Total scam! Forsed me to buy product I didnt want. I thought it was a trial, but they charged me for a whole year and refused to issue refund. Never get Aero AI builder! Most of godaddy products are undeveloped, worthless and overprised. The are scammers!

all good

best

5 stars cause I can give 5 stars

Just activated my website today and really happy with the finished product. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to build a website. it's pretty easy, especially if using the airo ai to help create your website. The prices are very good. Also the support team when speaking to them via whatsapp are the most lovely and helpful people I've ever dealt with on any site I've ever used, they really go the extra mile to help get get your website up and running. I'll be recommending to my anyone.

have used it for simple stuff, its fast

The worst app for customer care service, m unable to get help or chat or connect from the last 15 days... my domain expired

I click on a conversation with new customers and there is no way to add there name to contacts. I can put there name or address in so I have to scroll through the conversation every time I go there or need to find info that I should be able to save to a contact. and I have a business number through GoDaddy and it rings for 3 seconds before going to voicemail. also they sold me ario website builder by making their free web builder terrible. and web and marketing doesn't work with ario. money wast

I couldn't tell I never got a chance to use it I still don't understand how you download and will copy and then download onto how do you get back to the the app that you was on and I'm still confused I'm

I cant get the site to load on my phone.

really good and reliable

The conversations app enabled easy message access. This app is too big to load, it spends half an hour uploading. The calls are now hidden behind locked screens. The messages, which used to take seconds to access now take days. Once the app works well, it would have been a good component to have along with the streamlined conversations app. As it is now, it is too big to get anything done.

This application is useless. I'm not able to login to the account.

I am new user I try to verify my phone number but not verified and I give product 99 rs to buy at 700rswith taxes please resolve this

ever since the new update this app is trash. 5 minutes to load your conversations is unacceptable. ive been using this app for 7 years and watched it go through 3 major updates. this id the worse

had

its ok for now

Absolutely worth it !

Otp is not getting to login. poor app.

Cabinet and furniture manufacturing out of the wood and finish of your choice ,and Vanities, & replacing Cabinet Doors and Drawers and countertop, Replace Kitchen Cabinets with new sets built to your specifications with soft close hinges and soft close drawer guides unless not requested.

not as good as it used to be.

Worst website to buy domain and hosting. Zero customer support. Very bad website and handling. Lagging too much and so many errors on the website. Never buying anything again from GoDaddy.

it's a great app design all my song covers with it!

too much bad experience because the support customer support is not working properly because they are not responding me I am raise a ticket yesterday but they still not respond me the time is now now time is 9:04 and it's too much difficult to make a website on godaddy it's very bad experience I am too much irritate

I was using the conversation app from Go Daddy. Now they forced me to move to this new app, and of course it doesn't work properly. When someone is chatting with my company it says "Maybe it's a signal thing... check your internet connection and try again."

they have focused so much on their business that their customer experience and tech is absolutely disgusting. i bought a domain which had a reserved keyword, they didn't warn me abt this earlier and now im stuck by paying them but the domain is still not registered. moreover you can't even update the contact details for such domains. their customer chat option is not even available on their website. even if the domain is not registered yet they still show an option to publish the website

My domain name that I came up with creatively on my own in 2012 expired and I didn't know. I tried to recover it and they want me to pay $120,000 for it. Then in 5 mins price went to $180,000 , that's no typo, for a name I came up with myself. A name that didn't exist before I created it. They want me to pay $180,000 for MY OWN AUTHENTIC AND ORIGINAL CREATION. I spent over a decade building that name up. I will never use godaddy again and ensure my millions of followers don't ever use godaddy.

there r better options

this app is absolutely terrible. I want the conversations app back. I will most likely cancel my subscription and port my number out

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THIEVES, AND FRAUDS!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY TO HOST MY DOMAIN & FORWARD MY EMAIL, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO EITHER ONE & THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!! I FOUND THEIR COMPETITION IN GOOGLE & I'M TRANSFERRING MY DOMAIN TO INMOTION HOSTING BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST, WHICH IS WHAT GODADDY *USED TO* BE!!! DON'T USE GODADDY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!! CHRISTIAN JOSE IS THEIR AGENT WHO SET UP THEIR SCAM AGAINST ME!!!

I'm so happy Client for years 😄😃

Easy to use

Honest review on GoDaddy Airo AI Builder. I expected one‑time top‑up, but auto‑renew is ON by default and hard to locate. I was charged S$28 with no clear prior warning. Support rejected my refund after exceeding their 48‑hour window, only disabled future renewals. Warning for new buyers: Immediately check auto‑renew settings after purchase. Never assume payment is one‑time.

please make "Manage appointments" available inside the app without needing to launch a web browser and log into my account every time just to add/cancel appointments from the calendar. The app is already logged into my account- why do I need to login again? Having the app is useless as this function needs to be done through the web browser. anyway.

