black screen upon login and constant resigning in! GUI-Graphical User Interface is cluttered. Personally From My Experience With ADP they have and are horrible with maintenance and service and constantly redirect you to your own management or HR to then contact what you basically contacted them for? 🤗

This app has got to be outsourced out of the country at this point. It used to work and store login info and work without issue. Then it stopped and every update made the app worse. it's a pain to use this app now. And no this has nothing to do with HR and login info. I'm sure that will be the generic response.

awful experience. it's like this app is either experiencing code rot or it's designed to make users want to blow their head off with a shotgun. Registration doesn't even work without it crashing. I keep getting to the part where it asks me for a work email address and my phone number, I go to type my email? it crashes. I try to do it on the website cause I thought it might just be a mobile thing? it crashes. I update the app? it crashes. At this point is it even worth keeping this app.

Unable to sign in, password out of date, try to reset password and get a textbox that's unresponsive and prevents me changing or using the app.

It has not updated any information since May 7th. Such a waste of storage space!

the app is horrendous. crashes.. lags.. reset info without warning. closes without warning. stop being lazy and just make a working app.

Everytime I log in it sends me my code and once I enter and submit, it goes back to the login page. And yes I have uninstalled and re-installed.

It takes like 10 minutes to access anything in this app. Your could be logging in or trying to check benefits, maybe clocking in or out, doesn't matter. You tap the link and then wait and MAYBE it loads. S23 Ultra. editing after review, uninstalled and reinstalled and working better. Though I wrote this review initially right after the very first time I installed it, so it was a fresh installation to begin with

ADP’s app is an embarrassing display of lazy engineering. A multi-billion-dollar enterprise delivering a broken, Frankenstein UI that fails at basic login and frequent blank screens is pathetic. Users aren't clients to you; we’re a captive audience forced to tolerate your incompetence. Your development team should feel embarrassed publishing this dysfunctional, frustrating app. Scrap this garbage and use AI to make it from scratch, it definitely couldn't be worse than this POS! DO BETTER!!

Hands down the worst company and app an employer could use. Easily the worst on the market. It's so bad that if a future employer says they use it I would refuse the job. You try to enter your banking info and it won't let you. Then you call and they can't understand you and vice versa. They mess up the most important part of a job. The pay! The only reason people go to work and ADP thinks it's ok to mess with and make you wait for your pay you are owed. They act like it's normal and no big deal

its slow most of the time has lots of waiting to use before you can use it. I really appreciate you responding and that worked thank you for the quick response I reevaluated my review thank again for your help.

way too many glitches often. can't check timecards on time or clocking in is a toss up because sometimes clocking out for lunch you notice it didn't clock you in.

I cannot login to this app. It redirects to a desktop site and sits on a black page after entering info. The only way to get it to work, as others have reported, is to clear cache and reinstall the app every single time you login. The auto-reply is incorrect, this is not an HR issue, this is an app issue. Completely unacceptable for a payroll app.

Always Disappointing People... resetting doesn't do anything if you block it. you have to reset the block! also I have to keep signing in over and over... and app broken again.

I think a professional accounting system that an employer pays for should not have a bunch of ads that the employees have to see. This should not have ads

update fail- latest update is causing massive problems for users within the app and website.

Mobell version does not work well and keeps asking for location permission even when it is on. quick clock keeps asking for sign in. very frustrating.

Absolute garbage.... reflected in every single review here! Cannot even access my pay slips. It always wants me to change my password for security reasons. My bank doesn't even do that! ... and that's where my money is, not payslips!Then get stuck in a loop trying to change my password. Unfortunately, my employer changed from the Access Workspace app, which was far superior and without all the headaches.

taken to a website to login. just a broken loop for me? i like that all the many contracts ive worked, my history & paystubs/tax docs are easily accessible (i didnt initially use lyric at other jobs yet somehow the jobs histories have been slaved over. i dislike the quick logout, im frequently comparing what im seeing in documents from the app to my own personal accounting & i sign in many times in a session. verify, reverify. could be my HR DEPT. things seem missing tho stated they are there.

the absolute worst app ever. i attempted to update my info, like change my phone number. it decided to lock me out my account and recommend that i do it through my work HR. So i tried to log back in, it no longer stored my password and i could not remember what it was. any way the point is ADP is NOOO HELP WHATSOEVER, IT GIVES U THE RUN AROUND, AND U WILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT IF U DONT REMEMBER UR PASSWORD & UPDATED UR PHONE NUMBER. The app used to be pretty good, but the ability to see all of my available PTO hours disappeared. So now I have to guess or spend time adding up how many hours I've used.

when adp updates the app it messes up the pay for those who have direct deposit and still waiting on my pay currently

ever since there was a recent update on the app it doesn't want to work correctly. you try to sign in several times and it will not let you click on your pay statement or anything and the app just freezes. you can't view anything on there.

It's run by idiots. I recently changed it to have 2 direct deposits. Instead of working like it should, they removed my second account. Even after verifying that it was my account. This app and personal are substandard.

Awful, does not ever sync my punches. I have to constantly update my boss on my hours because this app does not work. Try to log in to punch in that way and it just spins in circles, never opens. fix it!

I hate that every time I go to the app I am forced to log in and do the two-step verification which requires you to get the code from your text or your email so then you have to close out the window to go get it and then you come back to the window to put it in and it reloads and starts all over at the sign in. this is a bug or something and it needs to be fixed

Forces 2 step verification every time I open the app. keeps deleting my new bank account so I can not change my direct deposit. when I look at my bank app to see my account nunber so I can entsr into the app, adp llgs out. None of these issues are acceptable for any excuse. this needs to stop immediately.

I'm a first time user to the app for my job as a driver and I have found it very easy to use. always has worked even when I'm not in a spot with good service and if thing do go wonky they've made it easy for you to make things right with supervisors approval. overall great app for work.

Prior to updating, I could hit one button to clock in and out, and suddenly that option is gone. Now I can't login in at all because your stupid app redirects to a browser where, after putting in my credentials, the button to return to the app DOESN'T WORK at all. Why can't I just login directly in the app? If my BANK can allow me to securely login through the app without detouring through a browser, there's no reason we should be required to go through a browser for this app.

This is honestly the worst app I've ever had to use. It's so glitchy and slow - I'll have to re log in 2 or 3 times before I can even get to the main screen. If you accidentally forget to clock out it won't let you unless you're in range of your job, so if you're to far then oh well. And then when that does happen and you try to clock in the next day it won't let you. You have to clock out from the day prior then wait 3 minutes to actually clock in. I hate this app a lot.

This app is terrible on Android. It ran fine on my iPhone, but on my S25 Ultra it constantly crashes and freezes, especially when using the quick clock function. I have to use this app for work.

I wanted to login, update my phone number and also complete a task for work and I got locked out because adp thinks I don't know the last 4 of my social nor did it accept my birthday. Bottom line, I wish we had a payroll department because every time work has a task I get routed to your website and I have login issues ALL THE TIME!!! As you all can see from the statement below, ADP is helpless and passes the buck to someone else. Worthless!

I tried to go paperless about 6 months ago. I thought I had done it successfully until my bookkeeper handed me a stack of paystubs from the last several months. I went back to the app to see why, and there is no way to confirm going paperless. You can click on a consent form for going paperless, and the only options you have there are print and cancel. You should also include save as an option because not everyone has a printer. And how do I update my paystubs to go paperless!?

Unreliable app. Frequently has login issues, really frustrating and not fit for purpose.
