making new connections. Try it out.

Great way to connect with ideas or needs you may have, meeting new people and an increase in your purchasing power.

I've been subjected to improprieties and hostilities on this app, for which the developers are liable. The dev response is shallow and ignores their responsibilities.

way too much sponsored content

Great company...been here many decades and they can fix any lamp. had 3 fixed this year.

Indefinitely suspended for not using real name??? who tf are you to say my name isn't what is used! stop banning ppl speaking out against protesters and political advertising!

very bad

for a broken app you can't even unregister, they get a personal profile of the sites you visit, your age, youe name, your address, your phone number. it's spyware for literally nothing in return... requires personal ad tracking, auto registers as business, broken verify page, broken help, no real support, requires tracking cookies

its a very good app its just too bad its too expensive to subscribe

neighbors helping neighbors all around surrounding communities. Hero's Next Door.

thanks for the tips.

I'm amazed at how fast my rainbow sold. only minutes after I published it. thank you.

really helpful and sorted my roof out no problem will be useing them again :)

The app has many restrictions

its good to help people and this app helps

This is my first time making a request on this platform. >I find it very helpful with the issue that I posted.

love this app already

I'm not going to give you a photo of my id or a utility bill to verify myself

every time I try to verify my location it can't even find the state that I'm living in. my location is the most important part. so this app is useless to me.

Terrible, this used to be a good app and now its trash. You cant comment or make recommendations without a bunch of guidelines

Mods are bullies themselves. I was terminated cuz I complained about ebike speeding, popping wheelies, no helmets. My post was removed so I asked if I was shaming the parents or the HOA, & was it cheaper to put up cameras than a lawsuit when a wreck happens? I was removed from nextdoor for that. Teens were calling my & my husbands name on a loud speaker tonite. Last nite a truck burned rubber next to my house. Sheriff came tonite, lit up. I'm punished by nextdoor mods while teens run rampant.

I love Nextdoor. it's so cool to be able to get involved with my community.

so far so good; hope it takes off!

download this app if you like nosey people starting fights with you. absolutely nothing positive in your community will come from this app. mostly menopausal white women.

Love it

Community interest posts are now the minority. There are a lot of scams. Also a lot of selfies, look at my cute pet, it's my birthday, and look at what I cooked type posts. They claim those posts don't belong on the main feed but they don't seem to do anything about it unless someone reports the post. Edit: I received official confirmation from Nextdoor that the Facebook type posts are fine. My review changed from a 2 to a 1.

Account suspended indefinitely due to not using my real name. I'm beyond tired with these social media sites that do not allow anonymity. We're nearly in 2027, and people are increasingly valuing their privacy more than ever. Websites that allow anonymity like Reddit, will continue to thrive, while sites that don't will get left behind. Continue this brain dead policy at your own risk Nextdoor. Don't say that you weren't warned.

strange

no age limit for trick or treat you numbskull!!!!!

excellent apps

How is telling people they're awesome & warning others about a scam is a violation? 🫪

trash app everytime you post images of your own business it's spam if you comment on too many post with the same wording it's spam 🗑️now they make you pay for non guaranteed jobs leads

Only lets me access my street instead of another street in the neighborhood where the actual complaint I need to file Is. Useless app.

Thank you for your attachment

I love how everyone helps one another ❤️

Some people are just rude for absolutely no reason or scam artist.

I think it's good to let people know who is commenting and how they feel on different subjects I'm not judgemental so I see things the way they are.

Great way to find local services and keep eye on neoghborhood happenings

just as trash and a waste of time as facebook and twitter.

Nextdoor has so many Scammers and Scams that they allow to rip off their members and are very slow to remove. Almost all of the job offers are scams and there are many fake phishing rental properties plus Nigerian scammers selling pets with stolen pics, etc, etc. It's a cesspool of scammers plus a lot of people begging for hand outs. The rest of the posts are mainly trivial or made by people that don't know how to use Google. Best to not use Nextdoor.

trying to help and offer assistance for Halloween costumes help is free not a charge ! so they keep flagging it like im selling it.

what's the recipe?

it's very helpful in every area in your life

lovely for open communication 👏

just a drama app for different people to argue and pretend to be tough. Sillyness

please tell me how to get my pictures uploaded on sales application

It's extremely important!!! Don't throw cigarettes out of your vehicles

There is no app for The millions of Amazon fire tablet users, so quit suggesting that we should download the app.