I am in hospital dying after I lost 85% of my skin in an explosion offshore. I have no insurance and cancelled GoDaddy a year ago. then they charge me again on my wife's card who's with my 1-year-old at home. no help from any funds anymore. I owe the hospital $200k and then again after I just got $30 for food GoDaddy deducts again. this is after they promised me on WhatsApp that they'll cancel all subscriptions etc. I just want things to stop and my refund as I never used your app anyway

Wonderful!

worst experience. They are advertising to be selling domains for 99rs but when you will go to buy they will say that Some error has occurred and you can't get the offer. It's a fraud. Rather I'll buy from Hostinger. Delete this app.

GoDaddy customer support system is Third class. i called twice for support and the customer care executive cut the phone call after listening to my query. Such an irritating support system. and one more thing, i am using a regular smart phone, but now this application of GoDaddy is not supported, Hell

doesn't work right

You log people out in the middle of updating a blog and there's no notification about being logged out and then your work is lost. There's no notification or warning letting you know that you've been logged out it says failed to save the blog after it saved it a couple of times. Do you know how frustrating that is after doing a lot of work???? Not a good look!

not self explanatory

GoDaddy makes unauthorized purchases on your account Avoid GoDaddy: Charged me $5,024 without authorization due to an internal error I am writing this review after an alarming experience with GoDaddy that cost me $5,024.19 and significant time to fix. While performing an internal action on my account, a GoDaddy Guide mistakenly processed a premium domain purchase using my saved payment method. GoDaddy support confirmed in writing (and via screenshots) that this was entirely an internal error

I would not suggest to use godaddy for anything. There are issues at every step, no ways to get help, the customer care is never available and if you get connected to them after waiting for 55 minutes, they do not even speak clearly and take no interest in resolving your issue.

"Absolutely the worst customer support experience! I have been stuck on chat with their support team since morning. So far, my chat has been transferred to 7 different agents. Every single time a new agent connects, they ask for a new OTP for verification, make me explain the entire issue from the beginning, and then simply transfer the chat to the next person without providing any solution. My problem is a basic server firewall/ModSecurity issue, but their technical team seems completely cluele

As a brand-new, first-time business owner, I trusted GoDaddy’s Airo website builder to help launch my enterprise (Chaos to Calm Pets). Unfortunately, it turned into an absolute nightmare and a massive financial drain. The AI builder frequently claims it has completed complex multi-step tasks (like building course catalogs), only to leave behind broken pages, missing routes, and 404 errors. Worse, it executes unapproved batch updates that consume hundreds of "credits", it's a huge trap.

update: don't crash anymore! Love it love it love it but crashes. I really like the features and using it and it's so nice for what it has for free. Just recently though it started crashing every time I open it. I tried downloading it on my husband's phone too and it's crashing there as well.

Every time you go to the app or their website to sign into your account , they want you to change your password after telling you that your password is incorrect. do not buy a website or domain from them.

it's good and enjoyable

slow answers, poor ms365 online plans, lowest category for this app

It was a bad experience with no customer service support at all; it took almost seven days to reach someone to solve the problem, so I will transfer the domains to another company. disappointing customer service

logged me out of both devices with no way to log back in without my customer number. years of projects lost. I'll probably have to switch to canva.

just like shop!! Woo and Shopify

By far a super difficult app to use, requires you to log in yoo often, email accounts don't work and everything is super disorganized

Really needs the ability for delegate access. I am currently listed as a delegate for site updates but this lack of functionality within the app doesn't allow for it to be used for making updates on the go as needed/required and requires me to log in via the mobile browser which is less than optimal.

value for money for small business owners

best experience from one of the apps

can not log in its terrible

Great for creatives

fantastic

app does not send approval for logins

beautiful service

INSTANT DOMAIN THIEVES AND ILLIGALLY OVER CHARGING AS IF EACH DOMAIN WAS PERSONAL OWNED BY THEM. GODS.IT GOD.IT?

The GoDaddy Conversations app makes managing calls and contacts unnecessarily difficult. I cannot create or save contacts directly from a conversation, so I waste too much time searching for phone numbers. When I search for a contact that I know is already saved, it often says “not found,” forcing me to scroll through the entire list to locate it. There is also no clear way to tell whether an incoming call is coming through the GoDaddy app or is a regular phone call.

horrible app. not complete at all. my orders won't load on this turd of an app. the only thing that works is the conversion portion. the rest is worthless & hard to find. it isn't organized with any sense. the only app they make of value is the original godaddy "conversions" app.

