It's a good app. With good intentions. I recommend more support to this vision.

You can't use it properly without a pro subscription. some speciality only allows you up to 7 cases to try free. All cases have different difficulty levels ranging from intern to super speciality divided in about 7 to 8 levels.In some specialities like orthopedics and neuropsychiatry first 7 cases are intern level(1st level difficulty) then come attending level which is actually 4th or 5th level difficulty which requires a pro subscription.All specialties have 100 cases. but at 7th case its over

it is a great app to improve oneself medically and to remember and learn new things. try it

The app in itself is pretty amazing, althought the addition of more cases and having other branches like endo and radio would make this app a 5 star for me. Developers, if you're reading this please add endo and radiology cases too.

I really enjoy this app because it is very informative and it challenges your skills and knowledge of different disease... I believe it would be more helpful if there is a clinical mode where you can choose only the topics you have completed from mastery mode aside the normal clinical mode; that way if I did only malaria, TB and hypertension (all from mastery mode),I can choose to have only random cases from these mentioned while trying out clinical mode. Thank you

used to love this app, played multiple cases every single day. Now, you can barely even play a single case without paying for it. I understand the need for income, but put ads or something. Or, like before, a limit on how many cases you can do per day. Pretty disappointed in the way this has been switched to monetization.

This is a great learning app for both medical students and early career doctors. But please, I'd appreciate beyond the app teaching how to spot a diagnosis and make treatment plan, can their be a feature that teaches one on how to take a good clinical history and physical examination for each disease being treated, please? Secondly, the test images in the PRO version is AI generated and mostly misleading. Plus try to add original images or leave it out entirely, that giving a wrong AI generated

Without pro you can't barely use this app. After 3 days you don't have access to any cases. Then how can we use the app after that?

The age is sometimes incorrect e.g 12Y instead of 12 months old. Management of complications e.g admitted acute pancreatitis patient after 2 days have ARDS I think will be a good additional feature in the future

It was a great app until it reset my streak. I had 5 streak freezes still i lost my streak accumulated over months. When i emailed the developers,i received no reply. Edit: support reached out to me and restored the streak

I can't search by topic anymore after the April 24, 2026 update. I was in the middle of UGIB. Can you bring that back please? I love the app otherwise. I feel like I am learning a lot. Still 5/5 Thanks for the new mastery mode! It's exactly what I wanted. 5/5

Thank you team for bringing back the update which lets us to choose between mastering a particular topic/case or doing cases randomly. Learning through cases is fun now.

Please bring back the update which allowed us to practice cases disease wise. That approach was the best which led us to master the treatment protocol with increasing difficulty. Bring back the update that gave us the freedom to learn the topic of our choice rather than doing random cases.

It's a very good app to brush up knowledge. Just one suggestion, ENT and ophthalmology should be seperate as they are clearly nowhere similar in practical field. Grouping them together dilutes their importance and makes it difficult to solve cases pertaining to the specific subject.

This new update with 2.6.9 and categories according to topic wise totally removes the surprise. Very disappointing update please give an option to play random without the heading giving away the answer. Again very disappointing update. I use this for fun and the randomness of the case not for study. If I were to study I would have used marrow. You are going the wrong way please fix it. update- thanks for the fix team now 5 stars

great app, but the old system where you had the option of getting a random case should be brought back if I know the diagnosis before solving the case, how's that a challenge?

the new update delivers the diagnosis "cases of stye so you can master this condition" is horrible!! because it delivers right away the diagnosis! please comeback how it was !!

I really want to request to bring back the random mode of patients being selected in the specialities because knowing about what you are going to treat makes the case boring and easy please bring this back in new update

You must pay before you could try any case above the medical student level. The app is good for medical students but there is no way to assess the overall quality of above this stage. Even at this stage, it won't let you solve more than 15 cases at the beginner level unless you subscribe. I am deleting this app. just a very basic demo version unless you buy the paid version.

All of the images are AI generated, so expect a lot of inaccuracies. Just refer to the description given underneath instead for clarity. The information is accurate (but occasionally wrong) and they've done well to game-ify a wide range of clinical scenarios.