Main Street Garage never misses; they do quality and efficient work and are very reliable. I have used them for five years now, and the experience has always been exceptional.

spammy greedy garbage app constantly censors posts & comments, spams paid ads, - manipulatively censors, bans & bullies people to force people to pay to simply post a da%n video or other post. And nextdoor sticks us in a loop where we cant even simply get back to our personal account homepage and feed! whoever manages nextdoor needs fired & sued for the utter garbage, censorial app they are making it. ( Reply to develepor - I already mentioned issues.) Look honestly in the mirror & change ND

A lot of scam posts.

Nextdoor is a great platform for staying connected with my local community. I appreciate being able to share information, discover local businesses, receive neighborhood updates, and connect with people who live nearby. What I enjoy most is the sense of community it creates and the opportunity for neighbors to support one another. It's also a valuable resource for recommendations, local events, and staying informed about what's happening in the area.

Great advice

👍 great

they keep indefinitely banning my account for no reason! I have in no way violated community guild lines. This app sucks! I spent two days documenting items to sell just to have it ban my account.

if you love calling the cops on people minding their own business, you'll love nextdoor

Nextdoor suppresses all my posts. They tell me everything I post would be better on a business page. Even trying to sell my stuff to move. I thought selling stuff to neighbors was allowed. I have connected with zero neighbors and sold zero things. So, thanks Nextdoor, suppression successful.

I love nextdoor because ive made friends with lots of people and i love messaging 😀

Just fine so far. We will see as time passes.

I love all of what nextdoor has to offer, from looking for the things one need "like jobs" and everything in between to getting advice, or just getting stuff off one's mind.

very nice

privacy invasion they want to much information ontop of that the site targets the poor and homeless they talk about them like pest to be taken care of I do side hustles like home repair as a hobby you can't even reply to the post with out paying them they are strong arming buissnesses

This platform is one of my favorite apps to use when wanting to see and interact with my neighbors...JUST LOVE IT!

answering is nice helpful

Good place to know what's going on in your local area.

i comment on a politcal post about data centers, i dont say anything mean but comment back at someone saying facts and how data centers arent that good and get a week ban.

50% of the posts are ads.

It's a good app but message notification not shown so communication is a problem fix that please, we don't receive any notification from the app I don't know why? please fix that

I repeatedly have asked this very annoying creepy email clogging to STOP the emailing. I don't read them. the app is not even on any device. what's it gonna take for nextdoor to get it through the brain to STOP!!!

App seriously needs to do something about bot accounts. Especially now with elections, its gotten crazy. I feel like 50% of posts now are from bots. Also, people need fewer strikes with being banned. You see the same people just constantly posting things that arent allowed.

It's a nice App, just way too many Scammers, but it's also helpful. Be careful sending out your information to strangers. Especially your Bank.

too much negativity, inappropriate ans graphic post. no thank you

They are the best!

I like this app

Accessibility Issues, had to change passwords and verify I wasn't a robot 4 times.

I cannot unsubscribe. I downloaded this app 6 years ago. I'm still getting emails. I've unsubscribed from their emails at least a couple dozen times over the last 6 years. and they just keep appearing in my inbox! I don't live there anymore. I'm in Michigan getting emails about long beach California and I can't get them to stop. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

Reliable, trustworthy, licensed and insured. They provide custom cleaning services that fit your needs and your budget!

Get another and keep the Love flowing ! Hurry up!

great great app good good

Terrible!

The Priebe brothers, Dr. Jeff and Dr. Randy are the most respected, professional, and reliable chiropractors in the business. I have been a dedicated client for 25 years. Exceptional service warrants dedication and trust. Plus, the confidence of a well tuned body!

seems like a lot of people wanting to use this app as a dating site.

Ok, this app was good at first. What they want you to pay per month is really ridiculous. So many other ways to connect with people. There's no customer service to speak with anyone, to sum it up, it sucks! So glad they never got a dime from me.

I love it

I like to know what is going on, and this app help.

Each time I use the app on my Android to post an item for sale, the app errors out and I lose my post. This has happened 3 times while trying to post the same information and photos, in the past 2 days. Very frustrating!!!!!!