This is the most confusing app in the whole app store. Seriously, could you have done a worse effing job??

good

finally an app for Canadians, very much welcomed. However, when using features like managing orders and products it still opens in browser instead of in app. Those are kinda the features I use the most, so hopefully that can be native to the app in the future..

too confusing 😕

First reaction. A lot easier to understand than past dealings with Go Daddy Products have been. ---👍🏾🙏🏼

Hoping this helps someone: Get ready to pay for a product and lose the money. I purchased email service from Godaddy. I spent 12 days trying to make it work. Multiple techs made me troubleshoot the same over and over again. I said fine, just give me the money back but they denied the request. They will now keep my money and I'm left with no email. I am very, very disappointed and I hope that this doesn't happen to you too.

Beware: I paid GoDaddy to establish a domain for my Arts Society (registered charity) only to discover that without also paying for an additional email account there is no way to 'authenticate' the domain in MailChimp, making the domain useless.

nice

just as bad as the useless conversations app. extremely slow, can't set it to go straight to texts, you have to go through the slow menus. should have just stuck with smart line...that actually worked. would give it negative stars if possible

Extremely disappointing first-time experience. A promotional price was shown during checkout, but the coupon was automatically removed at the final payment step. Support made me try multiple links, Incognito mode, mobile, payment methods, region changes, etc., without actually resolving the issue. After wasting a lot of time, I was finally told the offer required a 3-year purchase. This should have been clarified from the beginning. Very poor support and transparency.

very cheater website. I have taken domain which expired but site itself telling it has gone and asking redemption fees close to 100 usd

Does the job

Cannot even log in 😂😂😂😂

when I try to see my conversations it takes forever to load same when I want to search them. whe. I want to make a call it first takes 40 seconds to load it so I can put in the number, and then when I hit the send button to make thr call it takes another 30 or more seconds before ot tries to. also, my phone numbers did not transfer in either.

amazing app outstanding support 100% through entire thing AI system flawless nothing compares to this app

worst experience no support you will be lost

succinct & extremely helpful ai

e easy to use

Not that user friendly and felt cheap. I unsubscribed from all other go-daddy services didn't realize that this one had to be done separately through the play store. paid the yearly fee for something im not even going to use. I feel like every time I turn around anymore im getting ripped off by another digital product with a subscription.

I Realy Appriciate for My Compony Support

All is well but add outline features for image and text and glow system because it's extra attractive feature for my work plesae🙏 Thanking you.

App is best when I am home.

One of the best design apps for both mobile and computer

Please fix the inability to add a customer's information from the messages screen. I can't add them as a contact when they call without writing it all down and adding a contact. Also that feature isn't working from the godaddy page on the website.

App will not open on my phone (Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra).

app performance is bad. you guys need to work to make this app perform better.

background removal tool is not working.. its been more than a week .. still they didn't fix .. very bad experience

messages load slow

look I don't want to deal with it, I trust you guys have good advisors, break a leg, - thanks a million,- MLSR

I use GoDaddy for my small business, and the Conversations/phone functionality has been one of the most frustrating business products I've used. Basic tasks are unnecessarily difficult or simply don't work. Contact management on the web is especially poor, with dead-end links and features that work on mobile but not the web. I've spent far too much time troubleshooting things that should simply work.

should be earlier to use your email.

app thik se work nahi kar raha hai error occurred araha hai remove background me

I have to maneuver to get to my AIRO/website.. not cool beings I use the app to verify it

spins for a minimum of 5min before it will load

After so many years of buying domains from GoDaddy, I never expected support to be this poor. My website has been down for over a month because of a domain issue, and I can't reach anyone for help. The help center is useless, and Chat doesn't work. No working chat, no real support, no solution, and no email to contact support. This is unacceptable for a company of this size. Please contact me.

my acc doesn't work properly I can't remove background & it's on premium, what's the problem ????