Awesome app. I've only been using free so far and it's great. Pro price is not bad at all! Very good value... I'll prob sub soon. People complaining of AI are daft. Only minor nitpick is tests that take like 48 hrs in an emergency or acute situation. I have shared this app with several of my fellow physicians and even nurses and paramedics who still benefit from it. 5/5 😀

I love this application. Although I am not a pro user, I have maintained a streak of 162 days. However, following the recent updates, the number of cases available for free users has reduced significantly; the cases I encounter now are predominantly followup cases or those at the attending/specialist level, which necessitate a pro subscription to solve. I have spent the last 30 mins trying to find a case to maintain my streak, but I think it's not possible now. Honestly, it's quite disheartening

The cases & evaluation+ treatment of them is perfect. just one thing if you can improve will be really helpful - important medicine pearls are shown for ultra short time. please do something like medicine pearl of the day or something like that which will be on homepage for whole day. TYIA.

The app and concept itself is very good although there are ways you can improve such as having options on what year a medical student is so that the situation would very much and easily understandable. Other things would be adding an ai? or having "Others" as an option in answers so that we can observe critical thinking for our health professionals.

clinical pearls displayed on app last for less than 1 sec. how do you expect people to read everything in that short time

The app is good and I also purchased premium but one thing I noticed is that the x ray images are wrong, I mean the left side is shown as right and right side as left, I know these are AI generated but improve the picture quality

Excellent clinical learning app although full features are locked behind a paywall which is justified by all the effort behind development and clinical case details. Pricing needs adjustment country-wise as in third-world countries percapita is very low, so it should be matched likewise. This would tremendously increase premium users and overall earning. Lastly, there should be a comment portion at the end of each session for reporting inconsistencies (if any) and discussion among users

As a pharm d (Doctor of pharmacy) graduate, I'm impressed by the app, It offers different clinical cases that improve practical understanding and decision-making. Useful for PharmD graduates where real case exposure is limited during schooling. I wish for an app to be developed for understanding pharmacotherapy.

the app is really good. I took lifetime subscription and I don't think it is very much compared to what they are offering. I suggest one thing. after completing a case, there should be a section which should contain the general introduction, etiology, pathogenesis, signs and symptoms and management protocol of that disease in short. That'll make it more good for students who are coming immediately into practice after medical school.

great app helps a lot most of the times the diagnosis is perfect but sometimes it has some mistakes be it the final diagnosis or the AI generated images which are miles off the correct stuff so one request to include a report option to let u know about the stuff that's wrong rest very useful to revise and revisit various topics as a whole

DO NOT UPGRADE TO PRO! It said clinical images were only for the Pro users and that's the main reason I upgraded to Pro, but to my dismay, found out that the X-rays and ECG images were misleading. All of them are randomly AI generated (mostly normal ones) and not even simulated according to the case scenarios. Very saddening. Sugg.- could add heart & lung sounds as audio clip in the physical examination part. PS - everything else about this app is awesome.

This is great, the only downside is to avail pro versions to help you more analyze clinical tests and images, and to examine more patients per day.

With barely 2 cases a day before your heart finishes and you are asked to wait about 9 hours or pay to unlock pro version. Not clearly worth my time

I am really loving this app! After playing both clinical sense and prognosis: diagnosis apps, I have found that this app is also accurate in clinical cases,terminology and tests or diagnosis. I really like the detailed explanations of why a certain diagnosis or test was right or wrong. The advertisement for the app was right, I am a doctor and it is helping me keep my skills sharp. Paying for the pro version was worth it!

A worthy app to practice situational tasks in the medical field. As a student, I'm finding it very effective except that we can't talk with the patients. They're already admitted in the hospital, so it's not outpatient practice, but inpatient practice. You're a head doctor here. So, what happens to your patient reflects in your experience. I would've liked it much more if a wrong treatment or diagnosis would lower your level as a doctor (not experience), cause it would feel realistic then.

You started great, but your new pro features are making it annoying. I have been stuck on surgery cases because follow up patients and specialist cases are locked. And you cannot skip and play other cases until you pay. So annoying!

Yeah, it's obviously helpful for medical students but there is a catch it only helps u if u pay ₹2k to b a pro user rather than that u will get ntg but a time waste for the free users... just I've downloaded thought of using it but very disappointed by this pro users plans literally it's just useless I felt....
