Was skeptical at first, but actually got tickets with great view and decent price.

best priced tickets

only got scammed once, but the team helped me get a full refund!

Ticket I received was voided

Bought my first ticket to a Broadway show. My seat was great, and it was entertaining the whole time.

love it, has made selling tickets a breeze. the only thing I wish is that good karma sellers could get a quicker payout, but honestly it's not enough of a detriment to pull a star away. It's still five stars, I still highly recommend it

A great and easy way to sell my Broadway tickets!

Safe and secure reselling.

Online form for selling tickets isn't working. It allowed me to go through numerous steps but at the last step, "payment information", the page will not advance. Probably a temporary glitch in the system but it's inconvenient for someone wanting to post tickets.

i love this app, great for snagging last minute tickets

after the most recent update, hitting "back" (not the one in the app but the navigation bar on my phone) shuts the app in my android. I love the app but the new version is a bit buggy!

easy to use

This used to be great, now it's like the rest of the scam resale sites. Theatr adds a huge fee (over 8%) if you want to sell, and buyers offer a fraction of the ticket price. App used to be an exchange between civilized people who can't make it to a show; now it's for bargain-hunting.

constantly crashing

There is no guarantee that you will receive the tickets. Anyone can cancel the tickets you buy from them at any moment. I've had 2 people cancel the night before a show! Fix this!

Quick easy felt secure

First and only ticket I bought was a scam. And to dispute it you have to provide proof? But the box office can't give you anything as proof that the ticket was already scanned by someone else (so they're clearly selling the same ticket over and over) because that's a privacy issue. The box office was dealing with a line of folks with the exact same issue from the same app and even took a photo of the "provide proof" box on my phone to show her higher ups.

Love the interface, I do feel like the notifications could be adjusted for frequency in an update, but I love having the peace of mind of not being charged until I am in the theatre enjoying my show. Can't wait to see more shows thanks to this!

best no muss no fuss ticket selling service

amazing how quickly you can sell extra tickets last minute. or get great deals buying last minute. app works very well. no issues

Great idea that has been executed very well. The interface is intuitive and the customer care is friendly and competent. They also do a great job of incorporating new shows fairly quickly. The only major nitpicks I have are not being able to set notifications only for specific theater sections and not being able to bookmark or cross out certain listings resulting in having to go through all the listings each time.

Fast , easy very smooth process.

great service!

awesome sold in seconds

my boyfriend just got scammed by a ticket broker they dumped four tickets on him and took $500 now he's stuck with no help from the app. beware of scams

does not work properly on pixel 10 xl, can only look at listings for Broadway as can't get into other menus at the top

the good - there's no fees to to sell. their customer service is pretty responsive. The bad - buyer fees keep increasing (the amount and % charges seems relatively random).

The app is a great concept, when it works. I've run into several glitches like "unexpected error please try again". Support team is responsive, but can't fix this intermittent issue. I've lost several opportunities to buy tickets, as you have to be extremely quick for a hot show like Hamilton with Leslie Odom Jr. Also, sometimes when you receive notifications to your phone and open them, it doesn't always take you directly to the tickets, so you lose time trying to locate the offer again.

*Update 11/3 I can no longer open the app at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck whatsoever. This app crashes constantly and tells me it has a bug and to try updating it once the developer makes a fix. I haven't been able to use it successfully not one time.....and it would be a great app. I know it would. 😭

this app *sucks* (at times) lol when you get a notification for tickets and tap on it, it only brings you to that listing *maybe* 20% of the time??? the rest of the time it takes you to the last listing you were looking at, so by the time you navigate to find the ticket you were notified about, it's gone

perfect

This app regularly shuts down for no reason.

Can't login using Google

Best kept secret in theatrland!

Excellent for last minute tickets but takes a lot of time to monitor

Great app! Was able to sell last minute tickets in no time! hopefully they roll out to more cities soon!

Need to link a bank account for payout. That site logged in to my bank account every day for no reason until my bank froze my login ID. Also there are very minimal seller protections.

Teriffic! I love it!!

Great way to sell/buy Broadway tickets. I've sold an extra ticket(s) 4x so far with no issues. Great community. Edit: After a couple months of use, I've realized that your "watch list notifications" is glitchy at best. I get notifications of the show/price points I've chosen, but the moment I get the notification and open the app, it'll say that the listing was sold 10m-4h prior. In essence, I'd have to stay on the app and keep refreshing to even have a chance to buy a ticket.

I appreciate the app but it's very annoying whenever I get a notification instead of loading the new listing it takes me back to the last listing I looked out, which leads me to missing the notif I cared about

seamless. tix sold in under 5minutes!

I adore this app so much. The addition to log and rank shows (ala Letterboxd) has been missed in the Bway community. I know another app has tired that before but new to Android so I can't get enough

I've made two quick sales already. it's been great!

exceptionally fast service, great deals!!!

Not sure why the fee structure changed but great platform for selling locally

lifesaver! I was able to get someone to buy these tickets I got for my wife, who completely screwed me out of a nice weekend away but that's neither here nor there...

Great pricing when people stick to helping other theater goers see shows abd not gouging

It worked great! I was able to sell my broadway tickets in hours!

I used to love this app, but now with the recent update, when the notification for the tickets/show you want pops up and you open it, instead of being directed to those available tickets, you land on the main site and have to search for them. Hardly convenient and seems like a sales tactic. Uninstalling the app. New update defeats the purpose of specific show notifications and the ease of purchasing those tickets. Shame.

Saved me having my tickets go to waste when I was unable to attend.

Notifications are no longer occurring so I wrote the support team and they are looking into fixing the bug. I appreciate their quick reply and am hopeful the bug is fixed quickly as well. I have missed multiple buying opportunities for my watch list shows.

3 other platforms failed and this one worked in like 5 min hell yeah

Theatr makes it easy to sell tickets.

Very very slow to open which makes it hard to buy tickets. Great idea though.

was able to get a ticket at a great price and easily transferred

The app we have needed for a long time. It works perfectly and appears to be set up exactly how it should be!

There are so many tickets for different shows it's amazing! Great place to buy last minute cheaper tickets. Some have for a lot in advanced but the really cheap ones come the day of the show or a few hours before the show. Great place to get tickets especially if you live close to Manhattan.

Requires my phone number to get started.