Beautiful Domain Process

not what I was looking for ,thank you

Fraud - Scam

If negative ratings were possible, I would give this platform a negative 5 stars. I just checked at around 1:30 in the morning to see if the domain was available. The domain was available for just ₹99 per month. However, when I returned the next morning, someone had already purchased the domain, and GoDaddy asked me to request that person to purchase it at a higher price of ₹16,999. How is this possible? This is fraud and cheating. If you have a domain name, please do not search for availability

take some time to go through the app and check it out that'll come in handy when I'm going to make our shirts and the volunteer shirts for the community outreach and restoration project. and teach them how to restore their community themselves with unwanted and reclaimed supplies try to get the Small Town council to let us use one of these vacant little cottages to redo it to a community center to train a community counselor and consultant there'll be somebody here to continue on

This is a great app and very useful for creating and editing designs. One feature I'd love to see is the ability to scale both the canvas and all its contents together. Currently, I can only resize either the canvas or the image separately. A "scale all" option would make it much easier to work with small images on larger designs and improve the editing workflow.

been fun and is easy to use

Don't buy .IN Domain from GoDaddy otherwise you lost your Money. My 2 .IN Domain allready locked by Registrar NIXI.

Brilliant

Could become much better if allow users to create URL mentioning their own business name.

Essential

Easy to use

Seems handy so far

always easy to use and resolve any issues that may arise.

hello it's been 4 years I'm still waiting for you guys to finally add more features to "text effects" like i need strokes atleast ☹️ I've been using this app for making pubmats for my school and it helped me alot, and I'm struggling improving my typography with only limited effects like shadows, i need stroke or border to emphasize it.

worse customer support service and live chat service don't buy .in domain from GoDaddy otherwise you lost your Money.

they bug you

Best way to have your own domain.

very good

Excellence

Outstanding, But scrolling through the fonts would be much easier if the display is in a drop down list vertically on one side of the screen, or even full drop down screen, the horizontal scroll is too much time consuming. Even better if scrolling font option is available.

worst experience buying a website. locked me out of my account and demanding my photo id?? are you out of your mind? I purchased with company Details. get me my money back or unlock my account. I will not submit my personal ID. worst service

I purchased a domain from GoDaddy, but it has now been **8 days**, and the domain status is still showing as **Pending**. Because of this, I have been unable to use the domain for my business. I contacted customer support several times. During my first call, I was told the issue would be resolved within **5 days**. After 5 days, I called again and was then told it would take **another 7 days**. When I contacted support again, I was informed that the issue had been escalated, but no one could pr

very very very worst site don't purchase domain here I don't know

Love operating my business through Go Daddy! Totally recommend.

I purchased a domain and website service from GoDaddy, but as I was unable to understand the setup process, I cancelled the order within the eligible period. I was provided with a refund reference number, which confirms that my refund request was accepted. Unfortunately, I have still not received my refund. Even more disappointing, your customer support has stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages completely. This is extremely unprofessional and has caused unnecessary frustration. I request

Excellent app

very bad service every click only charges pay no give my website aur no help for technical beary poor service my website not working I am pa money but not now wich my sights

always redirects to a browser, doesn't have enough information as displayed on website

So difficult to use, especially when Microsoft is used for emails or domains.

I use it for weather graphics!

completely trap this app only domain creation and we can't have option deploy my own code and enable my website as per my own developed site

for the last 5-6 months this app is closing, crashing down while working. once the most dependent on this is turning into ruins.

Top tier image editing

use GoDaddy Websites + Marketing for my wellness business website. It is easy to use, beginner-friendly, and helps me manage my website efficiently. The drag-and-drop editor and marketing tools are very useful. — Arvind Vivan Harale

awesome experience so far

Scammers. Want to subscribe to MS365 surcharge of 70% compared to using MS directly. Spent all day disconnecting the email stuff forced the lock in. Horrible way of locking in customer for over a decade. bye bye losers.

nice

Excelente. Fácil de manejar. Lo recomiendo.

i love this company my second website with them really easy to use

helped me achieve my goal this year I'm trying to bring the world together with a platform where people can be open and free to speech about dv and sa and drugg use with out being judged tttvoicenet.online

fun app

love

I want to Rate Zero , if I have the option to give. I bought the domain from Go Daddy and now that domain history they have cleared from my account in billing as well without any notice it's clearly indicated they have sell my domain to other parties. when I called the customer care they are asking otp on mobile which you are not sure coming exactly from the Godaddy not transferring the call to Senior be aware to buy a domain from Godaddy sorry should name as Fraud Godaddy

excellent

Completely useless. Every tap I make takes me to the website. What's the point of having an app? Also, I wanted to turn off domain "protection" for one of my domains. But conveniently, the button doesn't work. For domains that have it already disabled, the button to enable it works of course.

best one

Please add these pro tools: Liquify: To squeeze or enlarge spots. Vibrance: For clear, vivid colors. Magnify: To see small details. Threshold & Texture: Filter options. Font Controls: Add Stroke and weights (Thin, Light, Bold). Curve Fix: Add + / - buttons to the slider. It’s too hard to reset text to zero without them.

