Worst government app I've ever used. My address is written incorrectly. So I go to update it but I can't because I need to use a code sent to my number, which is also written incorrectly, so then I have to go and change my number, and the app won't let me. It is a joke that all government apps rely on this one when it can't even get my address right.

In one word, this service is absolutely terrible. I wasted more than two hours trying to use it. It has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. My clear advice: if you value your time and patience, don’t use this service. It’s nothing but a complete waste of time.

I sent a package to dubai from riyadh and in this app its showing as its in Taiwan. when I call they say package in dubai from 11th july. but still not delivered. and app for all this time is still showing my package is in Taiwan. and its not updated yet. they need to fix such things.

I haven't seen an app worse than this. If someone forgets their SPL username or password, it's almost impossible to recover it. Even after logging in through Nafath and verifying the ID number, date of birth, and mobile number, the username and password recovery process still says the details are incorrect. Many people are facing the same issue. It's a very poorly designed app. If someone's mobile number has changed, the recovery process still says the details are incorrect.

The most USELESS app ever. You pay way for shipping and they will return your percil back to overseas. If you call no one will reply, online (Maha - virtual asistant) it doesn't work at all.

First of all your app is very poor and extremely slow. There is no proper option to reset a forgotten password, and when trying to register a username, it shows that it is already registered and asks to log in, but even then the login does not work properly. Secondly, I placed an order from Noon, but the parcel is not being delivered at all. There is no proper way to contact them. The order status shows “out for delivery,” but later at night it shows “delivery attempt failed” with a note saying

the worst shipping company in existence. pay extra and use DHL or any other delivery company. SPL is literally the worst. they have a long way to go to meet 2030 standards, and I dont think they will ever get there. maybe they will get there by 2080 perhaps, as they tend to be 50 years behind.

المناديب يدورون اي عذر عشان ما يوصلون. ما عمرهم جو للعنوان الصحيح من اول مره، اضطريت امسح كل العناوين الثانيه. ويوم جيت اسجل دخول عن طريق نفاذ رفض الموقع بسبب خطأ NFT20 اتوقع وجلست فتره طويله انتظر تتصلح هالمشكله لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي. ويوم وصلت لصفحة انشاء حساب البرنامج يقفل من نفسه ولازم ارجع من البداية هذا غير باقي المشاكل مثل تحديد الموقع اللي ما يعرف العنوان الوطني اساسا مع انها اهم خاصية وكمية رسايل ال OTP المبالغ فيها

An intern-level developer could make a better app than this. The pixels are damaged in every picture. Come on.

My delivery was supposed to arrive on April 29th but they couldn't deliver to me by then. Today is May 1st, no one has contacted me.

one of the worst applications I have ever experienced. always lagging, connecting issues and most of the features are not working or representing the actual status of your parcel.

worst experience ever I tried to recharge it recharged but when I try to pay from customer balance it wasn't paying after that I wanted that refund because it is big amount but still they are not giving me any refund nor they are helping I try to contact them but they don't have any solution for this there is an option also that you can pay from customer balance but they are not paying and saying please try again later this service is not available now for no reason

I am sorry but spl is very slow. The price is very high. When I submit my parcel they told me it will reached 5 days. Now after 5 days I check it's showing still here in Riyadh.

go elsewhere. they charged me 160 SAR - 1 sheet JED/RUH. for express delivery then took 3 days . 0/10 . لا انصح بالتعامل معهم إطلاقاً. مبلغ عالي مقابل خدمة سيئة.

i need my shipment...it started with incomplete address... after i updated the national address, i still couldn't find how to get my package through the apps... it still hanging there with the status incomplete shipment address..i try to contact them, but the system is just like a rubbish... maha, the visual assistant,keep loading..when i call the help centre number. it still not helpful at all... nobody from the saudi post person call me personally tu enquiry about my shipment.. totally rubbish

it's not much optimised!! i have tried to add my national address and it often give me text written "this place supposed to be an empty land" !! 🤦 also with full network it do buffering. feels slow and choppy.

I want to add my office address as a secondary national address but because of commercial property I'm unable to add it. It's better if SPL allows it.

I handed over my friend’s parcel to Fahad Al Dafallah at Buraidah branch. When entering the details, he asked what was inside, and I clearly informed him it contained cigarettes. Even after a long time, the parcel has not reached Dammam. I followed up 4–5 times, but he gave no proper response. The tracking number he provided doesn’t work on the SPL app, which makes me think it may be fake.

سيئ جدا الأسعار مبالغ فيها وأيضا تأخير في الارسالية لأسباب مجهوله وغير معذورة والادهى والأمر لو تشوفون مبنى البريد السعودي المتواجد في منطقة بحرة الواقعة بين طريق جدة ومكة المكرمة القديم كأنك داخل على مقبرة يوجد بها تراث عمرها أكثر من 300 سنة اتقو الله في انفسكم وفي المسلمين

الخدمه ممتازه، لكن في ملاحظات مهمه انا رسلت طرد اكسبرس إلى ايطاليا بالله عليكم طرد الى دوله غير عربيه تكتبو البيانات بالعربي واسم الشارع بالعربي ؟! كيف بيعرفو العربي؟! والورقه الثانيه تاخذو الأصل الواضحه وتسلموا الطبعه الثانيه بالازرق بالازرق مش واضح شي؟! لحد الان يطلع لي بالتتبع محاوله تسليم فشلت بسبب خطأ في العنوان . طرد دولي مفروض بيانات كلها بحروف انجليزيه

Not satisfied with service already in the branch I request them to receive directly with my Id from the branch they rejected and they are saying 8 working days, when already reached the post branch and I am the owner of that parcel with my Id and order I have why they are not giving directly.. I don't know what kind of proto calls. ‼️

you will get sms telling you we can deliver it for 15 riyal but when you check the its 30 riyal, stop lying 😑