a little confusing. then I tried to pick a plan. when I went to pay for it I find that the price almost doubled

I would like to give zero star it's my life mistake that I buy domain through godaddy. they have worse website every time it load and error. hostinger and other sides are more much better then godaddy on every step they charge heavy domain fees and other fees and too much extra charges. one of the most worse experienced with godaddy. they are basically scaming people's don't buy domain from. Godaddy who invest a lot of money on ads for just to took money from customer and service is low class

it's awesome

one of the choice of beginners

awesome thanks 😊

Too many charges, pushed to purchase products not needed

AI does not cooperate

asking for money only continuously l already spend 5000 but still asking more & more

one of the worst service. someone easily hacked the email and now unable to login or delete when I raised a support query to delete the account they simply ask me to give pan and company related details. even after giving pan again they are asking to give more and more details they simply want to collect ur personal details and sell it to others and earn money from them. you guys do and after reaching ur account recovery team and customer support I wrote this!

GoDaddy is the most user friendly website with wonderful options and the easiest to work with.

It has been doing okay until last week, the new outlook has been giving me issues. I find it very hard to upload pictures at first but ever since yesterday I couldn't even upload any pictures (once you click upload the screen goes white until I reload which takes me back to the start of the email which is very frustrating). Also if I want to send the email finally I can't even click continue because there is an icon covering where I'm supposed to click and I can't do anything about that.

I recommend this app to any of Entrepreneurlife and or of Corporate Standing meaning, if you are an entrepreneur looking for a web development process and are unable to pay someone to create you vision and or the requirements of what you are paying for is not being published according to your design... Well this on of the greatest websites from which I use that the "FREE" Process of "FREE" is actually what it says untill you are able to purchase the tools. I rate this app a 🔟✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨🔟.

I could go on an on but this company will take money out of your account without your knowledge. They can only text or send emails. They told us they cant talk to us. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Awesome -

I am finding the go daddy site extremely difficult to get any help from with subscriptions some money has been taken from my bank account but I am not sure what it is for and there seems to be nowhere I can find out help

love it!

Excellent

Nice to work

can I make money on this app

great

Excellent

easy and fun, lots of social media posting options

easy use 👌

Nice. Actually it should be hundred percent free to GoDaddy user

up top

The app is super helpful.🔥

-1 star.......Please do not make any payments. Once they have your money, no one will assist you or answer your calls. Even if they do pick up, they won't provide any actual help. Beware of GoDaddy—it is a fake app with undisciplined and fraudulent staff. They provide the worst service imaginable. Don't waste your time; search for another app instead. Rating: -1 star."have never experienced such a poor-quality platform in my life."

🟩

beautiful and amazing thank you go daddy 🌍😘

love this app I have been able to do a lot of creative things through my art website and also Faithbeats4u is coming soon this is a great tool

love this app!

GoDaddy has been truly amazing for my business. They made it easy to get started and opened up a world of new opportunities for Three Wee Beasties LLC.

This app wants to extort you for $100 to get your website back. Epic fail godaddy

Can not login on Android. See I'm not the only one. Fix it. until then deleting

decent but gets complicated...

I start updating product images and the screen again and again takes to some airo content creator page. From there we cannot go to back screen and whatever edits i do its not saving. This is frustrating and useless app

I've used this company for 5 to 10 year no problems. Recently this company has gone downhill. I no longer want to be a customer anymore.

After expiry of Airo subscription, entire website gets removed and if you want to restore, there will be huge price to pay ! otherwise you have to build from scratch again. Be cautious before subscribing.

cannot sign in to account!

It has helped me improve my editing skills

an awesome app for my art business

I have had very good experiences with GoDaddy overall. Good reviews from me. However, everything I try to do in the app brings up an internal request for me to install a web browser. Even when I try to contact them for assistance I get this message. This is the only way for me to reach out about this major issue. The app is about 10% functional for me at this time.

all god for now

nothing as advertised, completely overpriced and unusable, any advisors or help you get will just be rude and useless! there's a reason why it/computer people do not use this company!! reply: I've tried the online contact multiple times, for over 2 hours for some occasions. that's who has been rude and unhelpful, they contradict themselves multiple times during same chat, even when you get supervisors! The only option seems to be legal action as you are in breach of the consumer rights act!

The best

Everything I Needed

Excellent

Android errors when trying to log in.

easy to use

you can't design your Website the way "You" want to 😢

Horrible tech support. Last week I spent 10 hours asking to help one issue. Still not fixed. Today, I'm back at it again with tech support. It's like they're don't know what they're doing and what the issue is.
